• Streetkildar3 (9/5): Superb - -The host provided a very informative powerpoint, with instructions on how to get there, how to use all the appliances, and even recommendations on nearby restaurants and sightseeing spots. They were very communicative and helpful. The most thorough and wonderful welcome we've ever had staying at a property- thank you so much! -The traditional tatami mats added a wonderful atmosphere: the texture and scent were very pleasant and homey. -The apartment was quite large. -The futons were very soft and fluffy. -The bath tub was very deep, using it felt like being in your own private onsen! -Everything was very clean. -It was very quiet, and in a good location next to a train station, and an excellent vending machine (Kizuna rules). -The air conditioning was fantastic. -The TV was also great. -Balcony was also a lovely touch. -One of the best experiences we've had with accommodation, a big thank you to the host, everything was lovely! -The washing machine gave an error, saying the load was 'unbalanced', but this may have been due to user error, as we haven't used a top loading machine often. As a result, the clothes came out mostly wet, but again, it's possible this was on us. -There were no curtains to block the light from the windows in the bedroom. -There was nowhere to hang up clothes in the apartment, apart from on the balcony. -As other reviewers mentioned, the stairs were very steep and narrow, but this wasn't a huge problem for us. Please take care if you are tall, or have a lot of heavy luggage!
• Valentina (2/5): Disappointing - The location and prompt reply from the owner The smell in the property. The wall in the bathroom area is full of mould and the whole property smells really bad. The rest of the property looks run down with stained smelly walls and holes in the doors. We struggled sleeping with that intense smell. The owner sent someone to clean the property again, however, the problem didn't go away even by opening all the doors and windows. Terrible experience!

• Guanlin (10/5): Exceptional - This was such a perfect experience! The house was exactly the same as the pictures showed on booking, very spacious, well decorated, just a very soothing atmosphere. Had 3 room, enough pravicy even for a party of 3 people. Had everything needed for everyday life like microwave, stove, kettle, washing machine etc. Air-conditioners worked perfectly, kept us warm against the cold weather. Futons were very clean and soft and comfortable, had some best night sleeps. Bathtub is deep and made of metal, very suitable for taking a hot water bath. The homeowner was also very active in responding and communicating through the chat room on booking, which made us feel cared and safe. Not the closest to the railway station, but within a 10 min walk, nothing to complain about. Stairway to the house was a bit steep, need to climb with caution. All in all, just a very satisfying homestay experience. Would recommend to travellers in Osaka who are looking for an authentic and ecomonic Japanese homestay! Would come back again if given chance! Thank you!!! Almost nothing.

• Jannine (9/5): Superb - It was what I was looking for. Loved the apartment. Nice quiet area. Would stay again. Stairs were really steep. Wasn't expecting that. And location was harder to get to, rather than going to fuse station. Much closer to apartment.
