Guest Reviews
- Amir (10/5): - Прекрасный завтрак! Все было круто!
- Munir (9/5): It was overall good and comfortable stay and comfortable and management staff very professional. - It is very comfortable stay and management staff don't bother you for anything. At the checkout you have to clear the bill which is very professional. Triple bed room is extremely nice and comfortable with a very good feeling.
Really liked the stay their. 1- 2 bed room was too much small and congested and it's washroom was very small.
2- Didn't get the water, coffee or chai for 2nd day.
- Guest (7/5): - Break fast was average Break fast
- Bandar (10/5): - الامان

- David (8/5): Very good - Cheap cost for the location and facilities. Good shower, good WiFi (Room 1007).
Staff were polite and friendly, attentive and multilingual. The maid walking in to the room without knocking even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door.
Breakfast is functional but not brilliant.
Room carpet was a bit worn. Otherwise functional and good value.
- Sushil (9/5): Couple from India at Central Park Baku for a week - I stayed at Central Park Baku for one week with my wife. The location of the hotel was very good just 10 minutes walking distance to Nizami Street and yet away from the chaos. Easy location for pick up by tour operators and taxi drivers. The breakfast served was of good taste and had a variety of items for a sweet loving person. The views from the restaurant were top notch which we enjoyed a lot having breakfast. Check in and check out was pretty quick. Most of the staff was very attentive, smiling and helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor and was nice with a small balcony with all the necessary amenities. Many coffee shops and grocery shops are in walking distance to the hotel. The TV in the room doesn't have many channels just basic stuff. While every other staff member of the hotel was giving extra water bottles for free, a bald staff member at the reception was asking money for the extra water bottles.
- Amit (9/5): Superb -
- Srinivasan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andri (10/5): Excellent - The location of the hotel is in the city center, few minutes walk to Nizami St. The breakfast was good. But, not much variety.
- Melinda (10/5): Clean and friendly - Very good location, friendly helpful staff. (I forgot to ask the receptionist girl name, but anyway, she have to mention in my comment. So she gave me useful tips , thanks!)
My room was at 9th floor with a sea view and with a balcony. I spent 3 nights there, every day the cleaning lady knocked on my door and ask me if I need anything.
Breakfast was at 11th floor . Many things to try out.
Overall: i would definitely choose this Hotel again.
Thanks for having me.
- Magdalena (4/5): Horrible - Absolutely horrible place, not comparable to any other place we stayed in Azerbaijan. DO NOT GO NEAR THERE!
1. They gave us smaller room than I be we booked and paid for.
2. In the middle of the winter balcony door was open and room was freezing when checking in (to be honest closing the balcony doesn't make much difference because of the state of windows)
3. The state of room and furniture is really bad (I would say nothing was done with the room for last 20 years at least), almost nothing works properly
4. There is no parking, even tho listings state the hotel has free parking
5. Breakfast is horrible, we got things at least day old.
6. It's in not a nice area, it's pretty scary at night.
We booked this hotel only becouse it stated it has free parking. Before we stayed in old town and hotel was 1/3 of the price and SAS amazing. Please don't waste your money and distroy your memories form beautiful Azerbejian by staying in this hotel! Absolutely horrible place, not comparable to any other place we stayed in Azerbaijan. - Genevieve (9/5): Best decision to book here - it was restful and made my time in Baku so memorable. - Sakina was really accommodating and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was amazing too with great food on the menu. All the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Noisy guests that kept everyone up till 3am.
- Prashant (8/5): Very good - Courteous and english speaking staff
- Praxep (10/5): Exceptional - Options for vegetarian breakfast was available
- Shaheer (8/5): It was good stay. - It was a good hotel overall. Breakfast options can be increased. Bed sheets quality also have room for improvement.
- Constantin (9/5): Best deal for a medium price hotel in Baku - I think is the best value for money in Baku, for hotels with prices around 50-75 EUR/night. I booked more expensive hotels with less quality. So: friendly staff, very clean, all facilities in good order (bathroom, kettle, fridge, TV, air conditioning). Breakfast OK for this hotel category. Small things: Internet sometimes slow; for short periods of time, no cold water (probably, because of the works in the building); the breakfast setup not ready in two days (from 13) at 7.30, when breakfast was supposed to begin to be served. The omelette made on spot (and no other omelette available) not suitable if you are in a hurry (there is always a queue).
