• Masato (1/5): くそ！ - 駅に近いだけ テレビリモコンの電池が消耗していて 自腹で電池を買う羽目になった アンテナが無いのか地上波、BS放送は見られない コップ、部屋着がない 口コミにエアコンは埃だらけとあったので、確認したらそのとおりだった、エアコンは使わず 洗面所の配水が悪い 口コミによると、シャワーの排水が流れないとのことなので、気持ち悪くて使わず 連絡先に電話してもつながらなかった
• IHSUAN (1/5): - 飯店離京城上野很近出站對面就到，但房間實在太差了，知道日本房間小，但12平方公尺也太小了，實際房間與訂單上的房間，反應給客服得到的答案是與訂單相同不給換，明明就差很多不實廣告，床是卡到牆裡面的，房間裡也沒冰箱，住的很不舒服，浴室門離牆很近怎麼關，不關水會灑到外面地毯，設計很差，住一天就改訂APA，台幣1500/晚，有附水、冰箱、茶包、咖啡、洗漱用品、拖鞋...，這間什麼都沒有，價格也不便宜快3仟/晚，我寧願多花錢住舒服點。

• shona (5/5): For one night the price was okay and location worked for us on our last night in Tokyo. - I liked how close the hotel was from the train station. I also liked that the check in was easy and as we were there a bit early we could leave our bags in the room. For a quick one night stay before heading to the airport it was okay. We didn't see any staff so the staff review above is more for 'not applicable'. I didn't like that the shower and bathroom were pretty much one space so that once you had a shower the whole floor was wet and we had to take off our socks and dry our feet each time. There was a kettle but no coffee or cups. It would be better to have supplies on hand or none at all. The room was quite tiny, but as we were only there one night it was okay.

• Niki (7/5): - 京成上野站出來不到一分鐘馬上到達，旁邊是上野公園，過個馬路就是阿美橫丁。不用透過飯店人員就可以入住(入住方式跟密碼當天會透過訊息告知)，床非常好睡每天秒躺入睡。 (1)浴室設計有問題洗個澡會積水到馬桶這裡來，換個方向洗澡，水還是會漏出來(2)房間清潔很隨便，進去就一股霉味，浴室還有個酸酸不好聞的味道(3)樓下無人管理，電動門不用鑰匙什麼人都可以進來，出門看到不是住客還跑進來裡面坐(4)6樓洗衣機超噁心，裡面還一攤水無法使用，感覺平時也沒在維修(5)浴室備品只有洗髮精潤髮乳沐浴乳，還有一塊肥皂，房間沒有拖鞋。

Rundum alles perfekt 😄 Für mehr als 2 Personen plus noch ganze Gepäck wirds bisschen eng. Könnte morgens etwas laut sein durch die Umgebung draußen. Es wird sehr schnell hell im Zimmer morgens was störend sein kann.

Klimaanlage ist in einer Nacht ausgefallen, auf meine Nachfrage hat sich direkt jemand gemeldet. Am nächsten Tag war das Problem behoben. ありがとうございます Geruch in der Etage durch einen Abfluss. Hat man aber im Zimmer nichts von gemerkt.

• Rivera (7/5): Creo que su valor es por la cercanía a la estación - La estación del skyliner esta cruzando la calle, a unos cuantos metros tienes 7 eleven, farmacia, estación de metro/tren, a 2 calles esta ameyoko y el parque de ueno. Muy cerca de Buenos lugares para pasear, comer y divertirse No hay amenidades es muy pequeña la habitación, en la regadera si hay shampoo, acondicionado y gel de ducha, hay que esperar que salga agua caliente No hay nadie en recepción, si necesitas algo mandas mensaje por la aplicación y después te atienden. Hay una tetera y mini refri.

