• Ann (6/5): Basic basement apartment close to attractions - The location of this apartment was really great. You're basically 10-15 walk from most things. A very nice woman met us to show us the apartment and give us some information about Florence. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Overall a convenient location in a fairly basic, what felt like a basement, apartment. The slippers were a nice touch knowing that the floor is very cold. On entry to the building before getting to the apartment there was a distinct grey/black water smell. Not totally unusual for Europe and very old plumbing systems. As soon as we entered the apartment we could no longer smell it. The apartment itself wasn't as new as it looked in the pictures. Bathrooms linens could use an upgrade - clean but pretty old. The small courtyard was tidy but not nearly as inviting and as bright as the pictures made it look. The wifi was only usable in the main kitchen/seating area (not a huge dealbreaker). Even though the courtyard has large doors with windows then apartment is rather dark and basement like. Again, this is an older building so it's not to be expected, but the pictures did make the apartment look a lot brighter than it was. I expected more for what we paid, but location was great.

• Flora (9/5): Great place and ideal location - Great location and comfortable home. It is close to everything but in a quiet area which was very nice. Close to the food market too. The shower had a 1/2 glass panel which allowed water splash out of the shower area, a door would be better.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous apartment and terrace in excellent location near San Ambriosia church and market. One mile to train station, easy 10-15 minute walk to main tourist area. Apartment is incredibly clean and well-provisioned. Antonella and Hiedy are wonderful hosts - highly recommend. Nothing. Excellent stay.

• Zineb (10/5): Exceptional - Small cozy apartment in a very good location at the heart of florence (the duomo is 10 mins away). The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. Antonella was very cooperative and friendly, she answered our every need. I highly recommend.

• Nimaksof (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, close enough to almost everything. Quiet place beautifully decorated. Antonellla was kind and helpful. Extremely short bed, like missing the "half of it"!! Partially installed underfloor heating so in winter it is a bit uncomfortable. Extremely dirty air filters of the air conditioners (I had to wash them), so much so that they made noise when they were in operation. Very unpleasant smell upon entering the apartment.
• Edward (9/5): We had a fantastic trip to Florence! - The apartment was clean and perfectly located to all the sights. Antonella was a great host and was helpful with giving us information about the area. The hallway that leads to the apartment door needs a little work to repair a step that was broken. Otherwise everything was great.
• Janene (8/5): Perfect place to explore Florence - Loved the location so near to the local market and Antonella was very helpful and lovely. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows in the bed, not very comfortable.

• Susi (10/5): A great spot in Florence - The neighborhood, the quiet, the bed linens and towels, great property manager, the courtyard, the numerous ways to make coffee, nice restaurants nearby, and great markets..... I'd recommend this spot to anyone. Nothing really disappointed us.

• Purabi (9/5): Superb apartment with wonderful host. - The property was in a central location in Florence, next to a supermarket, restaurants and local market and walking distance to popular attractions. The apartment was superb with lovey touches, fluffy towels and comfortable beds and had great facilities. We used the very well stocked kitchen a couple of times to make meals from the produce from the local market. The host Antonella was so helpful and arranged a taxi for us to and from the Chianti Hills and checked in on us and arranged for us to be greeted at check in with lots of information provided. I really appreciated all the books and learnt a lot about the local history, I just wish I had more time to read more. Nothing, very comfortable. We could not use the courtyard garden because there was a heatwave when we stayed but it was nice to have a lovely courtyard garden to look into, in the city. The WiFi was also not very strong in the second bedroom but we were out most of the time so it did not bother us.

Apartment is set back off the road so super quiet and loved having our own outside space. The apartment has everything you could wish for and the beds are really comfortable. Check in was great and Heidy was so friendly and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
• Aaronyim (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities in the kitchen are good. It is located in a good area (within the ZTL) and can walk to most of the attractions. The floor plan of the apartment is long and narrow. It is a bit dark but enough lighting helps.

• Nana (10/5): A moment in Florence - Very nice place! The owner was a very nice and attentive person! Whenever I requested something, he would respond immediately. He was really reassuring! It is a 15 minute walk from the center of the city. It's a great location where I can walk everywhere. And it's a quiet place, I really feel like you are living in Florence.
