• Talía (1/5): La peor experiencia que hemos tenido. - La zona es buena. No subo más fotos por qué no me deja pero tenemos muchísimas más. Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba todo super sucio, las sábanas y toallas sucias y los colchones están llenos de manchas y sin apenas separación con el suelo, lo que hacía aún mejor la situación de las cucarachas. El apartamento estaba infestado, tuvimos que comprar insecticida y trampas, mover todos los muebles, limpiar, y estar matándolas constantemente durante los tres días. Al intentar hacer el cambio de apartamento solo nos ofrecían uno a más de una hora andando y teniendo que pagarlo por adelantado, siendo más caro, con solo una cama y sin contar con la devolución de esta reserva hasta más de 10 días después y sin seguridad de que nos lo devolvieran. No tuvimos otra opción que quedarnos y el trato por parte de los propietarios fue pésimo hasta el punto de decir que si tanto miedo le teníamos a las cucarachas como era posible que aceptaríamos una compensación y amenazando con ponernos ellos una mala reseña como inquilinos. El apartamento no cumplía para nada con las condiciones que nosotros pagamos, lo mínimo hubiera sido una compensación o una reubicación sin cargos extras. La experiencia ha sido horrible no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

• Sophie (8/5): Bon séjour avec à la fois la proximité de la mer et l'accès au centre historique assez facile en bus - La tranquillité de l'hébergement, quartier peu touristique, supermarché très proche, boulangerie, épicerie, décoration soignée. Logement assez sombre et mal aéré.
• Graham (1/5): Cockroaches and did not stay!!!! - Could not stay as it was infested with cockroaches..the owner has refused refund even though I now notice dating back to a review in 2023 this is a known issue. If we had been told before we definitely would not have even tried to stay. We contacted booking.com but they have not helped. Just to add that the owner decided to refuse the refund well before I did this review - this was confirmed by booking.com in an email. I was surprised that you wanted a review when we didn't stay. COCKROACHES..Even the person who stayed the week before complained and was given the same poor excuse. It is not acceptable to have these untreated...They can and do carry ecoli and are a healthy hazard. He also lied to booking.com and said we stayed in the property when we were there for less than 45 mins. Photos do not show the number of them as the scatter in light

• Gabrielle (5/5): Cockroaches - Good location, opposite a Mercadona which proved very useful. The bed was comfortable and we made use of the washing machine (after buying our own detergent). Very little natural light. We didn’t make use of the mezzanine upstairs owing to the dangerously steep stairs leading up to it. We decided against using the kitchen and ate out every night because there were cockroaches crawling in the fridge and out of the drain in the sink. Would have preferred to have slept upstairs knowing there were cockroaches downstairs.
• Bonachera Madrid (3/5): Cucarachas - El apartamento era amplio y cómodo. También parecía bastante practico, aunque no utilizamos la cocina. El baño estaba muy bien, y la cama me pareció bastante cómoda. La ubicación también estaba bastante bien. El piso de arriba no tenía mucho sentido, las esclareas era peligrosisimas, como para matarse. La valla que había arriba era muy poco segura, si ruedas por la cama te podrías caer al piso de abajo. Y el techo estaba super bajo, yo mido 1,61, y completamente de pies el techo rozaba con mi cabeza. El sitio parecia limpio, pero el segundo día abrimos la nevera y salieron 3 cucarachas corrigiendo de dentro. Después de eso nos empezamos a fijar más de cerca y había bastantes cucarachas por la cocina. Estuvimos a punto de ir a buscar otro lugar para pasar la noche, pero era sábado por la noche en verano y la cosa estaba imposible... Tuvimos que dormir rodeados de cucarachas, no fue muy agradable.

Die Lage zu allem, was wir brauchten(Supermarkt)/wo wir hinwollten(ca. 20 min zur Innenstadt, ca. 20 min zum Strand, 5 min Gehweite zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln), war hervorragend. Das Apartment hätte sauberer sein können. Also Menschen, die keine Kakerlaken aushalten, werden hier eher ein oder zwei mal erschreckt.

• Tin (5/5): València half stays - Good location if you running the València half marathon and close to the metro station and local supermarket. Not very clean and very dusty. A lot of hair! The bin track collects the big bins right outside the apartment around 10pm, 12:30am and 6am in the morning, we woke up every time. It is a very noisy apartment. Empty coffee jar and sugar.

The double size bed in the second floor is only suitable for one adult, because if the person turn over and fell down the bed, he will fell down to the first floor directly. It is very dangerous. So the bed in second floor need to be installed tight fence around.

The owner is kind and helps me during my stay via whatsapp. The key was put in front of the door, easy to open (but at first the owner told me the wrong password but I could call him eventhough it's at 10.00 pm, very late at night). I and my family are very happy to stay here the most. There is no parking at the apartment, but can find free parking around there.
