• Divya (5/5): Okish for a one night stay - Nothing really The flat is on the ground floor and was very dirty when we arrived. The cleaning staff came in late so we had to wait until they cleaned the room
• Jana (6/5): - Klidnější lokalita se spojením na vlak i metro hned za rohem. Snadné ubytování skrz kód ke schránce s klíčem - hostitel pošle instrukce chvíli před check-inem. Vybavení dostačující, na přespání a odpočinek bohatě stačí. Uklizeno bylo hezky, jen by apartmán zasloužil trochu refresh. Měli jsme rezervaci pro tři lidi a dostali jsme jen dva ručníky a povlečení pro dva. Zbytek příslušenství jsme pak našli různě poschován v šuplících a sestavili si sami, jen bych čekala, že bude ložní prádlo připraveno pro všechny.

• Iryna (5/5): This place needs cosmetic improvements. It just felt like a dorm, like a lot of people were there before us. - At first look it was okay, but we did not feel comfortable living there. The property was ok, it has good potential, but few things that really were disturbing. Walls and in the bedroom gum in a wall. It felt like a dorm. Sorry I did not know I had to take pictures. It wasn’t very clean. The walls were dirty, the silverware needed to be washed before use, and the floor was also unclean. The dishwasher still had items in it. The couch and bed were ok, but it felt weird overall.

• Lampros (9/5): - Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν καλή. Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο της Βιέννης αλλά υπάρχει πολύ καλή συγκοινωνία. Το μέτρο είναι πολύ κοντά και εξυπηρετεί για το κέντρο και για το αεροδρόμιο.

• Vladimir992 (8/5): - Big apartment for whole family. Easy access to apartment. Floor of the apartmnent wasnt really clean as it should be. Towels were smelling like mold, I couldn't use them for cleaning myself.

• Gerhard (6/5): Wenn das Schimmelproblem gelöst wird kommen wir gerne wieder. - Sehr zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Schimmel circa 10cm am Türstock und Wand neben der Duschwanne, daher starke Geruchsbildung.

• griesser (9/5): Sehr komfortabel - Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, optimal ausgestattet. Das einzige Problem war, die Angegebene Adresse leitet einen zur Hauptstraße, von welcher du das erste mal hinen gehen musst um in den Innenhof zu gelangen. Folgt man jedoch der verlinkten Routenführung kommt man zur Rückseite und steht vor einem fest verschlossen Tor. Also wichtig! Anreise über die Adresse der Hauptstraße, und den detaillierten Angabe die ihr vom Vermieter bekommt folgen. Mit dem Türschlüssel kriegt ihr so dann auch die Möglichkeit das andere Tor zu benützen.

• Ying (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr nah zu Floridsdorf U-bahn Station, viele Supermärkte und Lokale in der nähe. Die Lage ist zwar sehr nah zu Bahnhof, leider sitzt auf einer Hauptstraße, sehr laut wegen Straßenbahn (4am-00am aktiv), konnte ich und meine Eltern gar nicht schlafen.

• Dorota (1/5): Pobyt oceniam bardzo źle ze względu na brudną pościel. - Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, ale niestety nie zostało dokładnie posprzątane przed naszym przyjazdem. Widać ślad czasu, zasłony stare, prysznic też wymaga już wymiany. W gniazdkach słychać zwarcia. Pościel którą zostaliśmy byla nie świeża, widać że była używana i nie została zmieniona co całkowicie zniszczyło nam pobyt. Było to obrzydliwe. Przyjechaliśmy o północy z trasy, nie mieliśmy już możliwości zmiany apartamentu ani zażądania zmiany pościeli. Właściciel tłumaczył że być może Pani sprzątająca położyła się na łóżku 😅 dlatego pościel wyglądała na używaną, głupszego wytłumaczenia nigdy nie słyszałam. Stan pościeli widoczny na zdjęciach. Okna nie szczelne, bardzo słychać tramwaj. Brak zaciemniających zasłon , światło latarni świeciło w oczy. Brak małych łyżeczek do kawy.

