We did the hot air balloon ride over the valley of the kings, and Medhet went with us to the location, to make sure that the guys at the balloon company drove us back to where we had left our car. Very chill place all around. The room was pretty hot, but might be only me, since my other 2 friends said it was fine.

• Ursula (8/5): Super Pool, große Zimmer - Madhat ist ein Schatz und macht alles möglich. Der Pool ist ein Traum und super sauber. Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben, aber alles lecker und ausreichend. Die Zimmer mit Balkon gehen zur Straße und sind entsprechend laut, aber man kann ja ein Zimmer zum Pool nehmen, dann aber keinen Balkon.

• Ygor (7/5): Bom custo-benefício - Gostamos do quarto, da cama, bom custo-benefício para passar a noite, como fizemos. Não gostei do preço cobrado para o almoço no restaurante do hotel, pedi sem perguntar o preço (errei), achando que iria ser algo razoável, pois já estava fazia alguns dias no Egito e fazia alguma ideia de preço, mas me surpreendi negativamente. Na minha passagem no Egito comi em lugares excelentes por preços similares. Faltou privacidade na hora do almoço, fui com minha esposa e entendo a cultura em relação às mulheres, porém o turista vem de lugares que não tem essa cultura, então o respeito e o entendimento tem que ser mútuo.

Try also the dishes of Medhat are divine. maybe the wifi could be better, but for me it didn't make me much difference I went on vacation to know the country not to stay in the room to scroll in the tiktok 🤪

Jedzenie przepyszne, świeże i różnorodne – aż chciało się wracać na każdy posiłek. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i komfortowe. Lokalizacja też na plus. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę! 😊

• Veronika (10/5): Kellemes szállás kedves vendéglátókkal - A házigazda és családja minden szükségletünket teljesítette. Nagyon kellemes volt a szállás, finom reggelit és vacsorát kaptunk. Minden este meghívtak teázni és jókat beszélgettünk. Kipróbáltuk a vizipipát. Taxira nem volt gondunk, mindenhova elvittek és jöttek értünk, mindezt jó áron. Kedvezményes áron mentünk hőlégballonozni, ez is Medhatnek volt köszönhető, ez az èlmény csodálatos volt. Beláttuk fentről egész Luxort. A tetőtetaszról csodálatos kilátás nyílott a Királyok völgyére és más nevezetességekre. Csodás volt a lemenő nap fényében. Az utolsó napon éjjel indultunk Kairóba és nem elvittt kijelentkeznünk korán. Minden maradhatott a szobában, így még maradt időnk rengeteg látnivalóra. majd a tulajdonos elvitt minket a pályaudvarra. A szállás nagyon kellemes helyen van, az utcában sok kisbolt van, minden megtalálható és nagyon olcsó. Mi csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt a helyet. Soha nem találkoztunk ilyen rugalmas szállásadóval. Minden jót kívánunk neki és kedves családjának. Örülünk, hogy megismerhettük.

Il proprietario dell'albergo propone anche tour per la valle dei re e templi vari dove il figlio ti aspetta con l'auto mentre visiti e senza fare fretta, come invece succede in alcuni tour organizzati che impongono dei tempi predefiniti molto stretti. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, fuori dal centro città, perfetta per allontanarsi dai clacson della città Per fare qualsiasi cosa bisogna muoversi con l'auto

• 夏目 (10/5): 安心、安全 - 宿泊だけでなく、ルクソール郊外の観光を手配してもらえます。 アビドス遺跡とデンデラ遺跡の送り迎えで、120ドルでした。 安全と信頼も込みなら、日本のツアー会社に頼むより相当安いと思います。満足のいく観光ができました。　　食事も依頼すれば出してもらえます。おいしかったです。 ホテルの部屋はかなり綺麗で広いです。ベッドもややハードながら弾力のある好みのビックサイズベットでした。 日本人に人気の宿みたいですね。 予約するまで知りませんでした。 特にありません。エジプトでは当たり前ですが、旅人は、現地の方に依頼をするときは金額の交渉と確認はしっかりしましょう。 あと、部屋にドライヤーがないと思われます。※頼めば貸してもらえるのかな? 旅人は持参したほうが良いと思われます。

Le logement est propre et spacieux, la piscine très agréable et l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Notre hôte Medhat a été très attentif et nous a proposé de très bons repas. Il nous a aussi beaucoup aidé et très bien conseillé dans les activités à faire sur place. Nous avons été accompagnés par son fils jusqu’à Assouan en passant par Edfu et Kom Ombo, tout était parfait. Merci encore pour tout

• Enza Sheerine (10/5): We truly felt well taken care of and highly recommend this place. - The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, what I appreciated the most about this hotel was the host Medhat and his son Abderrahman. They were incredibly generous and extremely kind. They gave us such a warm welcome, especially during the month of Ramadan, which meant a lot to us. He also offers very good prices for activities and is very accommodating. He has a nice, clean car and personally drives guests to excursions or to the airport, which makes everything much easier and more comfortable. Since our flight was very late, he kindly allowed us to keep the room a little longer so we wouldn’t have to wait outside, which was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

La famille qui tient l’hôtel nous a préparé un excellent repas le soir après notre journée de visite. Petit déjeuner simple mais pour le prix c’est suffisant. Il y a la clim dans les chambres. Rien mais c’est un hôtel très simple. Nous le savions donc ce n’était pas un problème.

