- María (8/5): Estancia cómoda para familias. - La ubicación es adecuada: tiene cerca supermercado, frutería, algún bar y no es excesivamente ruidosa. Para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche, pero se puede dar un paseo tranquilo si no se llevan muchos bultos. No hay campana extractora, aunque la ventana está justo al lado. El ascensor no llega al garaje y hay que bajar un par de tramos de escaleras para llegar al coche, esto es importante para familias con niños, carritos o movilidad reducida.
