• Лидия (7/5): Lidia - The location is nice. The flat is big enough. The bed is comfortable. There are 3 bins for separate garbage collection. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom sink was clogged. There were blankets/quilts for the two of us, but the flat was booked for three people. The windows did not close tightly.

• Caterina (5/5): - In the bathroom and bedroom was cold because the windows did not close properly. The bathroom sink was clogged. The bedroom walls had mold. The floor was dirty. The apartment doesn’t worth the cost.
• chiara (7/5): Accogliente - Molto spaziosa, luminosa, bagno grande e stanza da letto con un armadio adatto. Tanta disponibilità da parte degli host e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Zona troppo decentrata e scollegata, lontana dalla metro. Mancavano degli asciugamani, nella stanza da letto le pareti erano trasandate e il divano letto non è adatto per dormire.. non c’erano le lenzuola anche se comodo. Gli utensili non erano puliti. Non si può usare l’ascensore e non è scritto da nessuna parte.
• Elena (9/5): Comodo e piacevole. - Molto facile da raggiungere con i mezzi dalla stazione centrale. Quartiere tranquillo con molti servizi tra cui bar e ristoranti. Alloggio pulito e con tutto il necessario. L’host molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

• Irina (8/5): Very good - It's time to refresh the apartment because the photos don't correspond to reality. I couldn't find a kitchen towel. What I found was dirty and smelled unpleasant, and the rag also stank. The folding sofa collapses even from a small weight. It's a pretty noisy street. I liked that there was a courtyard where it was possible to park bicycles, and the host was always available.
• Nat (8/5): Cosy and clean renovated apartment - Location: surrounded by coffees and restaurants. Clean: it was very all very clean, spotless! However, the shower was clogged. Warm: the apartment has good heating system. Cosy: nice decoration, spot lights make it a nice touch! There is no microwave and no additional blanket/duvet. If you come by car, parking can be challenging.
• Yin (7/5): Good - On the positive side, the property is very close to the tram station, making transportation convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, which is handy. The amenities in the property are relatively complete, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The room was quite cold because the heating was insufficient. There was also a musty smell, which was unpleasant. While the sofa bed was technically usable, it was actually broken and not in good condition.

• Daria (7/5): Good - Excellent location, I liked the house itself and the entrance, it was easy and comfortable to check in, we immediately found a free parking space along the street. I would like it to be more clean, there were not enough hooks for towels, a microwave would be more convenient instead of an oven, there is a coffee machine, but there are no capsules for coffee.

• Courtney (8/5): Easy apartment in a big city - Host is very responsive and always wrote in a timely and professional manner. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the tram and there was free street parking for us to park at since we didn’t want to drive in too far into the city. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious considering how small it is. It was what we needed for two nights. The only thing we had issues with was that the beds only had sheets on them and I didn’t realize until really late at night when we came back. When I asked where the rest of the bedding was I only found 2 blankets. One comforter and one thin fleece blanket. We were super cold with such little blankets to share between the four of us.

• Bojana (8/5): Very good - Location. There was slight smell of mold in the apartment, but that could be problem of the building, not the owners. It would be perfect if that can be resolved. Also, it would be nice to leave some tea, more soap to be there when guest come. One little soap is okay, but if you put 3-4, it would look nicer and no one will use all of them. Fridge had some things from previous guests as well as the freezer.

• Michael (9/5): Nice experience. - The location was very convenient. It was central and close to public transportation, which makes it easy to get to City. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes, with 2 major supermarkets close by. Can't really think of anything. It was how I expected it. Nice, clean and centrally located.

• Jaana (8/5): Good appartement for shorter stays and when mostly exploring the city. - It was a big enough, clean and with compfy sleeping arrangement for our family of 4. Very responsive host, easy to communicate and helped us out with bringing additional fan, which was very much needed due to high temperatures in July. Kitchen utensils were ok for breakfast and light dinner but for more cooking there would be need for more variety of pots and pans, also cutlery and cutting board which was too big for the small surface. There is no washing machine, which is not a must but would be convenient in the holiday. There is also no AC, only fans, which help but when the weather is really hot, it’s quite challenging to get good sleep.
• B. (7/5): Quite a nice place that could use some better cleaning. - The appartment is spacious with nice facilities and a proper kitchen. The owner was very helpful with the self check-in. There is public transportation (25-30min to the Duomo) nearby and a few food restaurants. The shower was full of hairs (see picture) when we arrived, it had not been cleaned which made us question if the rest of the appartment had been cleaned properly. There is no air-conditioning and keeping the windows open was not a great option as there is a lot of traffic in the street. The owner did provide two fans.

• Antonio (10/5): Perfetto - Everything was perfect! The host is very nice and communicative , is replying fast and the check in and out procedure are fast and simple. The apartment is very nice and cozy, loved the design. If you want to cook you'll find the necessary things there. The placement is good, you are near the bus or the tram, so you can go really fast to Duomo 😁, or if you are crazy like me, you can take a long walk. I want to mention that you are close to the hypermarkets/supermarkets and you can find even a tabac shop near. Grazie di cuore Francesca & Andrea per tutto. Mi sono sentito a casa, spero di tornare presto. Ciaoooo! 💚🤍❤️
