• Stepan (4/5): The apartment did not meet basic hygiene or quality standards even for its affordable price. - The location was as expected. A cafe in the same building, which was convenient. The Wi-Fi actually worked. Nice balcony. Air conditioner. Black-out curtains. The apartment was worn-out: cracked mirror, cracked sink in the bathroom, torn leather on one of the chairs, many chips on the walls, tilted drawers, heavily chipped furniture, in the fridge it was almost as warm as in the room, the mattress was bowed on one side, the bathroom door was badly water-damaged. It was also rather dirty: the bidet was dirty, dishes were probably washed but negligently, the rug in the bathroom was apparently not washed, the fridge was dirty and smelled, the oven was dirty, when I used the hob it smelled of fried fish (the unpleasant way), I had to wipe some food remainings (I guess) from one of the chairs, a lot of dust in the wardrobe, heavily stained bathroom door. The apartment lacked sound proof: I could hear neighbors talking and listening to music.

• Lucas (9/5): It was an excellent stay despite a few minor bathroom issues - The location was excellent and well-connected, the place was comfortable and clean, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The bathroom had a couple of issues: the sink was dripping, and the bathtub knob came off each time it was used

Missing a couch (that’s in the picture) and we were a little worried using electrical outlets in the kitchen to plug in water kettle and microwave Suggestion, not a complaint - a hairdryer and a bottle opener would be a nice addition :-)

• Herman (7/5): Good. - The neighborhood. Maybe a better ambient light, would make it much more better. And better light in the entrance of the apartment.
• Rita (7/5): It was great place to rest and for a short stay, it was missing utensils on the kitchen so it would not be good for long - It was safe and good location I didn’t like that the toilet was not clean. There was cleaning product attached to the bowl but was never cleaned. Also the kitchen was missing the kettle for tea, there was no clothing iron, no cleaning product or brush so I could clean the toilet. There were some hairs lying around the apartment that were not mine. The table chairs were dirty with food and hairs- didn’t take a pic but I cleaned them with my own disinfecting wipes.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect stay in BA! - I loved my short stay in this apartment. The price is excellent for what you get. Super comfy bed, great bathroom, spacious apartment. The location is great, with cafes, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. I went to the little Turkish place across the road twice (definitely recommend!). Nothing. Everything was great.

• Sara (7/5): Great location, helpful concierge but could do with a proper revamp inside the rooms - Property manager is lovely and helpful Main door has a lot of issues. They were trying to fix it during our stay. Not very tidy. Bed sheet was dirty and Coffee cups not properly cleaned during check-in. Overall furniture, sheets and utensils were all a bit outdated. The fridge made a lot of noise at night
