• Vivienne (9/5): We had a wonderful stay within an area that was close to everywhere we wanted to go to. I would enjoy staying here again - Roomy and comfortable. Close to where we wanted to be No outside light at front of property- had trouble finding the property in the dark

• Maryanne (7/5): A lovely location. - An excellent location for family using the Medical services nearly. Lovely cafe a short walk away by the lake. Communication was excellent. There were areas that could have been cleaner, mainly the small Verandah off the kitchen and the kitchen itself. Also the front porch area. Beds and linen were very clean.

• R Euan (6/5): Good location but would not stay there again. - Good location am]nd off street parking Property was not clean. There was a lot of dust on the open shelving in one of the bedrooms, hair and dust in the wardrobe in the other one. There were spare duvets which were stored in the wardrobe with some other items and it was difficult to close the cupboard as they protruded beyond the frame. The 2 front burners on the hob did not work. No response from message sent to owner. There was a very sticky mark on the kitchen floor beside the fridge when we arrived and we felt that the cleaning had not been done properly. We were staying for over 2 weeks and no additional bedding was supplied. Only one small hand towel for 2 people for the entire period. The stairwell was not well lit at night time and could be considered hazardous in the dark.

• Qian (8/5): Overall it's quite good, but it's not suitable for families with a lot of luggage, as moving things up and down - The location is excellent. The bed is too soft.
• kelly (9/5): Will definitely stay again - The location was perfect. It was a homely, very tasteful and a quiet apartment. Some fresh milk for tea in morning would have been great but not a problem as great cafe just down end of street.

• Nicholas (6/5): handy to lake and other conveniences; a lovely part of town to stay in - there was milk waiting for me in the firdge which saved a trip to shops. There was also jam and coffee/tea/sugar and sauces and cooking oil. So: some handy supplies to get started there were ants in the kitchen and only flying insect spray, no surface spray. Property needs ant-baits. There was also a very annoying dripping tap, which may have been fixed by post-stay correspondence with hosts.

• Maree (9/5): Highly recommend for family for long stay - What a beautiful unit. Great facilities and host supplied plenty of extras. Very clean and a quiet location. The heating was amazing as we visited in winter. Great gas heater, electric blankets on bed to keep warm. The rooms were very spacious. Parking was secure and off the street. Thank you Not much not to like. It was ideal for us and very private but just incase anyone had mobility issues it's upstairs.

• Martine (10/5): Lovely clean apartment, close to lake wendouree and attractions of ballarat! - Beautiful, neat, quiet apartment, super close to Lake Wendouree! Apartment had everything we needed, stocked with lovely snacks, coffee/tea, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies etc The apartment is also very well insulated so we didn’t even need to turn on heating! We even left the back door open (level 2 apartment) during the night as the apartment kept so warm!

• Megan (5/5): Great location, just disappointed by the cleanliness and time it took for locksmith to be called - Tilling in kitchen was not cleaned. Very sticky and could see marks on floor and food. The mop in cupboard if this is what is used when guests vacate is not efficient enough for a good clean. Dining chairs had not been wiped over as when I pulled out a chair there was sticky marks on back of chair. We were locked out of the apartment due to a fault in the keypad. Locksmith should have been called straight away, however took 30minutes for the decision to be made to call one.
• K (9/5): Highly recommended - Everything you could need was supplied much more than we expected. Very comfortable, warm and inviting apartment. Very close to everything shops, activities etc. Very minor details. No lock for bathroom/toilet door.