• Federico (1/5): Nothing good to say - Nothing, it was a nightmare and we run away the next day after we realized it was not what we payed for. Awful experience and a disrespectful host. He was upset because we did the check up after 00 and asked us for a payment of 20€/room after we contact him to tell our arrival time. Nevertheless he kept sending us messages and called us ad 3 am to sponsor his ideas. Bathrooms were dirty, the door room didn’t close so we had to put the bedside table behind the door to avoid any unpleasant surprise. Unclean rooms and there was a towel with a line of poop.

Ci ha accolto nella sua famiglia e ci ha consiglato escursioni fornendo il servizio di trasporto a prezzi concorrenziali anche per andare in aereoporto. Piscina pulita e pollo alla griglia migliore di Luxor! Le camere sono semplici ma in linea con il prezzo dell'Hotel. La posizione non è centrale ma comunque in 10 min si raggiunge tutto!

• Marcel Suz (10/5): - ALLES...Einfach nur klasse.Der Madhat,das ist ein Cooler Typ,sehr hilfsbereit,sehr nett und immer Präsent.Der hat mir heimlich geholfen eine Ballonfahrt für den Geburtstag meines Mannes zu organisieren und sogar abends einen Kuchen geschenkt.Wir haben auch zu Abend gegessen,sehr gute Köchin die Frau.Die Preise des Essens und der Getränke waren sehr in Ordnung,vom Hotelpreis mit Frühstück gar nicht zu reden, nur 13€ pro Nacht,wir hatten 2 gebucht und sind insgesamt 5 geblieben.Wir haben auch den Flughafen transfert von Ihm genutzt,war der Sohn und ein super Fahrer.Wir würden jederzait wiederkommen zu❤️Madhat❤️ Alles Top

Gracias por vuestra amabilidad Por la zona no hay mucho que hacer, pero se está tranquilo después de un día de excursión.
• Belen (1/5): El duelo nos intento estafar - Tiene una piscina muy limpia En la habitación había muchísimas hormigas que nos picaron y fue imposible dormir. Además el dueño te intenta vender de todo, desde comida hasta tours carísimos en comparación a lo que hay en el resto de la ciudad. Es muy insistente. Cada vez que salíamos al patio, se sentaba con nosotras incluso cuando comíamos o estábamos nosotras hablando de nuestras cosas. Le contratamos un tour por su insistencia, y al terminarlo nos pidió más dinero a pesar de que habíamos vuelto antes de lo acordado. El dueño se puso muy agresivo con nosotras ya que éramos 3 chicas solas … decidimos irnos del hotel cuanto antes. No lo recomiendo, hay opciones mejores en luxor.

• Thomas (9/5): - Wir haben und im Luxor View Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Medhat, der Eigentümer, hat uns immer unterstützt, wenn es um die Planung von Aktivitäten ging. Das Zimmer ist schlicht eingerichtet, groß genug und die Betten sind bequem. Ein paar Bilder an der Wand und Lampen am Bett wäre ein großer Schritt nach vorne. Das Bad ist funktional und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist mit Omlett, Frischkäse, Tomaten, Gurken und Brot gesund, allerdings auch immer gleich. Die Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile: Auf der Westbank und somit auf der Nilseite mit den meisten Monumenten. Dort aber auch etwas entfernt von Attraktionen und Fähre, aber ein TukTuk kutschiert einen günstig überall hin. In Hotel ist der Chef der Chef. Delegation von Verantwortung ist nicht erkennbar existent, selbst die Frage nach dem Preis von einem Bier kann nur der Chef beantworten:-). Man fühlt sich an das Deutschland von vor 50 Jahren zurückversetzt.

• Garima (10/5): - Owner is incredible! and it’s really great bang for buck. The rooms are massive and clean with a wonderful view West Bank is more remote than East so just a word of caution. The food at the hotel is great though and so is the nearby restaurant.

Medhet est un hôte attentionné et toujours disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter si vous êtes à la recherche d’un échange culturel !

