• MARCELO ORTELLI (5/5): No volvería a este lugar - La ubicación El piso 5to por escalera El baño improvisado,.tapado a cada depocion. Nunca se pasó a limpiar La basura del edificio en la entrada hall del edificio con olores insoportables. Iluminación interior deficiente

• nora (1/5): Mierda en Madrid - La ubicación Tuvimos un percance con el inodoro y estuvimos más de 1 de un día sin poder utilízalo, y sin poder comunicarnos con nadie. Paso a comentar el percance: Día 1, llegamos utilizamos el wc y ya desde el primer momento aquello ya se ve que no funciona bien, pero como una no es fontanera piensa, maxipisos reconvertidos en miniapartamentos, las bajantes no coinciden , y las instalaciones ya a priori se ven bastante precarias, pero bueno pienso yo, esto irá tragando con retardo, 2 día, a la mañana se huele la tragedia, pero tenemos actividades contratadas y salimos pitando, cuando regresamos ese segundo día comienza Mierda en Madrid, ante lo inevitable me intento poner en contacto con nuestra anfitriona, no contesta, llamo a otro número que se facilita en la reserva y tampoco responden…. En fin mejor no dar detalles, cuando por fin el 3 día se pone nuestra anfitriona en contacto con nosotros , se excusa diciendo que se le averió el móvil, pero que rápidamente se pondrá en contacto con con el encargado, mensajes, llamadas, … finalmente se nos reubica en un hospedaje nuevo, de un coste algo más elevado que el yo había abonado. Ellos consideran que eso es suficiente compensación para la situación denigrante y tercermundista que tuvimos que vivir, yo por supuesto que no lo veo así.Ademad de tener que hacer una semimudanza en un viaje de 4 noches.
• Delgado Sánchez (8/5): Plena Gran Vía - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, plena Gran Vía. Supermercados cerca. La cama era bastante cómoda y tenía cocina que se podía usar. A pesar de estar en una calle de mucho tránsito, al cerrar la ventana no se escucha nada de la calle y se puede dormir bien. Por decir algo, al estar tan pegada la cocina a la cama, se escucha el frigorífico durante la noche.

L'ambiente era pulito e possedeva tutti i comfort Non abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che per alcuni giorni è stata lasciata spazzatura nell'androne del palazzo, tra la porta di ingresso e la rampa di scale, e la puzza era davvero terribile. Nell'appartamento, inoltre, c'era qualche strano meccanismo che dal bagno innescava un rumore piuttosto fastidioso. Al netto di questo, per l'uso dell'appartamento che ci serviva, vale a dire da turisti, è stato perfetto

• Angheli (7/5): Buena ubicación - Lo céntrico que es , rápidamente llegas a cualquier lugar turístico , restaurante y demás Las escaleras son un suplicio. Son 5 pisos pero por cada piso tiene doble escalera, así que parece como si subieras 10 caminando.

A Rosa que nos recepcionou foi otima e ajudou a subir as malas . Não voltaria, em nenhum momento no anúncio avisa que nao tem janela . Qdo chegamos fui pega de surpresa pois na foto da reserva tem Janela . Outra coisa é que o aquecedor a gás , gigante , fica no banheiro , não dormi de medo na primeira noite pois se vazar algum gás o apartamento não tem janela , era tudo muito novo mas fiquei com medo.

• Antonio (7/5): - Lo que más me gustó fué el trato humano y satisfactorio, ya que sucedió un problema técnico, y lo asumieron sin ningún problema! Lo que fué más incomodo fué subir a un quinto piso sin ascensor cada vez que volvíamos al estudió.
• Olatz (8/5): Merece si no te importa subir escaleras - El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, cama cómoda, tele con netflix etc, baño equipado… Un quinto sin ascensor, subir y bajar es muchísimo. Además, en la plata 1, las escaleras son de madera barnizada y resbalan que no veas.

• Silvia (7/5): Lindo el departamento pero que no tenga ascensor es incomodo - El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, todo cerca y el departamento es cómodo para 2 personas. Rosa muy amable en ayudarnos a subir las valijas y en contestar si teníamos algún inconveniente. Si bien la publicación lo dice no esta aclarado que los estudios están ubicados en un 5to piso SIN ASCENSOR, lo cual hace bastante agotador la estadía sobre todo si se tiene planeado salir y volver al departamento varias veces por dias.

• Constantina (10/5): - I visited Madrid with my 19year-old daughter and we wanted to stay somewhere safe but also close to the lively part of the city. The accomodation was in an exquisite location, within walking distance from the hottest spot in Madrid, Malasaña, and all the other places of interest were just 20-25min away. Metro station literally just around the corner. Although it seemed too central at the beginning, on a busy noisy street, the windows were soundproof and the noise never disturbed our sleep. A super polite and super strong girl, Rosa, welcomed us and helped us with our luggage. We would definitely stay again.