- Arnab (7/5): Value for money. Keep expectations less. - Good location and the basics are in place There was a lot of repair work going on. The bathrooms keep on clogging in the shower area. The buffet breakfast often ran out with the staff taking a lot of time to refill. Just 2 servers managing the egg counter, refilling the stations and cleaning the tables were a disaster during peak hours.
- Rakhi (6/5): Stay was pleasant - Location Communication was a problem
Breakfast options were beef only and breakfast got finished before timmings ended
- Tara (8/5): We had a great stay and enjoyed Baku very much - Very close and easy walk to the town, sea, metro.
- Brij (7/5): Good - Good location. Good room size. However WI FI was not working in one room throughout the stay despite repeated complaints. Breakfast was not well organised . The breakfast was not well organised
- Kathryn (8/5): Very good -
- Mariam (8/5): Very good - Friendliness of staff Facilities in bathroom inadequate.
No variety for breakfast,same daily.
No restaurant at the hotel for lunch or dinner
- Malka (6/5): I am not sure if I would stay there again - Hotel needs some improvements
I found a hole in sheet on the 3 day of our stay
My friend said she saw many hair on the bathroom floor after the cleaning was done.
I had to often ask for more Toilet paper
Somehow it’s seems it’s an issue in Baku generally speaking!!!
However, the stuff and kitchen stuff and manager Yura from the restaurant were outstanding
They all left amazing memories for my friend and I. I wrote it above
- Kutub (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shahr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (8/5): Overall, clean, friendly and safe. I was out late most nights and walked back to the hotel alone. My son stayed behind a - The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday. You have to iron in the hallway and the iron seemed to be shared by all the guests so at times the wait was a bit long.
- Abady75 (8/5): Very good - Good hotel but a bit old
Location is nice close to central park and near to Nizami street price is little bit high Old furniture
Average breakfast
- Ali (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay - A great place to stay in Baku near Nizami
- Viraj (6/5): Overall a pleasant stay. - This is a nice , clean hotel for family , about 10-12 minutes walking from Nizami Street . We had a large room with very comfortable beds . Shower and toilets were excellent. All shopping conveniences are available neaby - Kapital bank to to chane moneys , Rahat convenience store is 3 minute walk to buy all the grocery / confectionery, foods which you need to buy . Breakfast was on 11th Floor , had extensive variety of food for everyone but was pretty much the same dishes every day. We feel that hotel management should keep changing the foods menu so that guests staying for more nights should not face food monotony .
- Юлия (8/5): Very good -
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andras (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place. Very nice staff. Rooms are much better than on the pics. Great views. Centre is 20 min walk. None
- Suby (8/5): Very good -
- Ayyappan (9/5): A very comfortable and relaxing stay - The hotel is just 15 min walk from Nizami Street. Rooms were spacious and neat. Good bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was kept neat and clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were courteous and helpful and spoke English. The WiFi was barely working. And the bathtub was leaking. Other than that everything was good
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Riyas (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was good and the staff were so nice .
- Zahir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohamad (8/5): Overall nice hotel with friendly staff, the breakfast was nice, the chef is friendly, very helpful - Located at center If you bring a large suitcase, it will be difficult to enter the hotel lobby because you pass through the front stairs of the hotel
- Abdul (10/5): It was very good experience and comfortable. - Delicious food and very friendly staffs, especially the Chef. Nothing at all.
- George (7/5): Good -
- Sharifeh (9/5): Superb - Everything was good, the staff, service and the rooms If they can add slide entrance at the beginning of the hotel, it will be more helpful when carrying the bag
- Hans (9/5): Enjoyable - Location and the staffs are very helpful and polite Nothing
- Constantin (9/5): A good hotel, above the average you got for this money. - This hotel was the best in Baku, so far, in the 50 EUR/night range (this is the fourth, for me). The room was large, well equipped (fridge, kettle, air conditioning, 1 liter bottled water daily). Daily cleaning and English speaking staff (not happening in other hotels). The breakfast was good - wide enough range of food. Nothing spectacular, except (for this range of hotels) fresh omelette or poked eggs on demand. Only some minor issues (for me): the bathtub had high edge (elder people or people with mobility issues may have problems going in and out), the coffee bland, small number of TV programmes, only two hangers in the closet.
