Important Information
1. KEEP IN MIND THE PEACE OF MIND OF THE NEIGHBORS.
It is a residential community, please don’t shout, scream, organize any gatherings of more than 6 people, or listen to music so loud that it would disturb the neighbors. Noncompliance after even 1 notice will cause the police to be called, and you will be charged a considerable amount on your account.
2. TREAT THE APARTMENT AS IT WOULD BE YOUR OWN
Please make sure that you cause no damage to the apartment or its contents; otherwise, you will be charged for the damage you cause. If there are any imperfections, please report them to us by the second day of your stay. If we find anything that hasn’t been reported, we have the right to deduct from the deposit to replace or repair the damage.
3. DON’T MAKE ANY NOISE INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND INSIDE THE BLOCK
4. USE OF ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICLY FORBIDDEN
If there is any suspicion and/or evidence of drug use, you will be given a notice of eviction, and you have to leave the apartment immediately. By renting the apartment, you agree to comply with this rule. – To clarify, we won’t investigate or keep an eye on you during your stay, but given the past experiences, we could receive complaints from neighbors that they hear or see something from the terrace. To prevent any accidents under the influence of illegal drugs, we have a legal obligation to report this to the police.
5. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Any violation of this rule can cause us to have to call an OZONE Cleaner company, so we can get rid of the smell of cigarettes, not to mention the extra laundry fees and textile cleaner fees with which you will be charged. The total cost of this varies by company.
6. USE THE RESORT FACILITIES ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES.

Pet fur can cause a serious amount of extra cleaning hours, which you will be charged for. There can be exceptions in cases where an extra pet cleaning fee and deposit are paid.
9. It is also forbidden to exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment; if this were the case, we would cancel the reservation and the full amount would be charged.
10. It is not allowed to TAKE ANY ITEM FROM THE APARTMENT to the pool or common areas, such as glasses, bottles, plates, or other items, since it isn’t allowed to eat or drink on the pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Zoe (4/5): We wouldn’t return here or recommend. - The location was very good - a few minutes walk from the beach and Mistral Beach Club. The apartment was very spacious and, on first appearances, seemed new and modern. Communication with the owner was very good - we were asked for our phone number and then were sent the entry codes and instructions and were able to access the apartment quickly after arriving. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The apartment didn’t smell very nice - at first we thought it was smoke but could have been damp/mould as it is in a basement. All the windows were open when we arrived (presumably to air it out) and there were quite a lot of mosquitos so we all got bitten. There is very little natural daylight and so it felt quite prison-like and claustrophobic. On closer inspection the apartment floors were dirty and some parts of the apartment like the kitchen cupboards, sofas, stools were old and not in good condition - broken/rusty/stained. The baby cot we requested was broken and unusable. The beds felt cheap - my husband said he was uncomfortable and woke up with a back ache.

Very well maintained garden en swimming pool. Beds are great; long and very comfortable. We were aware of this prior to arrival, but the apartment is on level -2 and has only a minimal level of light from the garden. Don’t expect a great view.

- Harry (1/5): Bad - It was good but half way through the aircon broke and the power cut meant we couldn’t use the fridge, cooking facilities, or washing machine.
- Amie (3/5): Overall, this was not the experience we had expected or hoped for based on the property description and price of our sta - We booked this accommodation to celebrate a small civilised hen do (5 guests) and a birthday having checked the location and reviewed the photos. We really splashed out on the more expensive accommodation due to the impending special celebrations. Unfortunately, the only positive was the location and the extremely high standard of maintenance of the property grounds which were second to none! We were contacted the day before our arrival and asked to complete the guest registration having provided an email address for receipt. We also requested an early check in as we expected to arrive at circa 12.30pm. Unfortunately we weren’t provided with the registration documents and confirmation of the early check in until the morning of the day of our arrival which left us with uncertainty and no access to the property on arrival. We contacted the correct number on arrival several times to no avail and eventually spoke with someone after a significant time trapped in the sun following a long journey. The delayed provision of the registration documents was further delayed by no internet access and we were refused entry until completion. Finally in the property, we were immediately disappointed and shocked to find a basement environment with no outside space or access and a clear smell of damp and dirty drains resulting in lots of flies. Whilst the bedding was clean, the kitchen, bathrooms and floors throughout were not and the facilities were not luxury or particularly functional including an antiquated toaster, no oven and a poor quality TV. No locking bathroom doors could make the property unsuitable for other groups and a lack of hot water for showers was surprising for a property that can sleep up to 7. We were unable to close the blinds which impacted our sleep, some guests were cold during the night owing to the sheet provided with no extra blankets and there were no hand towels in the bathrooms. The wardrobes in both bedrooms smelt horrendous despite the attempt to mask the odour with candles and diffusers. Last but not least, there were signs to instruct no toilet paper down the toilet which is shocking for Spain in this century and disgusting from a hygiene perspective. We were provided with a set of unrealistic rules pertaining to housekeeping including no noise being allowed at all and no consumption around the pool area.