• GROUP (5/5): Es acogedor, aunque le falta mantenimiento pintura etc. - la ubicación el hecho de compartir entrada con otros huésped no se descansa bien, si los vecinos son ruidosos, golpes en las puertas y entrar al apartamento por equivocación, deberían identificarlos mejor.

• Carolina (9/5): GRAN FINDE EN GRAN VIA - La ubicación es ideal y el servicio muy atento. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y el agua caliente también. Las ventanas aislan el ruido por completo. Además, nos dejaron cápsulas de café y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, así como productos de limpieza. No tiene ascensor y las 5 plantas parecen 7, ya que son de doble escalera por planta. Igualmente lo recomiendo al 100%, ya que la ubicación es increíble y el estudio muy agradable.
• Sílvia (10/5): Acolhedora e confortável - Apartamento super limpo e aconchegante. Fomos no inverno e o aquecedor funcionava perfeitamente. A cama era muito confortável e a máquina lava e seca nos deu praticidade, pois as roupas já saíam secas. A Rosa foi sempre muito prestativa, nos auxiliando em tudo. A localização é perfeita. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé, pois todos os pontos turísticos estão a menos de 15min a pé da acomodação. Na esquina tem um mercado Dia, que traz praticidade também. O apartamento ficava no 5º andar e não possuía elevador, haviam 110 degraus para chegar até o apto, o que para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida pode ser um problema. Para nós, apesar desse ponto negativo, não impactou nossa ótima impressão da acomodação.

A localização é muito boa, poucos passos da GranVia e com todo comércio e transportes públicos a porta. Rosa foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre respondendo com rapidez aos contatos feitos. Como o apartamento fica no quinto andar, o único porém fica por conta da falta de elevador no edifício, podendo dificultar o acesso para pessoas idosas ou com mobilidade reduzida.

• Guillermo Adolfo (1/5): ACCESO 5TO PISO ESPANTOSO INHUMANO!! - Solamente la ubicación El Apto queda en un 5to piso de un edicifio viejo, SIN ESCALERAS!!! los responsables ponen ese "detalle" en el apartado acerca del propietario, o sea, nadie lo lee, cuando deberían ponerlo con mayusculas debajo del ofrecimiento del apto, claro, así el 90 % no lo elegiría. Imagínense subir sólo con 2 carry on 5 pisos, para personas mayores... Gracias a la predisposicón excelente de Rosa pudimos subir el equipaje, pero si querés bajar 3 veces al día te recomiendo te entrenes fuerte y te hagas examen cardiovascular. Reclamé repetidas veces, sin ningún éxito. Obviamente me quedé sólo una noche y tuve que pagar carísimo otro alojamiento sobre la hora con accesibilidad acorde. Pedí que me devolvieran una noche, obviamente no lo hicieron.. saquen sus conclusiones

• Gabriel Marcelo (8/5): Super céntrico en Madrid a bajo precio - Excelente ubicación y buena relación precio calidad, cómodo y silencioso, Buena comunicación con la encargada. Cocina bien equipada. Si son personas que no entran y salen varias veces en el día y buscan buena ubicación a un precio razonable, es un buen sitio. Son 5 pisos por escalera, es un poco cansador, pero no demasiado, le faltaría mejorar el espacio para el guardado de ropa y un tender para colgar la ropa en el caso de lavarla. Mi departamento no tenía ventanas al exterior, de todos modos la relación precio calidad es muy buena.

Fomos recepcionados pela Rosa, que foi super educada e respondia rapidamente aos questionamentos, nota 10 para ela! A cozinha bem equipada, com cápsula de café! :) Subir 113 degraus de escada, mas já sabíamos que seria no 5º andar! O box do banheiro é muito pequeno!

• Andrej (10/5): - Small apartment. Just for sleeping. The kitchen has everything: a stove, dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. Unfortunately, there was no iron. The location is great and lively. If you go to the right, you’ll reach a street that’s always bustling. Shops and cafes stay open late. If you go to the left, you’ll find a place to sit outside at a bar and drink whatever you like. There’s a store nearby. It’s open until 11:00 PM. Маленькая квартира. Только поспать. На кухне все есть: плита, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка. К сожалению, не было утюга. Место отличное и оживленное. Если пойти на право, то выйдешь на улицу, которая в постоянном движение. Магазины и кафе работают допоздна. Пойдешь налево, найдешь место в где посидеть на улице в баре и выпить, что желаешь. Рядом магазин. Работает до 23.00. The keys were handed over by the apartment owner. I prefer when there’s a key box — it doesn’t force you to rush from the airport. The apartment is not suitable for elderly people. It’s on the 5th floor of an old building without of elevator. Ключи передала хозяйка квартиры. Мне больше нравится когда есть коробка с ключами. Это тебя не обязывает спешить из аэропорта. Квартира не подходит для пожилых людей. Это 5 этаж старого дома без лифта.

