Ron (3/5): Not recommended - Unfortunately I can not recommend their apartments from our experience. We stayed at a vacation apartment in Basuri, near Bilbao. While the check in was seamless, everything went downhill from there. The floor was actually dirty when we cam in. The dishwasher was broken with standing water inside, and smelling badly. Broken wine glasses in the kitchen. The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels and no floor mat. There were just 2 toilet paper rolls. While there is a washing machine, there was no detergent and no drying rack for clothes. The pillows on the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, very stiff and exceptionally high, just unbearable. And I stayed at dozens of hotels and apartments. But this was something else. The apartment is located on the first floor, above a bar and restaurant, and the noise is also unbearable at least till midnight, and on a weekend night you can forget about sleeping altogether, the noise level was unreal. Also, no parking is a headache if you arrive by car. Needles to say there is no air conditioning so consider that as well.
