• Rosalie (8/5): Our stay in Pearl Bahrain Suites was commendable. I may check in again next time. - What I like the most about the place was its strategic location, cleanliness and spacious bedrooms and living rooms. I would like to suggest having complete kitchen utensils. There were only plates, saucers, spoon and fork but no pans, pots or anything to use for cooking. These are very important particularly for the guests who will stay for long. It was inconvenient both for the guests and the staff that when we needed something for cooking, we always needed to call.

• Dimitrios (5/5): Es sieht so aus, als ob die Leitung keine Interesse hat, um die Wohnungen zu warten. - Die Lage und die Größe des Apartments. Die Möbel sind billig (plastik Bezüge), alt und verbraucht, zum Teil auch beschädigt (Risse am Sofa). Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist miserable, Töpfe und Pfannen unbrauchbar (einfach Schrott), das Geschir alt und noch nicht einmal für zwei Personen Ausreichend. Im Nachbar Apartment war ein Party die ganze Nacht und es war sehr laut! Am Anfang war nur ein Badetuch da, obwohl für zwei Personen gebucht wurde, das Personal hat nach Anfrage eine zweites geliefert. Der Abfluß hat gestunken und die ganze Wohnung auch.

• Arun (1/5): Horrible - I/we had a very disappointing stay. The room and washroom were filled with a foul, lingering smoking smell. The furniture, including the chair legs, was broken, There were no tea or coffee-making facilities, and we were only provided with two small bottles of water (230ml each) for four people, which was insufficient. There were no carpets, which made the room feel colder and less comfortable. While a kitchen was available as part of the facility, it was unclear why it was even provided, as no refreshment items or utilities were available. The kettle was unclean, and it was evident that proper maintenance was lacking. Only soap and shampoo were provided as toiletries, and there were no ironing facilities or a hairdryer, which was highly inconvenient. Many of the amenities that were promised during booking were not available, making the stay even more frustrating. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

• July (10/5): Had a wonderful stay in a great location. - I had a wonderful stay at Pearl Bahrain Suites! The facilities were excellent, and the location near the Juffair area was incredibly convenient. While the hotel itself is not brand new, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Zia at Reception and Mr. Abdullah from Housekeeping. They were both extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommend Pearl Bahrain Suites for a pleasant stay in Bahrain! Nothing to mention

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the nearest mall and a variety of restaurants, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. I highly recommend Pearl Bahrain Suites for anyone looking for a well-situated and comfortable stay in Bahrain. The swimming pool could be improved to make it more appealing, but the location on the roof is also nice. 📍

But when I left they asked me (another receptionist) for 30kd extra and I refused so they reduced it to 15kd and I paid and asked for receipt and they did not give it to me.

• Mohamed (1/5): Be careful not to hand over your original ID to them - Comfort and clean The receptionist took my original ID card from me after I paid, and it remained with him until I left the hotel! I told him to copy it, but he refused and said he must keep the original card !! This is an illegal and very suspicious thing, knowing that I spent two days in another hotel in Bahrain and only took a copy of my ID, I wanted to call the local police but I didn't have time.

• Phung (1/5): Bad - The concierge who ended up cleaning the suite was really kind. He was running up and down trying to get everyone settle in. He helped me with one of my 2 backpacks and made sure the room was acceptably clean. When he first brought me up to the room there was trash and dirty dishes everywhere. He cleaned and mopped the place as fast as he could so that I could check in. They canceled my room saying that I checked in too late and it was a sold out room. They said that the room I booked was not available. This doesn't make sense because if I didn't show up for the check in then they would have charged me anyway. I didn't understand why the room I booked and was confirmed is no longer available. They managed to downgrade me to another room but I ended up waiting 2 hours from arrival before getting a 'clean' room. I didn't get into a room until past midnight. It wasn't ideal after traveling all day I have an early appointment the next morning.. They changed the room in booking.com to a lesser price but still charge me the same as my original booking price.