• Murillo (10/5): El Mejor Lugar para hospedarse en Gran Vía! - Rosa, nuestra anfitriona fue increíble! Super atenta y detallista. El hospedaje tiene todo lo que necesitas TODO! Además está ubicado en el puro centro de Gran Vía. Hay que subir y bajar escaleras 5 pisos, lo cual tienes que tomar en cuenta si tienes problemas de movilidad o bastante equipaje.

• Paul (4/5): not a good choice. - checkin service was quick and ok. the location in Madrid was nice. First of all, I requested many times to send me the invoice, what I need , as I travel for Work. So far no feedback. Second, the apartment is on the 5e floor, no elevator, this should be mentioned on the booking page. I could handle it, but for older people it will be impossible. The douche wasn't properly usable , the drain in the shower didn't work, so to avoid flooding the whole bathroom, you could use the shower max. 1 minute. There was no sound isolation, you could hear every word and noise from the neighboring apartment.

• Ana (10/5): Estancia perfecta. - Tiene una buenísima ubicación, con el metro a tan solo unos pasos y en pleno centro de Madrid. Además nos atendieron super bien. Lo único a destacar es que no hay ascensor, pero no lo pondría como un inconveniente, no se hace pesado. Volvería a reservar aquí.

Tuve que comprar utensilios de limpieza y dedicar varias horas... la ducha estaba mojada, la toalla de los pies mojada, la toalla de manos sucia. Es un quinto sin ascensor. Eso es importante saberlo. Llevaba maletas enormes.... y fue un horror. Lo de la limpieza me mató. Y olía a cañería... tuve que comprar incienso, velas y ambientador. Una vez limpio ya estuvimos bien. Me ayudaron a bajar la maleta más grande

Ademas se publicita sin devolución, ya que ellos saben que cuando llegas no podrás recuperar tu dinero

• James (2/5): Moved to other accommodation as it wasn’t suitable - Location excellent, clean, host helpful Far too many stairs, unaware of how many before hand. Tiny room, very little space to move & put bags, no instructions for washing machine- Probably good for one young fit person.

• John (10/5): Recommended - Location, facilities, comfort, nice place. I don’t mind the stairs, but it is located on the fifth floor without elevator. So be prepared for it.
• Nelson (7/5): I would not have booked this property if I had understood there was no elevator, but Gabby was very helpful, providing a - Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. 6th floor walk up.

• Val (5/5): Was okay for what we paid for it, location was amazing but not sure if we'd stay there again. - The location was absolutely sensational, couldn't have asked for anything better. Gabi was such a wonderful point of contact for us and even helped getting our bags up the long flight of stairs, she truly went above and beyond for us. The bed wasn't great, nor were the pillows and the stairs to get up are a bit of a pain.
• Tinka (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay in la Capital - The host was very friendly (and patiently waiting for our arrival). We stayed in touch via WhatsApp. The apartment is small but has everything you need and was clean. Very nice that the host had two cold water bottles for us. For tall Dutch people the bed was a bit short (and very cosy). We missed a little table or shelf to put our eyeglasses on.

• Kristin (1/5): Do not stay here. - The flat was clean - that's the only positive I can think of as staying here was a nightmare. This is the worst "flat" I have ever stayed in for the following reasons: 1. Host and person meeting us to hand over keys spoke no English whatsoever. When you rent out a property to someone from abroad I would expect at least basic English. Person was nice and friendly but arrived late and when she arrived she did not have the keys to the flat. A very helpful handyman of sorts was there but it took a good half an hour or more for them to be able to resolve and get us keys to our floor and apartment. Not great when you arrive in the evening after a day of travel. When we asked what would happen if they could not get hold of the key, she simply smiled and shrugged and said she didn't know (we thankfully had our daughter with us who lives in Madrid and speaks Spanish. If not, this would have been a nightmare!). 2. I knew the "flat" was small but pictures were very misleading and this is a tiny bedsit where the so-called double bed has to be pushed up against the wall. So if you are unfortunate enough to sleep on that side you have to either crawl over your partner or slide down the bed if you need to get up in the night. In all pictures, the bed was placed in the middle of the room. I would NEVER have booked a "flat" so small that you can only access bed from one side. 3. As the bedsit is so tiny there is no air and the air conditioning was broken. Handy man was called to try and fix it but couldn't. End result was that we had to have the window open 24/7 and had three nights of very poor sleep. This is a very noisy neighbourhood 24/7!
• Maksim (9/5): Top location - Top location on the corner of Gran Vía street. Clean room with all necessary things for a traveller
• Stephanie (8/5): Nice Little Place - It was very clean, cute and a great location. The kitchen was nice with everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location being right off Gran Via was so convenient to everything. The shower was tiny, and the toilet barely worked. It took multiple flushes to get even a small amount of toilet paper down. The 5 flights of stairs were a lot, but that was expected. It would have been nice to have instructions for using the washer/dryer as it was not very intuitive.
• Vigan (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful The wifi wasn’t working at all, we used mobile data all the time. The room where we stayed didn’t have windows where you can open them a get fresh air. Put a mirror and a chair in room… same for TV wasnt working without internet
