• Korecova (9/5): - S našim pobytom sme boli ako rodina veľmi spokojní. Samozrejme, že keď človek ide do 3-hviezdickoveho hotela, tak nemôže očakávať 5-hviezdickovy štandard. Napriek tomu nám nič nechýbalo. Raňajky chutné, domáce. Apartmán obsahoval úplne všetko: kuchynskú časť, obývaciu časť, spálňu, práčku, sporák, rýchlovarnú konvicu, žehličku, fén... V pešej dostupnosti sa nachádza pláž Konyalti a v dostupnosti verejnej dopravy centrum mesta. 4 minúty od hotela sa nachádza aubusova zastávka, z ktorej sa dostanete všade kde potrebujete. V okolí množstvo možnosti stravovania. Keďže je to rušná časť mesta, tak úplný pokoj a ticho necakajte. Voda v bazéne bola svieža. Na manželskej posteli bol spoločný manželský paplón, čo nám nevyhovovalo.

• Marina (10/5): Super hotel familiale - Tous...c'est un petit hotel familiale avec un petit dejeuner frais tous les matins. Lit, chambre et serviette propres tous les jours. Machine a cafè/chocolat et distributeur de jus a volontè toute la journee. La patronne est d'une gentillesse incroyable. C'est un super rapport qualitè/prix. Je reviendrai.😊 J'aurai aimè que la piscine soit chauffé car nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

Fresh water and other drinks were provided as well. +Close to the sea, multiple grocery stores and public transportation. -The swimming pool was advertised as heated but it was not. We were really hoping to swim but it was still very cold in April. -The water pressure in the shower was very bad unfortunately… nearly impossible to shower in the evening, and even at other times of the day hot water did not always run well. The water pressure in the kitchen was a little better but the faucet lacked the end part so the water was splashing everywhere when doing the dishes. -The cleaning could be more thorough. -The internet connection was somewhat unstable, especially in the evening. -The chickens that live right next to the hotel were waking up my son at 6 AM every morning… not the staff’s fault of course but if you are looking for a calm location this might not be the best choice.

The rooms are cleaned daily, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast is included in the price and it’s absolutely fantastic – every morning something different is served, which makes each day feel special. Everything is fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. What really makes this place exceptional are the wonderful ladies who work there. They are always smiling, kind, and incredibly welcoming. Their warm attitude creates such a lovely atmosphere and truly makes the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you could need – even thoughtful extras like washing powder, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. It’s those little details that make a big difference and show how much the hosts care about their guests. The location is also perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. If you are looking for a clean, modern, comfortable place with amazing service and a great location, Sorta Hotel is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing

Очень добрый чуткий персонал, очень вкусные завтраки, есть парковочное место. Вообще очень рекомендую всем данный отель, еще вернемся! Свет в сан узлах тусклый, всего одна только точка света, я уже писал в другом отзыве об этом.
• Iurii (10/5): Уютно как дома - Персонал вежливый, завтраки вкусные, в номерах чисто, расположение комфортное, в целом всё супер. Топ за свои деньги — однозначно! В номерах есть всё для жизни вообще. Стиральная машина, холодильник, и так далее. Берите с собой беруши. В туалете маловато света.

Convenient location, spacious and clean apartment, good breakfast, awesome staff! The only thing I'd like to improve is the quantity and location of wall sockets. But that's a minor thing.

Менеджер отеля могла прийти закрыть окно, укрыть меня одеялом и просто поменять евро на лиры. Очень достойный очень . Цена низка , а качество высокое Последние несколько дней моего перебывания была плохая погода и было холодно. В номере не было горячей воды и пахло канализацией.

