• Tova (1/5): The worst experience in booking.com history - - Found a crack pipe in the kettle!!! owner refused to give a full refund, only the days that weren't in use (obviously left after the crack pipe was found). Took multiple emails back and forth, luckily this was a work trip so i could get the companies legal team involved otherwise i wouldn't have gotten a full refund by any means- EVEN after sending them the video, they clearly knew it was there. Location was poor, granny flat located right behind a trap house- people coming and going at all hours of the day and night with men standing outside at all times as well. Someone clearly living at the place when not booked (groceries, clothes ect.). DO NOT BOOK HERE!
• Loke-Sun Sidney (10/5): It's a very good, comfortable, safe Asian foodie tourist destination with easy access to Sydney CBD. - Location was perfect. Very short level walk to good range of excellent traditional Asian foods and train station. The accommodation is spacious and very clean, very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Generous flow of instant hot shower water. Nil.

• Rangitafuke (10/5): VERY BEAUTIFUL HOUSE - Clean, tidy and good size for me and my husband and our 2 girls. Property was perfect in every way.
• Karen (10/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet accommodation convenient to Cabramatta station and shops. - Very quiet, well off the street. Fully equipped, although we didn’t actually try the cooking facilities. Comfortable beds, although it would have been better to have 2 single beds in one room (was travelling with 2 teenage boys - one slept on couch). Was clean. Nothing. It would have been better for us to have single beds, but I knew beforehand that they didn’t, and our host kindly left extra bedding to use on couch.
