• Bennamane (9/5): Le contact humain avec notre hôte couvre toutes les inperfections - Tout était très acceptable .. et le manque que quelqu'un peut remarquer ou rencontrer et compensé par la gentillesse la flexibilité et la bienveillance du propriétaire Pas de climatiseur.. la porte de la salle de bain mal ajustée elle fait un grand bruit surtout a l' ouverture ce qui peut réveiller d autre personne.. a mon avis .. vu que l appart est situé en haut d une montée ce qui peut etre difficile d ateindre et donc déconseillé au personnes âgées ou PMR non véhiculées

• Juan Pedro (6/5): Suficiente para un par de noches. Para algo más mejor otro tipo de alojamiento. - La ubicación, a escasos 15min del centro. La cobertura móvil y la conexión wifi proporcionada por el anfitrión algo pésima. En la habitación de matrimonio apenas llegaba el wifi y menos aún la cobertura móvil. En el resto de la casa algo mejor. Tampoco tiene aire acondicionado y en pleno verano los ventiladores son insuficientes.

The host was excellent — friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. I truly appreciated the comfort and care provided. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

• Anne (3/5): We found a lot of safety issues ,No connected Plumbing in Kitchen or Utility ,Mould in the bathroom - the apartment was not up to standard .No Safety -gas and no fire blanket or fire extinguisher. The Plumbing was non existant in the kitchen and utility room !! Waste pipes not connected and just a small bucket under the Kitchen sink to catch any waste water .subsequently the whole apartment smelt Damp and Fusty . there was water all over the floors when we arrived and the host said it was because the apartment had been cleaned ? We then found out the reason later that night and had no alternative but to stay for the Saturday night .The Neighbours above were creating a lot of loud noise until midnight and I had to go and request them to be quieter .We tried to call our host Anatoli on Saturday 13th July the night of our arrival at 20.40 pm to raise a complaint but the text message could not be delivered as his phone was unresponsive !! I resent the message of complaint on Sunday morning 14th July at 8.22 and an extra message to advise we would not be staying at the apartment for the otherr 4 days we had booked as the Mould in the Bathroom was a health hazard as one of our party suffers with Asthma and breathing problems .The whole apartment was totally u suitable for ladies over 60 years of age as we advised on the original special request form with Booking .com My daughter had to advise Booking.com from England as we did not have Booking .coms details in Spain .My daughter then Booked alternative accomodation from England at The Coral Apartment in Diaz Moreau which was clean and safer for our last 4 days. I would like Booking .com to check if the property Casa De Alexandra has a Cedula de Habitation ? as it was not clean ,not safe and not suitable for visitors to stay in , in mine and my companions opinion . To date 18th July our Host Anatoli has not yet contacted us to discuss the issues we raised .I will send a copy of our text messages and photographs taken ,to Booking .com for them to Evaluate . There was nothing to like about this property