• Maxim (7/5): - A decent little place for a short stopover. Metro station and tram stop are just nearby. It’s quite noisy at night because of the tram. The curtains are too thin and don’t block the streetlight shining directly onto the bed. In the bathroom, there were damp, smelly towels that seemed not to have been replaced after the previous guests. Absolutely disgusting!

• Josef (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr gute Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zur U Bahn, S Bahn und Straßenbahn. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Sehr durchdachte Inneneinrichtung. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Eine günstige Tiefgarage gibt es auch gleich in der Nähe. Für 9,90€ pro Tag. Es war teilweise etwas laut durch die vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn. Aber das lässt sich nicht vermeiden in einer Großstadt. War aber alles im Rahmen!

• Miklos (8/5): I would definitely stay here again. - Modern design , clean, location. Very easy to reach city centre, the Main railway station ( 15-20 min ) and only 45 min on the train from the airport for 4.50€ . Need a blackout curtains, or put back the window shutters, and fix the shower cabinet as water was leaking out to the bathroom floor.
• Fabbri (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exactly like in the pictures and really near the train station so it was really easy to go everywhere we wanted to. Inside there is all the comfort you need and the host is really kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place and i will be certainly be back.
• Bostjan (8/5): Very good - Very nice, clean and cozy apartment. Good location next to station with multiple public transport options. Also public garage is very close and super cheap. In description it says that apartment has 3 beds: in bedroom one bed and one sofa and in living room one sofa, but actualy it doesnt't have sofa in bedroom, so it's only suitable for 4 people. Also there could be more pots and pans... there are only 2.

• Tara (7/5): Beautiful, but not for hot summer nights - Beautifully decorated appartment, great details, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, easy check inn. Kitchen well equiped. The shower was leaking and we really missed air conditioning on this hot summer night (37 C). It was almost impossible to sleep. Also, no blinds, the lights from the street are very bright, I would hope for some blackout curtains at least.

• Tanšek (8/5): Perfect budget stay if you can handle some street noise - For the price you wont find a better appartment, especially for 3 people like we needed. Great public transport accessibility. Lovely decor and very functional kitchen! The main bed is too soft, but the couch is really nice to sleep on. The tram noise wasn't too bad for us, but i see how it could be a problem for light sleepers.

• Éva (10/5): Comfy and stylish apartment - The location can be reached easily by public transportation, the tram stop is within walking distance. The host gave us obvious instructions on how to find the building. The apartment is comfortable and very stylish, you have everything you need for a few days. We really loved the kitchen table and the accessories. Across the street, there is a supermarket, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries within walking distance. Everything is just as it is described, so we highly recommend it. The apartment is on the ground floor and the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise when someone is passing by. For us, it was not an issue at all, but if someone is sensitive to the noises it might be bothering them. In the bathroom, the shower cabin leaks a bit and there isn't any mop to clean the water, but it can be easily solved.

The living room/dining room area is bigger in real life than it appears in the pictures. Lots of appliances, cutlery and glasses The water from the shower leaks out of the cubicle quite alot. We had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the puddles
• Elizabeta (10/5): Great experience and value for the money - The apartment was cosy but also modern, comfortable and clean. Perfect for small families or a couple. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was always reachable. The location was great, with a lot of shops near by. There were also a lot of bakeries, fast food diner and restaurants. One of the main train and metro stations were 10 min away walking distance. Would definitely visit again and I highly recommend it!
• Dan (9/5): Comfortable and big appartement, great host. - Big and comfortable appartement, very kind and supportive host (we got all the indications very clear, the host even gave us a lot of support related to the parking around the property and also in the center, he even paid for us 1 hour of parking on the day of leaving in order to avoid a fine). From my point of view, it would be good to have access to the parking which is inside the inner space around the property. If not, everything was very good.