• Askild (8/5): God valuta for pengene! Svært hyggelig personale, god stemning og litt enkle rom. - Veldig hyggelig personalet: Eieren Medhat og familien hans ga oss et minnerikt opphold. De organiserte alt for oss de to dagene vi var der. Medhat svarer raskt på meldinger på Whatsapp og fikser det du har behov for! Svært god service og gode priser! Hotellet har en nydelig bakgård med basseng og god stemning. Her serverer de god mat i behagelige omgivelser. Vår opplevelse er at hotellprisene i Egypt er nokså høye, så dette opplevdes som god valuta for pengene. Perfekt hotell om du ønsker lav-budsjett i Luxor! Rommene er nokså enkle ut fra en europeisk standard. Da vi var der manglet det laken under teppene. Dette skulle Medhat fikse sa han til oss.

• Mohamed (10/5): - • II soggiorno è stato fantastico. Sala (il proprietario) non solo è stato sempre disponibile, ma ha reso il nostro viaggio perfetto ed indimenticabile. Grazie anche al suo staff abbiamo goduto di un servizio impeccabile e ci ha anche messi in contatto con un autista il grande Abd elrahman che ci ha portato a vedere tutti i posti magnifici di Luxor, consigliando anche qualche chicca dove c'erano pochi turisti e ci ha dato consigli su come comportarci e su cosa fare. Colazione buonissima, forse la più buona fatta tra il Cairo e Luxor e staff davvero incredibile! Vista incredibile Tutto
• Christine (8/5): Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour découvrir Louxor - Les propriétaires font le nécessaire pour nous aider. Soit en nous proposant des excursions, soit si on veut découvrir la vie locale en nous indiquant comment découvrir le Louxor rural, prendre les bus collectifs … très facilitateur. Le petit déjeuner est bon et c est un excellent rapport qualité prix.

• Mahmoud (3/5): Scheiße - Die Unterkunft befindet sich am Westufer des Nils und liegt etwas abseits von Restaurants und anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Familien mit Kindern empfehle ich daher eher ein Hotel am Ostufer. Wir reisten als vierköpfige Familie – zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Was mich jedoch störte, war das für einen touristischen Betrieb unangemessene Verhalten des Besitzers, Medhat. Er servierte zunächst nur Frühstück für zwei Personen statt für vier. Am ersten Tag sagte ich nichts, doch als es am nächsten Tag erneut geschah, war ich sehr enttäuscht. Meine Kinder wurden praktisch übergangen – es gab weder Essen noch Getränke für sie. Am darauffolgenden Tag sprach ich ihn darauf an und machte deutlich, dass dies inakzeptabel und für einen Touristenbetrieb unangemessen sei. Erst danach wurde uns Frühstück für vier Personen serviert. Ich verließ das Hotel um 8:30 Uhr ohne Frühstück mit meinen Kindern, da kein Personal anwesend war – obwohl es üblicherweise jeden Tag bereits vor dieser Zeit vor Ort ist. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dies möglicherweise bewusst geschah, damit wir kein Frühstück erhalten. Auf der Buchungsseite wird angegeben, dass in jedem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher sowie Tee vorhanden sind. Leider entspricht das nicht der Realität. Wenn man ein Getränk bestellt, muss man zudem 50 Pfund pro Getränk bezahlen. Meine Frau bestellte zum Frühstück eine Tasse Nescafé mit Milch, doch der Kellner brachte den Kaffee ohne Milch. Als sie nach Milch fragte, weigerte er sich und erklärte, er sei nicht verpflichtet, Milch zum Kaffee zu servieren

• Sundar.K (1/5): - Affordable price Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The property owner was not welcoming at all. It felt like he was only friendly toward guests who booked tours through him. We ordered vegetarian food, but we noticed pieces of meat in the dish. When we politely asked a simple question — “What is this?” — the owner suddenly became very aggressive. He started yelling, said things like “I don’t know what it is, it’s not poison,” took that piece from our plate, threw it away, and told us that if we didn’t want the food, he would remove it. He also said we were “not owning” him and asked us to leave the hotel. He then cancelled our booking on Booking.com, which resulted in us having to pay a no-show fee. We had booked for two nights but were forced to stay only one night and vacated the next morning. Thankfully, we were able to find another good hotel immediately through Booking.com. At checkout, he said we did not need to pay for the food from the previous night, which was reasonable since we did not eat it. We only paid for a water bottle. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a main road. There was constant vehicle noise throughout the night, and we were unable to sleep properly. Given this experience, I genuinely do not understand how this property has such good ratings.

The hotel is with minimum facilities, but they make sure all the necessary needs are met. Highly recommended . Nothing.

• Cruz (10/5): EXCELLENT MASHA ALLAH - The location is near all the SIGHT SEEING locations. Valley of Kings, Hatshepsut, Hot air balloon, Karnak, Luxor temple and SUNSET CRUISE at Nile River. Location is really good. The staff were amazing especially MEDHAT and his son ABDUL who drove us around Luxor. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. NA