- Bander (7/5): Not bad - Staff was wonderful and helpful Breakfast was normal
- Abdulaziz (8/5): Very good - Nice location at the city center. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean, comfy king sized bed. Wifi is a huge problem. Receptionist girl with attitude. Answers our questions lazily while rolling her eyes. We asked to clean our room but nobody did it. Very dissapointing.
- Abdulaziz (8/5): Very good - Day shift reception cant speak english. Very bad hospitaliti. Menecer hotel Sokina cant help with anything, also girls from day duty. Clean was very bad , i ask 3-4 time to clean room. Very bad. I want tell special thanks to Rifat , he is very helpful , also night shift boys Amil, Javid. And special thanks to chef Jura. Breakfast was very good.
- Sylvia (10/5): Great hotel with very nice and supportiv staff - It has well equipped Rooms. At the upper stores / breakfastroom / skybar you will have a fantastic view above the bay.
Beds are very comfortable. I had a fridge, safetybox, tv, watercooker.
Very good bath.
But the best is the breakfast. Big choice of cold and warm dishes. Huge choice of excellent cakes/cookis which the chef freshly prepared every day. Food very jummy.
In the evening you could sit in the skybar and enjoy different wines, beers and spirits ... including view to the flame towers :D
Thank you to the staff, and specially Juri for the unforgettable stay. --
- Mk93_ (6/5): Pleasant - The Breakfast There is only maintenance service in the morning
- Lucy (7/5): Good -
- Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - Room service and breakfast were amazing (breakfast 5+), but rooms are ready for reconstruction: old carpets, old wallpapers.
Great location, very pleasant staff, but hotel has lost its former glory.
- Raja (8/5): tge stay was comfortable, breakfast was good - location is very good as it is close to Nizami and city center staff were very polite and helpful
- Kalam (5/5): Pleasant stay - Location was good , walkable to main streets Rooms were clean and neat . Bed not comfortable. Lighting not good and was dull. Not so good breakfast.
- Edvicho (7/5): Good - The staff, especially the chef, is amazing, very friendly, and helpful. The chef was preparing a fresh, delicious breakfast for me every morning.
The location is very good, just 5min walking to the city centre.
Th value for money is also nice. The hotel needs a renewal. Rooms are old-fashioned with old furniture.
It wasn't very clean, I saw a chicken bone on the floor in the dining area and it looked like it had been lying on the floor for a long time.
- Firdous (10/5): Exceptional - everything is good
- Jakub (8/5): The place is OK, but with the huge number of alternative in the city, you can find something better. - Due to the very small number of guests, breakfast was served as ordered, but in person by the Chef. We got exactly what we wanted. The Chef (Yurij) is a very nice and funny man. I highly recommend pancakes. Internet stopped working last day. The staff with disarming honesty admitted that they "forgot to pay the bill". As a result we were left without internet access and could not even check-in online for our flight. Really disappointing.
- Irina (8/5): Very good -
- Nizamudeen (9/5): Superb -
- Umair (8/5): Very good - Location is nice. Very close the city center I.e. Nizami Street and 28 May square - a 10 min walk can get you to either side.
Chef is nice and hospitable. Since the breakfast buffet has very less options. The Chef will personally ask you what you want to eat and can bring you anything. For e.g we were served with pancakes, crepes, egg white omelete and sandwiches on request.
We were given an early check in at 10am with out additional charge. Of course i we had pre aligned this on the phone before arrival.
A hearty complementary fruit basket was served upon our arrival. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.
- Bekhzod (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located with a great view. The personnel were so kind and solved immediately my requests. Before traveling I asked them to book a room with a sea view. They perfectly did it and I appreciate for their service.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mammad (9/5): Superb -
