• Donya (7/5): Great location. - The location was fantastic for walking to various sites within the city. The property could use a little more attention to detail - for example, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, garbage wrappers upstairs on the roof patio, the rooftop itself could be cleaner. A small table and chairs close to the railing on the roof would be great - to sit with a view out over the street.

• John (10/5): Fabulous location. - Excellent property with modern appliances. Fabulous location. We didn’t use the roof terrace during this stay, exceptional weather, and out enjoying Seville to the full. The terrace does need an update to really enhance the experience.
• Craig (10/5): Great place - Perfect location in the centre of town. Ideal for a couple. There is no lift if you struggle with stairs, but no big deal if you are reasonably mobile.

• Marie-Hélène (8/5): Bon séjour dans un appartement confortable au pied de la cathédrale - L’emplacement extraordinaire près de la cathédrale, au cœur de la vieille ville, le confort de l’appartement grand pour deux et bien agencé. Le manque de communication avec les responsables (une agence) qui n’a pas répondu à nos messages. A revoir serrure de salle de bains défectueuse (mon compagnon est resté bloqué). Une carafe d’eau au frais dans le frigidaire en arrivant aurait été la bienvenue.

• Dorothee (9/5): Idealer Standort für die Erkundung von Sevilla - Die Lage, die Aussicht, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl die Wohnung mitten im Ausgehviertel von Santa Cruz liegt. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war gut, und es war kein Problem, mit dem Gepäck zu Fuß zur Wohnung zu laufen. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung keine Bedienungsanleitungen für die Geräte (z.B. die Klimaanlage/Heizung, den Fernseher, den Herd). Wer gerne kocht, findet dafür die komplette Ausstattung, aber der Esstisch in der Küche ist sehr klein. In wärmeren Monaten wird das durch die hervorragend ausgestattete Dachterrasse mehr als ausgeglichen.
• Janine (10/5): - I don't think you could get a better location! We walked to many attractions with ease. You only have to walk downstairs and open the doors to choose from a street full of cafes and bars to dine in. The rooftop terrace was a really nice place to relax after a long day.

• Joel (10/5): Excellent place for a 5 day trip to Sevilla. - Perfect location. In the middle of the tapa bars street and near the Giralda. Nevertheless very quiet inside the appt. Although it was December, we used the terras on the roof for our breakfast in the morning. Very easy access and swift communication. Definitely a place to stay again. Nothing to report

• kjw (10/5): Super location. Would definitely return for a longer stay in Sevilla. A wonderful city !!! - The location is fantastic. The apartment is large and offers even a roof terrace that we did not exploit during our stay in December, but could be really nice in other months. Quiet even though centrally located. Super nice. The heating system was not fully operational or at least I was not able to have it functioning fully. But we did not freeze, just a little cooler than desired. But perhaps was just my mastering of the heating system that was not up to par. No coffee or tea available. No coffee machine either. But we could have solved these minor details if our stay was longer. Also there are so many cafes around, that it is not really a problem.

• Stéphane (10/5): Bel emplacement avec rooftop, parfait pour se centraliser à Séville (vieille ville) - Emplacement à deux pas de la cathédrale, et à 15 minutes de marche du palais de Seville, nous avons assisté à un spectacle de flamenco à 3 minutes de marches de notre chambre. Le taxis nous à déposé à 300M de notre chambre (rue piétonne)

• Linda (9/5): Best location in Seville. - The apartments is lovely and the location is amazing. There is no lift so carrying suitcases up the stairs is tough. The hallway is a bit dirty and needs a lick of paint but the apartment itself is perfect. Location can’t be beaten, the street is beautiful. Nothing really except hallway.