• Elisabeth (8/5): - Das Zimmer ist klein bietet aber grundsätzlich alles nötige. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Lage direkt neben dem Park und einer Metro Station ist perfekt. Ich hatte keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Personal, kann dazu also keine Angaben machen. Das Fenster des Zimmers schaute in einen schmalen Hinterhof in den vermutlich auch die Abluft eines Restaurants geleitet wird. Man kann also nicht worklich frische Luft durch das Fenster reinlassen.
• travler6296 (5/5): Lokacija hotela jedina prednost - Lokacija je odlična, različite metro stanice, resortani, dućani i Ueno park na nekoliko minuta hodanja Jednostavna prijava i odjavam Wifi i televizija su dobri. Higijena soba je loša, osobito kupaonice, tuš kabini potrebno je dobro čišćenje - svakako ponesite gumene papuče za tuširanje. Soba je mala te joj nedostaju police za odlaganje stvari, kofer se ne može staviti ispod kreveta, a nema ni previše prostora gdje bi držali stvari pa svaki put treba sklanjati kofer kako biste se mogli kretati po sobi. Iako je na našem katu bila perilica nismo je uspjeli koristiti jer ima ograničeni vremenski period kada se može koristiti što nam zbog puno vremena van hotela nikako nije odgovaralo, a nije bilo ni deterdženta za pranje odjeće.

• Cristina (3/5): Buena ubicación, pésima estancia - La ubicación La habitación es muy pequeña, si llevas varias maletas es muy incómodo de gestionar. Nosotros estuvimos en la planta 4, teníamos un olor bastante desagradable en el pasillo y habitaciones. Tuvimos que comprar un ambientador. Por otro lado, cuando te duchas se llena todo el suelo del wc de agua. No puedes ventilar porque si abres la “ventana” te entra todo el olor de los bares de abajo. Para pasar 1-2 días es pasable pero si pasas más tiempo es una estancia incómoda. No te cambian las sábanas.

• Geoff (7/5): Modern Wonder of the World - While standing jaw dropped and overwhelmed in my dungarees amidst a crowd of relentless pedestrians clammering in myriad directions, my eyes landed upon the logo of Hotel InnInn Ueno and suddenly my heart lifted. A wry grin swam over my face. I had found my refuge, my oasis, my solace, my salvation.
• Sander (5/5): Great location and affordable, but relatively noisy room + cleanliness needs to improve - Location next to Ueno park is amazing. Room is well designed considering the limited space, but... ...the shower is dirty, needs a proper deep cleaning. Room is relatively noisy -- much of the street level sounds are audible (and in weekend there are a lot in Ueno! E.g., street cars!), but also sometimes the bed vibrates if a neighbour is inattentive. Did not get clean sheets / towels / toilet paper even after a 9 day stay... I am confident I would have if asking for it, but some more service could be expected from a Hotel.

• Hong Chul (6/5): 입지최고, 열쇠로 문여는거는 별로. 무인호텔임 - 위치는 정말 최고임. 스카이라이너하고 몇 미터 거리인지 나리타 공항갈때 정말 최고의 입지임. 방도 좁지 않고 저가 호텔이기에 가격대비 괜찮음 열쇠키를 들고 다녀야 한다는게 겁났음. 무인 숙박시설에 외국인 투숙객이 열쇠를 방에 두고 문을 잠그면 답 없음. 방 키에 번호키 기능이 있어야 안심하고 술도 먹고 할 듯

• VIVIEN (6/5): Very good location near Ueno station park and shopping precinct. But very cramped space. - Location was good, glad of an elevator. Absolutely minimal size, even for a Japanese accommodation. A jug but no cups. Wash basin isn’t in bathroom. Very limited area to store luggage.

Water disruption during our stay meant no running water at all for toilet or shower use. We had to pay for a shower at s as mother hotel and use toilet in the park.

• 建勛 (5/5): 房間偏小，兩個大行李箱全開的話大概就沒有什麼通道可以走路了，房間內一直有一股臭味，每次回來後都會覺得房間臭臭的 - 交通位置真的非常方便，去哪裡都很剛好，附近也很熱鬧 有一天晚上到隔天中午完全沒有水可用，雖然飯店方隔天有進行維修，但我們額外到外面大眾澡堂洗澡沒有任何補償措施

• Len Len (7/5): Our stay was ok overall. Location is very good. Ameneties are ok. Communication means can be improved. - It's location is very well situated. If you are coming to/from Narita International Airport, the Keisei Skyliner is just next to it. Also very near Ueno Park and train station. Has a lot of food and shopping options nearby. They didn't have room cleaning and staff is only able to be contacted via message to the booking app. What also added to the not so good experience was the water interruption that happened on the last day of our stay.
