Hotel propre, agéable, grande chambre et lit confortable. Un plus en Chine où les lits sont souvent durs. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande ! Le diner, compris, est à 17h30, trop tôt ! et le petit déjeuner est chinois. Pas un morceau de pain, de confiture et de beurre. Mais on s'est débrouillé ! Personne ne parle anglais à la réception.

Buono spuntino dalle 17,20 alle 18,30. L'inglese è poco parlato alla reception ma questo è cosa comune a tutti gli hotel

Plusieurs machines à laver et sèche-linge à disposition gratuitement. Bonne localisation à 15 min à pied du Green Lake et près du grand marché de Zhuanxin. Demander une chambre côté cour pour plus de calme et ne pas hésiter à changer si votre chambre non fumeur sent la cigarette.

• Philip (10/5): Fantastisch - Ruime, luxe kamer, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf, goed ontbijt en avondeten en een fijne locatie (naast een levendige markt en dichtbij de metro).
• Shelley (9/5): - The staff and facilities were great. Very clean. The breakfast and dinner were basic however good food. Location was very good near a large food street and close to the Walmart. The room was quite small however had everything we needed.
• Frank (9/5): A fine place to plant yourself for a few days. - A great location -- next to a market and across from a neighborhood park/pond. Also within walking distance of the main Cuihu Park. The rooms have been modernized and are very up-to-date (projector instead of a TV, automatic curtains and lights, etc.). Although, this actually is a little inconvenient, since you can't manually control things. It's almost too modern. Overall, however, the hotel offers great value. A good place to stay. Not luxurious, but modest and clean and has remodeled rooms. The beds, too, were excellent, so one sleeps well. Breakfast is more than adequate. The lighs in the room are hard to individually control and adjust to your preference -- they are either seemingly all on or all off. And the foyer light automatically turns on if you move at night, which is slightly annoying if you wake to use the restroom. Hotel staff is polite, but not excessively accommodating.

Arrivée très difficile en Chine, lorsqu’on y passe sur un coup de tête sans aucune préparation. Le dévouement du personnel et le confort de la chambre.

Variety of options with local food varieties. House keeping everyday. The food market nearby. The location was so central. We could reached important places we wanted to visit very cheaply and easily. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Kunming. Pillows could have been more comfortable. Kunming Spring City Boutique Hotel name wasn’t shown on ride hailing apps such as Didi. The locally known established name of the hotel has been Spring City Star Hotel. Initially it has been very confusing when attempting to find the place and organising the transport from Kunming South Station to the hotel after long hours of exhaustive train travel.

It’s undergoing renovation making the entrance a little hard to find - enter through the underground car park to the temporary reception then take the lift

• Koh (10/5): Courtesy staffs and Spacious room - Lobby offer to carry our luggages. The breakfast is very good 👍. Service is top notch. I had stayed 2nights. The housekeeping is very good.

• Hoàng (10/5): Excellent location and staff!! - Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆 Nothing really.

The night market located right beside the hotel gave a great taste of local life and flavour. No negatives.

The smokers do not respect the “non smoking” signs, w - All the staff at the front desk and breakfast and dinner were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. The smoke of cigarrettes was very heavy in my room, although I paid for a non- smoking room. Some passengers even smoke in the elevator!

• Si(simon) (9/5): Pretty good thank the receptionist boy - I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him! The night got very cold( AC didn’t work at all but blowing colder air in the room( toilet paper & stand were in the rubbish bing in 917 so they need to take care of that please! Too many people are swarming the dinner room during free dinner & breakfast time so I didn’t bother eating long because I’m not a fan of communal cafeteria dining style.
• Steven (10/5): The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. When I needed to obtain a SIM card they personally escorted me to the t - It was very clean and comfortable and very well located. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety as were the dinners we enjoyed there too.
