Guest Reviews
- Richard (9/5): Comfortable seafront studio apartment (but no sea view) - Building is on, and accessed from, the seafront promenade, although the apartment itself is at the rear. There is a balcony overlooking the back street. Wifi was good. Pretty well equipped except for the lack of a kettle. Grocery shops and restaurants nearby. All one room so no individual privacy (apart from bathroom) but that's the nature of a studio apartment. Occasional noise from street outside, especially at weekends, (and on one occasion from another apartment opening onto central courtyard).
- Fabian (10/5): Perfect stay in a nice location, super central but still quiet. - Location is right at Las Canteras beach, but without Sea View. Super central but quiet at the same time, perfect for me!
Apartment is a nice size, very clean and tidy. Everything needed is there, I also liked the building in general.
- Daniel (10/5): A clean and comfortable place to lay your head - The flat is in a great location, it was clean and mostly quiet. It has all the facilities you need for a short stay including a kitchen with some common utensils. The shower is very good (but if there's two of you be aware the hot water tank is small so runs out quite quickly).
There is WiFi in the flat even though it wasn't on the listing, and it was nice and fast which was pleasant to discover.
Air conditioning works well, but if you need to put it in heating mode it smells a bit.
Overall very good and I would stay here again. The curtains are fine for privacy but they're ineffective for blocking out the sunlight, which meant that even though I was often going to bed very late as is the nightlife culture there, I was always woken up by bright sunlight far too early. The host really needs to change these for light-blocking/blackout curtains.
I'm not sure if the neighbouring apartment is also a holiday let or if someone lives there, but I wasn't pleased when a large group turned up very loudly at 4am, shouting at each other and then out of the window, disturbing my sleep.
