The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. Very accommodating, responsive and friendly owner. Can be noisy at times and bright lights at night but what can expect being in cbd.

• Vargs (8/5): - Comfortable space, great kitchen facilities! Location was great, right near Southern Cross if you're travelling in, and great food spots! Amazing tv/lounge set up, comfy couch and large tv. If you're a light sleeper it is quite noisey at night, but other than that it was great!
• HIROSHI (8/5): メルボンの街歩きの拠点として便利． - サザンクロス駅に近く，目の前に市内トラムの駅，アパート直結するハンバーガー屋，隣りにコンビニ．とにかく便利です．City Pointという名前の建物にあるアパートの一室です． チェックインは隣りのコンビニで鍵を受け取る．私の場合は朝7時30分過ぎにアパートに到着して，コンビニが開いてたので鍵を受け取り早めに部屋に入れました．（事前に家主に連絡しておきました） 鍵束に付いているタグを扉やエレベータの端末にかざして使うタイプです．部屋の扉の開閉は鍵が必要です．中に入っても鍵でロックする必要があります． 部屋には1台分の駐車場が付帯しています．ただし，近くにある別の建物で一方通行もあり注意必要です． トレーニングジム，プールもあります． ベランダへの開閉はスライド式のロックです．鍵は必要ないです． エアコンはリビングにしかないので暑い時期や寒い時期に少し苦労するかも． 洗濯機と乾燥機があるので長期滞在でも便利．毎日洗濯すれば荷物を減らせるので重宝します．好みかどうか別にして洗剤とか棚の中にありました． シャンプーとコンディショナー，ヘアドライヤーとか付帯してました．好みのものがあれば持っていく方が無難かと． 冷蔵庫，電子レンジ，サンドイッチメーカー，フライパン，コップや皿，ナイフ，フォーク，ラップ，アルミフォイルなど一通りあります．ネスプレッソのマシンもあります。 Wi-Fiはキッチン周りにルーターがあるので，裏面記載のID,パスワードで使えます． 燃えるゴミはレジ袋に入れて部屋の外にあるダストシュートから捨てます．ビン缶ペットボトルなどは地下の駐車スペースにある箱に分別して捨てます．（袋に入れない） チェックアウトは鍵をコンビニに返却する．早朝帰りでコンビニが開いてない時は，部屋に鍵を置いて出て行くだけです．（事前に家主に連絡しておきました） 部屋に備えてある説明書を良く読めば色々書いてありますわ． エアコンがリビングだけ．ワイングラスがない． 早朝からお湯が出ない日があって焦った．

• Celia (2/5): This property was misrepresented on booking.com. The second bed is only suitable for a child. - It was close to the Southern Cross train and bus station. The description said there was a double bed in the bedroom plus a futon in the lounge. But the futon turned out to be a 3/4 length futon mattress on the floor. No sheets. When we arrived there was a wet shower mat and no toilet paper. This was provided two hours later after I messaged the property. There was no key to the balcony and only one fob and key for the apartment. Apparently there was a pool but no information was provided about this.

Just simply the best apartment I've stayed in . Can't speak highly enough & highly recommended this to anyone that's looking for a great deal for an amazing weekend getaway. Loved everything about this apartment
• Shanker (9/5): Fantastic! - complete facilities for home away from home, incl Washer/dryer, cooking, etc. Nothing really. Only one cleaning tablet for dishwasher!
• Alexander (5/5): A pretense of luxury. Cheaply apponted apartment made to look fancy with decor. - It's well located for the tram. Sofa had no structural support so you couldn't even sit to watch a 30 minute news real without muscle strain in your neck. Washing machine was mouldy. No windows an inadequate exhaust in bathroom/laundry so running the old fashioned unvented dryer steamed up the apartment. A condenser dryer might help.

• Brent (4/5): Disappointed. - The location was fantastic. The tram was right outside the door and the Southern Cross station a five minute walk away. We booked the apartment because of the location and we like a bit of comfort and luxury when go away. On the face of it the apartment looked great from the photos. And when it's advertised as a luxury stay you expect more attention to detail. There was not enough supplies like teabags, coffee pods, toilet paper etc for a 4 night stay. No wine glasses just big chunky fake crystal tumblers. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Apartment is on the 14th floor in the CBD, so the view is lovely, but you are surrounded by high rise buildings which impact on your privacy. There are only cheap blackout blinds across the living area and the bedroom, so you have to have them down the whole time if you want any privacy, which means the space is very dark. Privacy blinds or sheer curtains would help with this. The place looks great but isn't that comfortable to stay in.

• Marissa (8/5): Beautiful stay… would stay again. Bed was comfortable, the view of the city amazing! - The place was very very clean and beautifully located in the heart of Melbourne. Interior design was beautiful, felt very high end. I enquired about the brand of coffee machine as I drink a lot of coffee and was happy to buy more pods for my trip… they said no problem and they would provide some… :( I got one packet of decaf and no sugar :( I’m sure all just an oversight but disappointing … as was the promise of toiletries, but I received 3 x hotel mini size moisturisers and no shampoo :(

• Tivoli111 (9/5): Great location, good value & quiet - Fantastic location, comfortable bed, fabulous night views. For the price, the apartment was very good value as it was so close to the train and bus station and had a tram immediately outside. It was also very quiet, despite being in the city, which was great. One of the blinds needs attention as it came off the runner very easily. But that's a minor fault and I'm sure it will be fixed.

• Glen (5/5): Okay, but I wouldn't book again. - The location was fine--in the heart of the CBD and accessible to the free inner city transport as well as the metro system. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. The kitchen was strangely missing items necessary for a full self-catering experience. We ended up eating out instead. The laundry only came with enough laundry powder for one load, so we had to get our own. The description of how to access the parking lot was slightly off--it referenced the button on the small fob, but the button that actually operated the door was on another (we never figured out what the buttons on the other fob were for).

• Renai (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a great location and lovely city views. - The decor was very beautiful and it was very clean. Easy to find too, just a short walk from southern cross station and the tram right outside the door. The lock was a little bit tricky to work out how to secure it from the inside.

Check in and out was good, but I didn’t receive the code which made obtaining the key difficult. Also there was no welcome information and the wi-fi details were not straightforward.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable with some extra little touches in the furnishings that made it feel more special than the average apartment.
