• Niamh (1/5): Bad - The property messaged me 2 hours before I arrived to tell me they had double booked and that I no longer had a room. They then put me down as a No Show. Seems like a money grabbing scheme.

• Gabriel (7/5): Convenient stay but check-in could be more streamlined - Small but cozy, walking distance from Clapham Junction. Perfect for a couple nights Check in was frustrating. Host did not send me any instructions in advance so I assumed they would be there when I arrived. Was hard to find because no exact address, then when I did get there tried calling several times to avail. Ended up sitting around for an hour before they finally whatsapped me to let me know how to get in.
• Tayler (10/5): Exceptional - Room was small but perfect if your out during the day doing sightseeing. Host was really helpful. Would definitely stay again!!
• Andrea (3/5): Would not come back or recommend - Close to bus station. Not really clean. Smelled strange. Bathroom really old. Everything extremely tight. Heard a mouse all nights long. Only one towel for 3 nights is a joke. Too expensive in my opinion.
• Dan (10/5): Exceptional - Location in regards to Victoria station and how close it was to various attractions. Host was amazing and very helpful when needed. The room is small but was only booked for a bed while I was in the city.

• Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - Nice host, promptly responded to the phone and gave indications My room was not ready/clean so she allowed me to stay in the other room, slightly bigger House was not really clean. Kitchen rubbish bin ful, fridge dirty, toilet acceptable. The place itself is slightly run down (i.e. mold in the kitchen ceiling). House was freezing at check in, better after I turned on the heating after I found the control.
