Ksenia (10/5): Exceptional - Location, elegant style, variety of amenities, immaculate cleanliness. Easy to get to Santa Maria Novella train station by bus No 23. Also I would recommend Conad supermarket at Via Petrapiana (5-7 minutes walk) to those who prefer cooking. It is much more comfortable than the nearest Conad at Corso dei Tintori. Please note that there is no elevator (the apartment is located on the 1st floor).
Emily (9/5): Amazing apartment, fantastic location in a beautiful area of Florence! - Great location, high quality apartment. Second set of towels would have been great, milk in the fridge too and some more coffee capsules. Minor, small things but I think for a luxury apartment they should be supplied. Thank you. :)
