• Lori (10/5): Great location in Rome, nice people, and a charming and clean apartment! - The location in Rome near the Trevi Fountain was perfect. We walked everywhere including the Spanish Steps, Vatican, Colosseum, Castel S'ant Angelo and of course, the Trevi Fountain was a block away. The only time we took a taxi was to the San Callisto Catacombs. If you're in fairly good shape you can walk everywhere from this location. Marianna & Aymen were so helpful and responsive to our communications (via WhatsApp and phone calls). Aymen came over to the apartment to let us store our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. He went over all the details with us. They also arranged a car to pick us up to get to our cruise port in Civitavecchia when we left. The apartment had a lot of charm and was very clean. We were a family of four (my husband, me, and our two grown sons) and we had all the space we needed. I highly recommend this place!
• Joanna (7/5): Nice apartment. Very close to Trevi Fountain. - The property is very close to the Trevi Fountain, approximately 100 ft from the door to the fountain. There were several restaurants at your doorstep or just down the street. Property was decorated nicely but the apartment was very dark inside because of the dark cabinets, ceilings and floors. Only a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. The property was very convenient to several of the historic landmarks. The noise at night was very loud outside of the apartment due to its proximity to restaurants and bars. The noise outside the apartment late into the night and the darkness of the apartment.
• Linda (8/5): Excellent location near the Trevi Fountain. Good sized accommodation, especially for a family as there are two bedrooms - We loved staying in the centre of Rome. The apartment is along a lovely little street just a stone’s throw from Trevi Fountain. The apartment was a lovely size with two good sized bedrooms. The lounge area was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. The bathroom was a good size. The owner was responsive to our requests and rectified our complaints immediately. The kitchen area is dark and needs updating. The door from the fridge was coming off its hinges. When I opened the microwave, there was food still left in it. The oven was also dirty. When I reported this, it was rectified by the owner immediately and I was impressed with the quick response. We also had no hot water on our first day. We did not arrive to the apartment until late in the evening so we were all looking forward to freshening up by a shower in the morning. The boiler had stopped working and was making terrible noises. Unfortunately, the sink also had no plug so we were unable to have a wash that morning. Again when I reported all this to the owner, they did immediately rectify this and did in fact replace the boiler that day.
• Jenn (10/5): Convenient location and spacious apartment - Location was perfect - just a few steps to the Trevi Fountain. Also, central to many other highlights in Rome . Lots of room and shower is large and lots of hot water . So nice having a blow dryer.
• Michele (7/5): Posizione imbattibile ma struttura da rinnovare - La posizione è senza dubbio il punto forte: nel pieno centro di Roma e a due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. L’appartamento è molto grande e offre spazi ampi, con un potenziale davvero notevole che potrebbe renderlo una soluzione eccellente. L’appartamento appare piuttosto datato e avrebbe bisogno di diversi piccoli interventi di manutenzione. Anche l’illuminazione è carente, con ambienti poco luminosi. Considerando il prezzo elevato, mi sarei aspettato una maggiore cura generale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e l’attenzione ai dettagli.
• JESSICA (9/5): En el corazón de Roma - El apartamento está situado justo al lado de la Fontana de Trevi, en el mismo centro de Roma, cerca de cualquier punto de interés y con todos los servicios necesarios. Es grande y con camas cómodas; no obstante, hay que tener en cuenta que no dispone de ascensor y está en una segunda planta. La comunicación es a través de WhatsApp, pero es relativamente rápida y eficaz. Hicimos algunas peticiones e hicieron todo lo posible para cumplirlas. El punto fuerte sin duda es su ubicación. Necesita mantenimiento tanto en el mobiliario como en la limpieza. Imagino que en su momento sería perfecto, pero ya se va notando el paso del tiempo y el uso. Cuesta mucho regular el agua de la ducha. Se filtran los ruidos de la calle durante la madrugada.

• Kristine (7/5): - Location. Close to a lot of attractions Unlike hotels, they do not have 24/7 maintenance. Water heater broke down at 20:30 and it wasn’t fixed until the following day. 3 out of 4 guests had to take shower with ice-cold water. There was no other alternative offered to make bath more comfortable. No discount for the inconvenience either. He did provide complimentary general cleaning upon request.

Location can truly make or break a vacation, and being in the very center of Rome made our experience so much more amazing. To step outside and be just moments from the Trevi Fountain felt like living inside a dream, and yet the apartment was peaceful and quiet enough to feel like our own private haven. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we could have possibly needed. Every detail reflected how much care the hosts put into making their guests comfortable. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the hospitality of the hosts. They went far beyond expectations to accommodate us, always with warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to make our time in Rome unforgettable. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel genuinely welcome even before we arrived. They left no stone unturned. This is not just a place to stay. It is an experience filled with comfort, care, and the magic of Rome right outside the door. We are leaving with so much gratitude, wonderful memories, and an eagerness to return. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Communication was excellent. They were so helpful and even set up a ride to the airport during a very busy weekend. We loved our stay!
• Spengler (7/5): Enjoyable but If I had known about the stairs I would have chosen another facility. - Great location, clean No mention that apartment was on 2nd floor(3rd floor US) with long twisting stairs. A warning to anyone with mild (or greater) mobility problems. Some communication problems initially. The 3 of us searched the apartment without finding any information on how to access wifi, heating system etc. After a message to the manager her husband come over to resolve the wifi issue and a later email explained about the other systems. A printed sheet left in an obvious place on the kitchen table would have saved everyone some time and hassle.

• Rachel (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfortable apartment on our family vacation! - Convenient location to all of attractions in Rome, comfortable master bed and air conditioning, for such a busy area it was relatively quiet through the night, excellent communication with hosts and wine upon arrival. One bedroom bed was harder than we like, would’ve been nice to have one more key , other than that, it was great!