• Brennen (10/5): - The staff were very accomodating and super friendly. Always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast each day was yum! The wifi in the room would drop out often. However there were other parts of the hotel where it was fast and reliable if needed.
• Margo (9/5): Very cozy small hotel with shallow heated pool in less touristy area - Very friendly family-owned accomodation. The breakfast was changed a bit every morning and was made on spot. The pool (NB! just 90cm in depth) was heated and in November from 13 to 16 o'clock with sunshine, so you could enjoy late Summer vibe with above 20 degrees with the Sun on the spot. The kitchen equipment was great, the school on the opposite side of the street on workdays and the neigbour's rooster on weekends framed the day into cycles while you were sitting on the balcony. The good daily shopping spots or the lunch/dinner/dessert places were at walking distance. The airport was accessible with the bus 400, so no taxi was neccesary when we departed. Tayanc gym (thanks, guys!) was in 15 min, Konyaalti beach in 10 min walking distance. The direct bus to old town and the bazaar (try to avoid returning at rush hours or visiting the nearby shopping mall on Black Friday!)

• Maria (8/5): - Очень понравилось проживание. У нас был двухэтажный номер, да, он немного уставший, но совсем немного. При этом есть все для комфортного проживания - стиральная машинка, утюг (+ доска), плита и миникухня. Две комнаты и два балкона + место для сушки белья. В общем нам очень понравилось. Завтраки каждый день немного, но менялись, что приятно и довольно полноценные были. Также хочу отменить персонал, как вошел в ситуацию и помог. У меня проблемы с запахами, мне становится плохо, если сильные запахи химии или сигарет, и в номере был сильный запах и я не могла понять что это пахнет и мне было до тошноты плохо, голова начинала болеть сильно, несколько часов проветривания не дало результата. Персонал очень доброжелательно отнесся, предложили на одну ночь поменять номер, а они постараются еще раз убраться и уже без химии, чтобы минимизировать запах. На след день все было сделано, да, запах чуть остался (какого-то средства), но уже еле заметный и никто уже кроме меня не ощущал его. На след день он уже полностью выветрился. Мы смогли вернуться в номер и отлично провести время в нем. Спасибо большое!

• Olga (10/5): - Очень уютный, чистый отель, есть все удобства. До пляжа идти 10-15 минут, рядом есть кафе. Очень приятные администраторы. Утром всегда брали кофе в кафе около бассейна, служащие часто угощали нас турецкими пирогами. Номер просторный, комфортный, чистый, современный Окна нашего номерам выходили на бассейн. Ночью мешал шум от мотора бассейна, который периодически включался. С закрытыми окнами можно было спать спокойно.
• Wolfgang (7/5): Schönes Hotel und nette Besitzer die sich sehr bemühen. - Für uns war die Lage wichtig da diese nur eine Minute von der Zahnklinik entfernt war. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut, alles da gewesen was wir gebraucht haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist alles sauber. Kleiner Pool ist vorhanden. Zum Strand geht man ca. 10min. zu Fuß. Das Licht im Bad ist viel zu schwach. Der Fernseher im 303 im oberen Zimmer hat keinen Stromanschluss. Die Stromanschlüsse sind teils hinter Möbel. Ich denke das Einrichtungskonzept ist noch nicht ganz ausgereift. Die Möbel passen teis nicht in die Zimmer od verstellen Ausgänge. Wir haben gerade die Zeit erwischt wo bei der Schule gegenüber ein Schulfest war. Das war recht laut. Wir waren halt wegen der Zahnchirugie im Zimmer sonst hätte das wahrscheinlich nicht gestört. Das WLAN ist gut fällt aber ab und an aus. Das Geländer in den oberen Stock hat scharfe Kanten woran man sich verletzen kann. Im Schlafzimmer oben könnte man am Schrank Griffe anbringen. Auf der oberen Terrasse wäre eine Sitzmöglichkeit nett. Was für Europäer sehr wichtig wäre, das der Kaffee und Saftautomat an sauberen abgefüllten Wassertanks angezapft werden. Das Leitungswasser ist für uns Europäer nicht geeignet und vermiest uns den Urlaub. Im großen und ganzen sind das nur Verbesserungsvorschläge die das ganze perfekt machen.

