• Leonie (10/5): Central, good access to public transport, beach, walking tracks , cafe and restaurant - Beautiful apartment, have stayed here before and it was just like coming home. Comfortable, good linen on the bed and the couch is so relaxing whether watching tv / reading a book or just taking in the views. Kitchen a dream although have to say l did take advantage of of the great cafes and eatery for meals. Close to Woolworths and BWS Love the balcony and amazing views. A pleasure to stay at this apartment, thank you That it isn’t mine😆

Near trams, buses, grocery store, park, and cafes. Absolutely stunning views from every window. Well-equipped kitchen & bathroom, comfy bed. All amenities as advertised and host was responsive & helpful.

Poor water pressure in shower & only moderately hot shower water temperature. Couldn’t get TV online. Kitchen bench top (blue grey laminate a bit misaligned to rest of decor - upgrade to stone bench top would better match with rest of apartment)

Brilliant apartment, top floor with a balcony with an amazing view of the Melbourne skyline. Super comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, great restaurants nearby & a lovely walk down to the harbour area. Laundry facilities too which was much appreciated! Not a single thing.
• Joanna (10/5): Amazing city retreat - An amazing place to stały in Melbourne. Unless you want to be in the city center, this is the spot to choose. While we did not meet the owner in person, Imen was super helpful and provided us with all the details that made our check-in, stay, and check-out smooth and easy. The apartament is beautiful, spatious, and well-equipped. We appreciated good quality cosmetics in the bathroom and generally the owner's attention to detail. A splendid city skyline view, just perfect for those who prefer to admire big cities while putting some distance between themselves and the crowded city center. Saint Kilda is a very nice place to stay in Melbourne. We wish we stayed longer. For those with mobility issues (or heavy luggage), while there is a lift to the 4th floor, there is also one flight od stairs to climb.
• Angela (9/5): Amazing views, great location, beautiful apartment - Great communication with the host The property is beautiful, with many thoughtful extras throughout, and the views are amazing. Opposite Albert Park - a great walk around the lake. The bed and sofa were on the soft side for those preferring more support. A lot of movement in the bed when either moved so sleep a little disturbed. The external stair entrance did not bother us at all, but for those challenged by heights or stairs, perhaps not for you.

They didn’t worry me though but is only way to access apartment. And the views and apartment is extra special once inside, your own Oasis, i could have moved in🥰
• Julie (10/5): Fabulous apartment in historical building with truly spectacular views over Melbourne skyline. - Fantastic historical building with a book about it in the property so you can read about the history of the place was a nice touch. Imen was an extremely helpful host and fast with communication when I needed anything. The views over Albert Park to the city and to the harbour were stunning especially at sunset and sunrise. It was so good having a dedicated parking space in the basement. The neighbourhood is fantastic with trams running along Fitzroy Street right outside (not too noisy) and St Kilda Station across the road with a small supermarket there too. The kitchen and laundry were setup well, the apartment was setup like a home away from home, very clean and extremely comfortable. Nothing, it's a great place to stay, handy to everything, and the view is so incredible, I wish I didn't have to leave.

Great transport links into the city on the tram and a metro a couple of minutes walk for groceries. The apartment was amazing! Clean and beautiful decor. Amazing views, all the essentials and so much more. They've thought of everything! Lovely hand soaps, shampoos, shower gels provided and the washing machine was an added bonus! Couldn't fault it, would definitely recommend and would love to come back if I visit again.

Liked all of the extras ie: the coffee machine, tea bags, kitchen supplies and the extra clean towels etc. The place was very clean and tidy. It was great having instructional manuals in the cupboard to use the washing machine and oven correctly. The bed up top could have been put down to use however it was way too heavy. Had to buy an airbed to use for my son.

I was traveling in Australia for ~3 weeks and this place has laundry. It was convenient to do laundry within the apartment unit. Imen was also extremely helpful to accommodate early check-ins. There is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment on the top floor. I was traveling by myself with 3 weeks of belongings so getting down from the stairs up top with a big suitcase was a bit terrifying.

• Trang (9/5): Initially booked a weekend away in the Yarra Vallwy, I decided I didn’t want to drive long distance after a long and ex - Amazing location and view. Having quiet and relaxing breakfast at the balcony looking over the city skyline and the ocean under the warm sun, is heaven. Nothing. Everything is great. I didn’t use the TV or tried to get to netflix or similar, so i can’t comment on this. The rest is brilliant and super clean.

Was great having kitchen, Was unable to park on site. Check out listed as 12pm but was told it was 10am. Did not realise there were steep steps to climb with luggage to get to apartment. Noisy and bed uncomfortable.

Met us for check-in and touched base during our stay. Lovely decor and little touches around the apartment with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too, which is a big tick for us! Really enjoyed the balcony with city views, too. Nothing negative here. We hope to return. The complex is on a pretty busy road, but once inside, we heard nothing.

• Kelly (1/5): I have no words to write as I didn’t stay! - I arrived at the property only to be told my stay was cancelled as there was a two night stay minimum. This is despite payment being made and receiving no notice of the cancellation. I had to find alternate accomodation last minute as I was in a new city with no other option available. Now, the ‘host’ nor booking.com is answering my emails for a refund
• Goyney513 (9/5): Great location with awesome views of Melbourne and the Bay! - Location was great and the view from the balcony both by day and night was outstanding! We drove to this place then left our car in the secure underground car park and walked or took the tram everywhere. It was a 10 minute walk to the St Kilda Esplanade and 15 minutes to the Acland Street precinct. Tram stop in Fitzroy Street 100mtrs from the front door, which takes you to either of the pre-mentioned locations or in to the City via St Kilda Road, or another tram stop approx 300mtrs away on Canterbury Road that will take you to the South Melbourne Market and the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. There were lots of Pubs, Restaurants and convenience stores along Fitzroy Street. The Unit was spacious and comfortable with modern décor and surprisingly quiet for its location. There were plenty of basic condiments in the kitchen for those who like to stay in and cook dinner and ample quality toiletries. We would definitely use this property again. F.Y.I. parents - The 'Loft', which is situated above the kitchen and accessible via a ladder, is approx 3mtrs off the ground. It does not have any safety rails and definitely NOT suitable for children.
