• Jacobus (7/5): Comfortable, convenient and value for money - Very conveniently located right next to Brockley Station which made it really, really easy to reach the centre of London where most of our appointments were taking place. Comfortable room and bed! Not like is a big statement but the location next to the station also means that the trains pass very close by. Some might be put of by the accompanying noise. With some earplugs this is easily addressed.

• Darren (1/5): Nothing like what is advertised, it's all lies, I WANT A REFUND - Close to station Absolute SCAM, one small bedroom in someone's apartment, facilities are not as advertised, not even close. Hot and stuffy, only one window with no flyscreen, NO AIR CON, NO KITCHEN, NO REFRIGERATOR, NO BALCONY, NO ROOM SERVICE, NO SHARED LOUNGE/TB AREA, NO DISHWASHER, NO MICROWAVE, NO OUTDOOR DINING AREA OR FURNITURE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, IT'S A LIE. I found somewhere else, do not stay, I won't stand to be lied to, I want a full refund
• Sheyla (10/5): Perfect experience - All kind of restaurantes & bares near. A supermarket in the same building. The train & bus station very near. The owner so kind and caring. We will return for sure. It was June and the weather was so hot, but the owner give us a fun that saved our lives!!

• Gerrit (9/5): I would book it again. - Our stay here was wonderful. We were only in London for 3 days, but we regret that it couldn't have been longer. We were given a very friendly welcome (even though we arrived much later than announced and only late at night, sorry) and had a very clean, lovingly furnished room, which was the perfect starting point for exploring London. The bed was soft, the blankets cozy. The proximity to the tube was seen as an advantage, passing trains weren't really a nuisance. But we were also constantly out and about in the city and always came back completely exhausted. The room is as shown in the pictures and everything we needed was there and working. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean. We were able to ask questions at any time and the help was always very friendly and quick. I was actually looking for a hotel room, but I think this choice was much better. There is a small shop in the building, so shopping was no problem either. We plan to come back one day, as we didn't manage to see many of the sights. All the best. Travelling by tube is easy, but takes more time than expected, and the night schedule needs improvement. I have no criticism of the host or the room.

• Michelle (8/5): Lucky Find - Good location near shops and cafés. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Warm host. Light refreshments provided within the price. Easy to get to. Safe stay. Room backed on to the train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, then you may struggle a little to get to sleep and stay asleep. I was okay but my friend stayed only one of two nights.

• Austen (10/5): A wonderful nights stay - Spotlessly clean, comfortable and the host is a lovely woman! Conveniently located next to the train tracks but therefore also very loud at night
• Gaynor (9/5): Great place to stay and very reasonable price. - The staff were absolutely amazing, rushed to help us with our luggage upon arrival and the room was cleaned and bed made up daily, couldn't have asked for more! The shower was amazing too. Water replenished daily, there was milk in the fridge, ice in the freezer and a Corkscrew which was a lifesaver for me, tea, coffee and pan au chocolate too. Honestly much better than I anticipated. The noise of trains, but to counter balance that we had the shortest walk to get to it, which for my husband (he had a knee replacement not long ago) was absolutely perfect, you can't have everything and being so exhausted after a day of sight seeing it was absolutely fine to fall asleep.

• Fern (10/5): Super comfortable room in a great location - The property was very easy to find, located next to the station. Access was simple, and meant I could come and go as I please. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and had a good shower. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my go to accommodation! The trains can be a little loud at times, but the accommodation is peaceful. Certainly nothing to complain about :)

The care and attention paid to detail is crystal clear in the amenities provided, the luxury furnishing and thorough check-in. My needs were met before I knew them and I felt welcomed from the get go! Location is prime, with easy transport links and wonderful food spots, literally at your doorstep, when staying here. Thank you so much, will definitely be back!

A bit too close to the train tracks but could sleep fine Curtains were a bit too light so had to improvise a black out to be able to sleep past 4. Had a minor issue with the door handle, but nothing that affected our stay.