• Una (10/5): A classy property in a great location. - The location was so central with great access to the old part of the city. The property was really cool! Lovely private roof terrace. The whole duplex was very well equipped. The host gave very clear instructions on gaining access on our first day and answered our messages really quickly. Nothing negative to say!
• Claire (9/5): Great apartment for a few days in Seville. Terrace great for relaxing and people watching. - This is a great apartment and exactly what you need for a few days in Seville. We Loved the terrace during the day and the evenings. We Loved the location, set up and how comfortable the beds was. The kitchen is small but amazingly equipped and the lift to the terrace was so much fun. The only negatives and these are minor overall is that the living room smelled very strongly like cigarette smoke and the neighbors were very late at noisy (banging and dog barking) at night and in the middle of the night which woke us a couple of times.
• Tino (10/5): Central , original, luxurious property - The central but quiet location, the 4th floor private jacuzzi is awesome , the brilliant ergonomic design of such a small space the mini living room glass top coffee table can be dangerous if you hit it , a light wood table would be safer
• Sheila (9/5): We really enjoyed the apartment with the efficient kitchen, comfortable bedroom and modern fixtures in the bathroom, - Modern clean apartment with all the conveniences. Perfect space for a couple with a compact efficient kitchen that even had a dumb waiter to send your food and drinks up to the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time we were there but we still enjoyed the terrace with the cover and great views of the tower. Location was awesome with multiple restaurants nearby and the best one was right outside of our door! Nothing

The property had no electric kettle despite this being included in amenities and when contacted the manager I was advised that a previous guest had broken this and to boil water on the hob but again no instructions

• Debra (10/5): Perfect apartment, perfect location - As many others have said, this apartment has everything. The location is perfect for seeing all the sights of the beautiful city of Seville. The apartment is well equipped with high quality fixtures & fittings, and the roof terrace, with views of the Giraldo, is a real bonus. There is great ambiance from the many tapas bars on the street below but you can’t hear any noise in the bedroom as it is at the back of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Another reason for giving the apartment top rating is the customer service. The management team is easily accessible for any questions and issues via WhatsApp. We foolishly locked ourselves out of the apartment at 7pm on our first night. I messaged the property manager and within 15 minutes the problem was resolved. I don’t think you’d get that level of service with most apartments. We really loved the apartment. If you’re visiting Seville, I strongly recommend that you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Nothing

• Zhirui (10/5): Exceptional - It’s literally next to the cathedral and Giralda. The street has good restaurants and shops. Short walk to everything. Grocery store MAS is a short walk away. Parking is convenient at Interparking Cano y Cueto. Don’t drive in old town - very narrow one-way streets and easy to get lost. Both beds are comfortable. Please note that it’s apartment 3, not 2D. When air conditioning is on in all rooms, the circuit will break. It did three times for us. You need to reset the main switch.
• Yuliia (10/5): A perfect place! - It is a very stylish and new apartment, in a perfect location - right next to the Cathedral of Seville , you can see it from your window (which has a balcony), and also from the roof area because you have access to it (with a shower and even a lift for food). And there is everything you need in the apartment, from a washing machine, to an iron, to a dishwasher, to even a toaster. It is a perfect place, truly. And as for the noise - all the restaurants close around midnight so you will not be bothered + the bedroom is in the opposite side from the street. And Fernando is a very helpful and pleasant host☺️
• George (10/5): Perfect location - Beautiful apartment, and the roof terrace is the icing on the cake. Perfect for breakfast (with the possible exception of Sunday morning when the bell-ringing was a bit TOO enthusiastic). Also lovely to relax there in the evenings when there was a cool breeze. It's right in the heart of things, on a street full of restaurants. Every part of the Old City is within walking distance. In spite of being in a busy area, the bedroom is unbelievably quiet. It's at the back of the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and much more storage than you'll need! A spiral staircase leads from the bedroom to the roof terrace, and a food lift from the kitchen solves the problem of getting things up and down. The Manager, Lorenzo, is very helpful and we had easy communication through WhatsApp. He responded very quickly each time, and allowed us to check-in early. Be Aware 1. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with no lift. The 4 flights of stairs might not suit guests with mobility difficulties. We're in our 70s and coped ok, although we took things VERY slowly with our suitcases. 2. The apartment is in a pedestrian area, so taxis can't bring you to the door. Our taxi from the airport dropped us at the top of the street and we had a very easy 2 minute walk downhill.
