• Eleni (10/5): Excellent and A big thank you to Korina - Great location, near Covent Garden. The owner Korina is super friendly and hospitable. She answered patiently all my questions from how to get there to whether tab water in London is drinkable, gave me recommendations on where to eat in the vicinity, made special arrangements so that I could arrive earlier. Very peaceful quiet room, I did work in the late evening and in the morning without a problem. Although the room has no air-conditioning, the fan worked perfectly well so I could sleep just fine despite the heat wave. There is nothing I did not like. Honestly.

• Rachel (9/5): Welcoming host, lovely room, great location - Korina was very welcoming - I was staying in London for a night to take an exam and asked if I would be able to use the fridge and kettle etc. in the morning for breakfast and she was very happy to let me use the kitchen. The room was also lovely, very clean and the bed was comfy - there's a desk too with a great view, which was helpful for studying! The location is fantastic - you're close to everything central. Would recommend.

• Camilla (8/5): Perfectly lovely room for rent in a pleasant lady's apartment with shared bathroom - Amazing location and very convenient. The room looks just like the picture shown. The host was welcoming and lovely! I booked this quickly on booking.com and assumed it was a hotel but it is actually a room in a lady's apartment! I also didn't read the fine print and realise the bathroom is shared. I still had a lovely time but it came as a surprise that I was staying in the host's apartment - this could have been made more clear on the booking information.

• Greg (10/5): Highly recommended and great value for the area and the quality. - Brilliant proximity to town, very modern and really helpful in terms of checking in. That I wasn’t staying longer!
• Tess (8/5): Excellent for my location - The location was perfect for my stay, right next to Outernet where I was working the following morning. Couldnt get on the wifi and pillows were very hard, but I spoke to the man who let me in about that and he said he would let the owner know.

The building is located right next to Tottenham Crt Road station, only 45mins from Heathrow and good to walk to central London. Korina is a lovely host!

The room is managed very well and clean. Other than that the location was also good. I don’t really understand some of these bad comments here. The stay will be good as long as you stick to the rule. Nothing really 🤷‍♀️
• Qian (10/5): Had a great stay. Thank you! - Location, size of the room... Mostly, Korina was super caring and accommodating. None, except that some of the past reviews (about missing lock on bedroom door and the number of hosts staying at this site) were incorrect or were a bit confusing, which led to some unnecessary questions from my part prior to my arrival. Then once I was there, all confusion was cleared up.
• Ellie (3/5): Poor - It was a part of someone's flat. The bathroom was a part of someone's home and the door didn't have a lock. It didn't say any of this on the advert. It made me very uncomfortable so I didn't stay over. I left that night. There was also no lighting in the corridor to get to the place.

• Richard (8/5): very comfortable but a nightmare to check in - Even though it's on a bus route and only a few steps from New Oxford Street, the room was very quiet. I slept very well. Terrible check in. It's an apartment block with a videophone at the street entrance where you dial the apartment number to ask to be let in. But the joining instructions did not include the apartment number, which is ridiculous. The phone number in the instructions turned out to be someone in Greece. Fortunately they answered - but told me to wait to be let in. Nothing happened but when I called again they were able to give me the apartment number.

The spacious clean place has a mirror makes you feel like in your room after a long day of sightseeing and getting to rest the bed is comfortable. Corina a wonderful, kind person guided me, applied me was pending. Everything was perfect 🫶😍 I don’t have any complaints

I had plenty of space to stock my clothes and all my belongings -the flat is right next to tottenham court station so it’s really easy to access any parts of london -the bathroom is nice and practical, even though it’s a shared bathroom I didn’t have to ‘wait for my turn’ or anything -Alex and Niki are very nice and welcoming, it was nice to have a little chat with them after I spent the day visiting -they helped me with my luggage and were very reactive, thank you again for that!! -it’s a bit noisy outside at night but it’s to be expected given the flat is in central london!!
