• Bibiána Hricová (1/5): Never again - Relatively close to center and beach walking distance or bus Nothing like described.mold in bedrooms terrace was mess with broken table and we were missing one duvet so we had to use blanket from sofa no other beddings. Broken lamp abowe the bed which fell on my kids head.no bedside tables or nowhere to put ypur phone just floor..and the view oh the view like after a world war see photos
• Edit (4/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, könnyen lehet megközelíteni a várost, nem volt szükség tömegközlekedésre. Nem volt Wifi és TV, viszont nagyon dohos volt a levegő és nagyon sok bogár volt a lakásban.

• Aleksandra (1/5): Jedna wielka tragedia. - Nic mi się nie podobało. Wszystko mi się nie podobało. Tragiczne miejsce. Proszę omijać szerokim łukiem. Zmuszona byłam spędzić tam jedną noc ze względu na przylot wieczorem. Rano uciekałam z rodziną do innego miejsca. Bród, smród, wilgoć, grzyb i robactwo. Strach tam przebywać. Poza tym, budynek wygląda niebezpiecznie - jakaś samowola budowlana. Wyjście na „taras” to jakiś żart. Dookoła pełno opuszczonych budynków, nieciekawych ludzi. Najgorsze miejsce w jakim przyszło mi nocować na wakacjach w życiu! Właściciel umywa ręce i nie chce zwrócić pieniędzy za pobyt (nawet za pozostałe noce, podczas których nas tam nie było), a booking zaproponował 17 euro rekompensaty 😂
• Marta (1/5): - NO ME GUSTO NADA. El apartamento muy mal. Mucha húmedad en el baño, hasta mohooo en el techo del baño. Pasamos fuimos frío. Sin duda dejar mucho wey desear las fotos que ves en la publicación a lo que te encuentras en realidad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

• Karina (4/5): Not really comfortable - The price was cheap though. We didn’t have WiFi but the host solved the issue . The house needs renovation. All the walls and furniture in the bathroom are covered in mould🧫. The pillows are uncomfortable, and there were a lot of ants in the flat 🐜. They were crawling on the floor and in the kitchen near the food, which was not very pleasant. The air conditioner needs to be cleaned. We didn't use it even though it was cold, but if we did, the air would become much worse. There are also two apartments, and only one of them has a balcony. Where we were (downstairs), there were three large barrels on the balcony that pumped water, and there was little space to sit. The neighbours upstairs were drunk and shouted loudly; the soundproofing was non-existent.

• Valle (7/5): Casi perfecta - Muchas limpieza, las camas muy cómodas y limpias. Creo que casi todo está justo para el momento que uno desea. Lamentablemente un poco frío, no había calefacción, hay aire acondicionado pero no tira aire caliente. Es lo único pero el resto muy bien me ha gustado.

• Louis (5/5): it was okay except for no wifi. - internet was useless and did not work at all the whole time. We told the host but they said it was working fine. Whatever.
• Monika (5/5): - Lokalizacja względnie ok, 10 min do centrum, 15 min do plaży, cicha okolica. Zarządca chyba zapomniał o naszym przyjeździe, nie podał nam informacji jak się dostać do obiektu. Musieliśmy dzwonić do niego w nocy po przylocie, pomylił kody dostępu. W obiekcie mimo zapewnień brak było czajnika, suszarka do włosów miała przepalony kabel i nie działa. Obiekt był chyba po odmalowaniu, ponieważ panował specyficzny zapach, podłogi poplamione farbą, po dotknięciu ściany można było się ubrudzić.

• Carlos (2/5): Pobre y deficiente - Lo único a destacar diría que es el precio pero porque en ese rango poco más puedes encontrar. El piso está en muchas peores condiciones a como aparece en las fotos, cables sueltos, electrodomésticos y menaje sucios, humedades en las paredes. Por culpa de todo eso cuando entras a la casa hay mucha cantidad de humedad lo que hace que las camas estén húmedas y la ropa sea imposible que se seque rápido. Tienes que dormir arropado y te sientes mojado todo el rato aunque no sea verano, por último decir de que estaba lleno de insectos bola y hormigas que y se subían a la comida. No es nada recomendable porque por dos duros han “reformado” una casa en ruinas, que se puede ver en la fachada, y están sacándole más lucro del que se merece por lo que ofrece. Nada recomendable a no ser que te quede otra opción.
• Jorge (2/5): - Las camas eran cómodas y la ducha salía con buena presión y temperatura. Aunque el barrio estaba descuidado, es muy céntrico. El estado del apartamento era bastante mejorable. Al llegar nos encontramos una cucaracha en pleno salón. Había algunas hormigas y bichos bola por la casa. El baño no ventilaba bien y había humedades por todo el techo. Por otro lado, las fotos de la terraza que aparecen son del alojamiento de la planta alta. Nosotros nos quedamos en la planta baja y no teníamos acceso a dicha terraza, sin aviso previo.

