• Taniya (10/5): Authentic and everything you need - It was at the end of Venice island that was quiet. If you don’t like walking to the crowded part ( 20 min walk) you can take the water bus. It was a traditional apartment. Not fancy but lovely

• HUI (6/5): 离双年展近，离主街远 - 因为主要是为了看双年展，所以订在这个房间，离此近 离主街就远了，每次去还要坐船，如果走路大概50分钟到中央车站。另外，蚊子太多，以为像在中国内地一样，告诉房东马上就拿来给你。结果让我自己去买。与我们的服务还是不太一样。
• Iakovlieva (10/5): Прекрасное сочетание экскурсионного и пляжного отдыха - Прекрасно все: локация, планировка квартиры, санузел, спальные места, чистота, посуда, гостеприимный хозяин - лёгкий заезд, консультация по всем вопросам Одна остановка вапоретто до пляжей Лидо- в 10 утра мы уже купаемся в море Вечером прогулки в город, когда не жарко и меньше людей чтобы бродить по улочкам- 15 минут на вапоретто или полчаса с прекрасными видами пешком до сан Марко, и закат на набережной Хочется возвращаться снова и снова
• Ellen (9/5): A perfect place to recharge batteries and make the most of Venice sights. - We wanted to spend 2 days at the Biennial so the location was perfect. The air conditioning was excellent and greatly appreciated during the heatwave. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The proximity of the boat stop of S Elena was very convenient. It was very clean. We were really able to reenergise in this apartment before going back out to see more sights. We liked the quieter atmosphere. The location was perfect for quietness but was a little far from the main Venice sights especially in the heatwave. However once we got our boat pass we got around everywhere and it was very convenient for our trip to Murano.
• Eva (9/5): The entire stay was very good and the experience with the host was excellent, we were very satisfied - Excellent communication with the host; clean and well-equipped apartment; quiet and green neighborhood; good walking distance to the center of Venice; vaporetto stop close to the accommodation. The apartment is on the ground floor, a little darker, but very pleasant.

• Liu (10/5): Fabulous - Really nice and communicative landlord. He can speak great English and responds quickly to all kinds of requests. The room was very big and comfortable, located at a peaceful neighbour near Biennale and S.Elena harbour. You can find a beautiful garden within 100m. It's a place that can bring you quickly to the centre of the city yet keep you quiet from other tourists. I would strongly recommend it. Some corners were a bit dusty, and the windows were a bit hard to open.

• Ian (10/5): Great apartment in quiet location within easy reach of all important sites. - Beautiful and quiet location, yet easy to walk or take the vaporetto to central areas. Very spacious apartment with all facilities provided. Very clean and tidy. Ivan met us personally and was available to help throughout our stay. Highly recommend Ivan’s S.Elena Apartment and hope we can return one day! All great, thanks.
• Viviana (8/5): Nice Apartment in Nice Location - The apartment was great. We liked the location. It’s a bit away from the main tourist spots so it is nice to come back to. There is a nice park with areas for children. There is also a cafe right by the park, and two nice restaurants in the area. There are shops nearby to get food if you prefer to cook. The kitchen was equipped with all necessities. There is air conditioning in the apartment. The vaporetto stop is super convenient. Hosts were available and helpful. The cleaning between us and the previous people was a bit rushed. Sheets missing on one of the beds, child’s used underwear in one of the rooms (we put it in the trash), bathroom a bit hastily cleaned - streaks and residue from cleaning products. However, hosts were available to bring sheets the next day and to give advice and help with any questions.
