• Elizabeth (10/5): A superb Paddington apartment a stones throw from Paddington station and Hyde Park - The location was fantastic just a 2 minute walk to Paddington Station and a short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The property was immaculate, clean, modern and had all the facilities I needed, in particular a washing machine. All the little extras were provided from washing liquid through to bath products. Being a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment it is ideal for friends or families as well as singles or a couple. I will definitely try to book this apartment next time I visit London. Nothing
• Stacey (10/5): Amazing apartment to stay in short proximity to Paddington station and Hyde park. Well priced. Close to restaurants, hyd - So close to Paddington station. The apartment itself is on a beautiful street filled with trees and a short walk to Hyde park. Our family lived there stay. Everything was wonderful. I would advise the property management to put some pillowtop mattress covers on beds as you can feel a few springs. But very small issue.
• Damien (5/5): Great flat and location, disappointing maintenance - The location is amazing and the building is lovely, the flat has good sized bedrooms and bathrooms for central London standards. The interiors are relatively modern and check in was super simple and convenient. The cleanliness of the flat is a real issue. I had hoped that the multiple reviews I had read were resolved before we got there but unfortunately not. A good dusting/hoovering is needed. The towels were filthy, the bedding stained, so we took it upon ourselves to do our own high temperature laundry and all issues were resolved! Something any cleaning company could surely manage. These were photographed and shared with the management company but whilst the response was apologetic, the phrase "we'll work towards changing the sheets" could be easily actioned with many prior reviews. I encourage you to find a new cleaning agency and buy additional linens to allow the proper washing and drying of the sheets and towels - a consistent review issue.
• Melanie (4/5): Would not recommend. - Location was perfect! Elizabeth line to Heathrow just a few minutes walk It was not clean. There was only 1 towel for 3 people for 3 nights! They had bath mats and face cloths but no towels. Bath/shower was dirty and filled with water when used (blocked drains)
• Ingrid (8/5): Great location, mediocre condo. - We loved the location, within sight distance of Paddington but in a very nice and quiet area. There were two rooms and two bathrooms, enough room for everyone. One night we went to an excellent Indian restaurant a few steps away, inside a small hotel. The other night we went to the grocery store at Paddington and got ready made food that we ate in the condo. It was hard to find the lock box for the key. The condo was not entirely clean, the rugs could have used some vacuuming. There were 4 cups, 4 plates and 4 glasses - so we had to do dishes after every meal. There was no coffee maker!
• John (3/5): A good location but the property was unclean and badly managed. - A good location in Paddington to sightsee London. Not able to access accommodation at 4pm - cleaner still working and had the only set of keys. Unable to contact anyone to deal with property issues. Only two bath towels for four people. Dirty towels and bedding which we had to wash. No toilet rolls or soap. Carpet needed vacuuming. Single beds very uncomfortable.
• Roaming (8/5): Very good - Excellent Location, close to paddington station. Good amenities. Sweet place. Easy self check in. Communication with host was pretty good. There was an issue upon arrival that the cleaning company had not shown up. We had to stay somewhere else for the 1st night. Also, 1 of the 2 toilets was broken. But we worked with Toks who made fair compensation for our circumstances. Once those things are sorted I would absolutely stay again.
• Rosina (1/5): DO NOT STAY THERE IF U WANT A SAFE OR CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. - LOCATION ONLY, NOTHING ELSE DO NOT STAY THERE IF U WANT A SAFE OR CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. The furniture is not fit for purpose. Dining room chair collapsed, injuring my husband. Not cleaned. USED TENA LADY in bathroom bin. I could go on...... The proprietor does to refund any money. I did not want money or to complain, I hope this helps anyone thinking of going there to change there mind and book elsewhere.
• Ricard (6/5): Pleasant - Good location just next to Paddington station. The flat is nice and cozy. Good temperature. It was not clean, the provided towels were wet and the linen too.. Everything smelled like humidity. There were used papers below one bed.
• Daniel (9/5): Great location - Great location, 5 mins from Paddington. Quiet street. Some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. The apartment was ideal as a base to visit London and had everything we needed It could do with a full clean through ie under the beds. Also the shower head in the main bathroom needs replacing. Nothing major but small improvements would make it a really lovely apartment.
• Linda (9/5): Great stay in central London - The location of the apartment is so good. Close to Paddington Station (5 minutes walk), close to restaurants and shops and quiet. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building is old and charming. The kitchen has just enough kitchenware for 4 persons. It has a dishwasher and washing machine which are really a plus. Would stay here again. The mattresses in the beds are bit too soft and you could feel the springs in the mattresses in the single beds, which wasn't comfortable. The cleaning of the apartment could have been better (especially in the kitchen) and the bathrooms could use a renovation. It wasn't easy to open the doors (heavy, old doors). The building is old and can be noisy (you hear the conversation of the neighbours).
• Jane (6/5): Ok but not quite good enough to rebook. - Good location near to Paddington and public transport. Flat not quite clean enough (under beds!) Key box hard to find and fiddly to open. No toilet paper left in one room, few sheets only in other.
• Paula (10/5): Fabulous stay in Paddington - Location was excellent, flat was sparkling clean with comfy beds and tons of space! Little touches like tea and soap for the washer/dryer were much appreciated! Recommend 100%!