• Natalia (4/5): Apartamento descuidado - Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicaciòn y que es fácil aparcar. La terraza del primer piso es impresionante. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora establecida y eso nos vino perfecte ya que teniamos la comida reservada a las 3 No nos guto la limpieza, ya que de primeras parecia limpio pero al abrir el armario de la cocina nos encontramos una cucaracha, la chica que durmio en la cama del comedor se levanto con todas las piernas llenas de picaduras, cosa que no es nada normal. Solo teniamos 3 toallas cuando eramos 5 personas y ninguna era de manos. El papel pintado del comedor esta medio despegado.

• Miriam (1/5): Asqueroso - Nada Nos hospedamos del 22 al 25 de agosto y fue un auténtico desastre. Todo plagado de bichos, humedad por todas partes, la zona daba mal rollo y nada segura. Ofertaban una azotea y nos acabaron encasquetando un bajo cutre con un mini patio impracticable, lleno de bidones como si fuera un almacén. El suelo roto con una maceta metida en el agujero, una auténtica chapuza. Todo sucio, asqueroso. Para colmo, los de arriba se quedaron sin agua y en vez de solucionarlo fuera, tuvieron que entrar a nuestro cuchitril a marearnos para arreglarles a ellos. ¡De vergüenza! Un despropósito total de lugar, solo hay que ver las fotos para comprobarlo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, ni regalado.

El lugar no tiene buena higiene, encontramos ratones, chiripas y hormigas, suciedad, la terraza no está acta para niños, el agua no es constante duramos 1 día sin agua, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien enfría muy poco. La zona es de poco gusto, sé que el precio es poco pero igual no vale la pena

• Álvaro (1/5): ESTAFA - Un desastre. Cualquier persona que piense alquilar algo en Alicante, que no elija esta opción. Casi 2.000€ por 2 días, te sientes estafado. Nada más entrar, te quedas pegado en las escaleras, a saber lo que llevaban sin fregar. Insectos muertos por toda la casa, moho y humedades por todos lados. Poca comunicación por parte de los anfitriones, imagino que por no tener que dar la cara viendo las instalaciones. Subo las fotos que me permite Booking, pero podría subir muchas más. La pregunta sería qué nos gustó (NADA), y lo único bueno que se podría decir es que está cerca del centro, aunque la zona no transmite mucha confianza.

• Krausz (2/5): Don't book!📌 - Never recomend📌 Ants, cockroaches, stinky pillows, plugs coming out of walls, the hair dryer with the broken cable electrocutated me, same with the kettle -broken cable, wires exposed, no internet upon arrival although it said it had, the area is a bad neighbourhood-drunkyards and druggies sleeping at night right in the front of the building and screaming, no blinds on every window, toilet seats broken or just not stable on both locations, on one location the gap between the door and the floor after the front door is locked is so big that a cat/ rat or any small animal could go in while you are sleeping. To have a shower you had to unplug the washing machine, we had to discover this ourselves. The noise coming from a little dog locked in a room somewhere -yelling almost the whole night was horrible. The owner has multiple locations were the situation is pretty much the same: horrible!!! This is far from a decent accomodation for any amount that you pay!!!

• Ksenia (5/5): Suitable for a short stay for students - It's a budget apartment with basic setup, but the location is great, and the beds are very comfortable. A/C is also there that also helps with the humidity. The area is a mess, it's like you live either within construction site or just a ghetto 🤔 you can literally see homeless people with their matrass across your building. Ants live in the kitchen and the shower is moldy

• Matei (9/5): Superb - Good value for money for a group trip with friends. Very cosy terrace on top for dinner and some drinks. Castle view very close and during the night it lits up. Overall i enjoyed the stay Just one bathroom for maximum 6 persons. One room was super small and it had inside the entry to the terrace so everybody had to pass through the room. Another room was super hot during late summer even thugh it had a little window.

• Serhii (4/5): Disappointing - Friendly hostess, it was clean. The cockroaches, ants and neighbors upstairs were very loud. there is mold in the bathroom. The website shows two apartments in one building. but it was punished that these are different apartments. As a result, by choosing a terrace with a view you can get an apartment on the ground floor. There are destroyed buildings around, which complement the not very attractive picture.

The smell of humidity and sewer. The A/C did not heat and when turned on caused me respiratory issues, maybe because the filters were dirty. Toilet seat was broken. Only one roll of toilet paper in the whole apartment. No paper towels in the kitchen. Kitchen faucet broken making water come out through the sides. The microwave did not have the cristal plate to heat food. The entrance door to the apartment had a gap near the floor allowing the smell of smoking from the other guests.
• Markéta (9/5): Superb - Our stay in Alicante was good! The apartment has a great location, close to the city center and with beautiful views of Santa Barbara. The flat has two separate bedrooms and awesome terrace where you can sunbathe even in December! Communication was always smooth and I could recommend this accommodation for everyone who wants to be quickly in the center by walking.

• Robert (1/5): BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! - Run, run, run away from this place! Black mold coming through the walls everywhere! Terrible crime and terrible neighborhood with homeless people and drug addicts everywhere! No one should ever stay in this place. Especially not families!!! HORRIBLE!!!

The location was perfect, and The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed.The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and the sea. Overall, I highly recommend Casa del Castillo for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Alicante.
