• Beverly (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Rom in super Lage - Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage um Rom zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Usama und Ursula sind super Gastgeber. Auch die Kunst in der Unterkunft macht den Aufenthalt einmalig. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Wir hätten uns lediglich mehr Ablagefläche im Bad gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Da gibt es nichts zu sagen ;-)

The location is so close to the Colosseum you can see it from the front door but still so quiet somehow. It was so easy to walk everywhere. Ursula provides the most amazing list of recommendations, you couldn’t ask for any more. Not to mention the art! So talented!

Very easy to check in and the room was large, had nearly everything required, we had a blast, would definitely recommend Two points that I was disappointed with were the lack of iron (nothing worse than a holiday with creased clothes), and the shared balcony. It was described as a balcony with the room, which we thought would be our own private balcony. However, it was a balcony in the communal area and shared with 2 other rooms, maybe detail this on the site.
• Matthew (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome - The location was amazing, staff super friendly and helpful and was great value for money. Everything you need in the apartment for a nice stay. We were woken up each day at around 5/6 am from noise in the common area which wasn't ideal.

The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed with an artistic flair and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The hosts are extremely attentive, kind, and welcoming – you can feel they truly care about their guests. Every detail is well thought out, from comfort to style. I would definitely love to return and can only recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

• Carol (10/5): Fantastic Art Lab Stay - Everything was modern and clean on 3rd floor with an elevator if desired. Windows are triple glazed to provide both temperature and sound protection. The location was excellent for Colloseum and Palantine ruins. We walked everywhere, but streetcars passed in front, and both metro lines were just a short walk in either direction. We were given suggestions for local restaurants close to Art Lab. The food was terrific and reasonably priced at our selections. It was great having a kitchen and a Carrefour downstairs. The owners had many useful suggestions and even showed us how they created their art. Any questions we had, they attended to promptly in a friendly manner. They whatsapp 'd us to ask if we needed anything. Whatsapp was a great way to communicate with us.

• Guy (10/5): Amazing place. The hosts were so friendly and the room was really beautifully designed. - This was one of the best places I ever stayed. Its an art gallery that happens to also have some stunning mini apartments that are rented out. Our room had a bathroom and little kitchen. It felt more like an AirBNB than a hotel which was perfect for us. By the way, the place is literally walking distance from The Colosseum. You can see it as you walk out the door. But that doesn't mean its an overly touristy area. There are some parts of Rome that are very touristy where all you see is tourists walking around and shops catering to them. This area is a bit beyond the major touristy part and closer to the residential suburbs. So its a perfect location in my opinion.

• Nikolay (10/5): Absolutely perfect - This was a perfect apartment! Perfect location in the center of the city, has a lot of restaurants and a big grocery store just at the corner. Beautiful, comfortable, clean. A lot of useful facilities. Very good kitchen. Espresso machine. The host provided us with a great advice on things to do in Rome. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.