Le personnel est aux petits soins des clients À commencer par le petit déjeuner très varié pris le matin sur la terrasse autour de la piscine avec de nombreux choix tant sucré que salé de boissons chaudes et froides, en libre service à volonté et avec la sympathie du personnel de service autour de la piscine Établissement qui reste de taille familial, proche de la plage et avec de nombreux commerces et services autour. Ensuite durant la journée même si vous prenez un appartement le nettoyage et les lits sont faits, le personnel de la réception adorable nous a également aidé pour réserver des massages et spa turcs à proximité de haute qualité et à prix raisonnable. Je tiens aussi à préciser que la piscine est chauffée ce qui est un gros gros plus à cette saison car fin octobre toutes les piscines extérieures sont froides, nos enfants ont donc pu en profiter bien qu'elle soit relativement petite, ils étaient toujours tout seuls dedans lors de notre séjour Le thé et la machine à boissons chaudes et froides sit en libre service tout au long de la journée et le parking est facile et gratuit Nous avons passé de belles vacances, à conseiller Rien, Peut être en point d'amélioration renouveler les casseroles et mettre de l'inox qui sera plus durable pour le faitout

• Denisa-Maria (10/5): Minunat. Raportul calitate-pret este excelent. - Totul a fost foarte curat, in apartament se face curat in fiecare zi si se schimba prosoapele. Locatia este minunata, am avut in apropiere foarte multe magazine, patuserii, restaurante, farmacii, plaja este la 10 minute de mers pe jos. Personalul este foarte prietenos, ne-a ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie. Curtea interioara cu piscina e minunata si foarte curata. E o placere sa bei seara ceva acolo. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun si variat. Aceasta cazare a fost cel mai bun lucru din vacanta noastra in Turcia. As reveni cu drag aici. Nu exista nimic sa nu ne fi placut aici.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a really nice, modern vibe. The bed was super comfy, and the room was cleaned every single day – which I really appreciated.

Breakfast is delicious, and the pool and garden are beautiful. The bathroom is small and not very comfortable, and the staircase inside the room is narrow and a bit unsafe

• Ramjavakar (10/5): - En skjult perle i Konyaalti. Lejligheden havde gode faciliteter, fin pool, god morgenmad og det rareste personale. Beliggenheden er også god - gåafstand til supermarkeder og spisesteder samt kort afstand til stranden. Hvis vi kommer tilbage til Konyaalti, skal vi uden tvivl bo her igen. Personalets service og venlighed var højdepunktet.
• Boumediene (5/5): Déception - L'emplacement est pas mal au centre de la belle ville côtière de Konyaalti, les appartements sont spacieux disposant d'une terrasse bien ensoleillée avec vu sur la piscine, la propreté de l'hotel. La piscine petite avec en plus des restrictions arbitraires sur son utilisation, mon épouse et mes enfants ont été contraints de quitter la piscine un soir sous prétexte qu'elle fermait a 20h alors que durant tout le séjour les occupants de l'hôtel se begnaient jusqu'à minuit sans problème. La douche était miniature de forme triangulaire ce qui limite le mouvement à l'intérieur ce qui cause des blessures avec la robinetterie et cela même pour nos enfants. Y avait un problème avec la hotte de cuisine sur laquelle il manquait un filtre et ou les boutons étaient cassés ce qui representait un danger pour mon épouse, j'ai signalé le problème mais il n'a pas été réglé malgré l'assez long séjour qu'ont a passé a cet hôtel. Le lit de la chambre parentale est non seulement pas confortable mais ont sent les ressorts en dessous ce qui nous marque après une nuit de sommeil, j'en ai gardé des séquelles.
• Jack Abualdenein (8/5): Very goood - The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The pool (even if its small and shallow) is very nice and clean. Everything is accessible by the public buses. The place is a little bit far from the major attractions but everything is accessible by buses.
• Najma (10/5): Our stay was absolutely wonderful—comfortable, convenient, and truly felt like a home away from home. - What I really liked about the property was its modern and spacious design, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail, from the cozy living area to the well-maintained kitchen. The location was perfect too, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. There was very little to dislike about the property. If I had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. However, this did not significantly affect our stay, and the overall experience was excellent.
