Property will be available to assist up to 22.00 hrs, and after that ,only in case of emergency. No prepayment is requested on arrival, given the fact that on the online check-in form, details of Credit/Debit Card will be asked to be provided. A preauthorisation for the 100 EUR for the Damage deposit will be required. Guests are kindly invited not to leave bags of rubish behind, out or inside the premises as collection of rubish is being done only during mornings in Venice, with the exception of Sundays. Guests are also reminded to not leave windows open, for security reasons, Lights on, not to take away towels and to report any eventual damages. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Sue (9/5): Great location, clean and spacious apartment, great for 2 couples. - Location was great, the apartment was neat and was well kitted out. The process for removing the trash was awkward. One of the bedrooms had no mirrors.

ELIANE (9/5): Veneza é magnífica e nossas acomodações ajudaram-nos a aproveitar melhor seus encantos. - Tudo muito limpo e agradável. A localização era bem próxima dos pontos, facilitando bastante o acesso. A única questão são as escadas, mas não é culpa do anfitrião. Uma sugestão seria indicar aos próximos hóspedes para descer na estação Rialto. Teríamos chegado com muito mais facilidade se soubéssemos disso.

Michael (8/5): Ruhiges, gut gelegenes, sauberes Apartment in vorzüglicher Lage. - Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist auch gut auf dem Wasserweg -auch vom Flughafen aus - erreichbar. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Das Apartment ist groß und auch für vier Personen geeignet. Es sind zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und die Erklärungen zur Wohnung gut. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Rialtobrücke und der Markt liegen um die Ecke, dennoch war unser Aufenthalt ruhig. Für unsere Zwecke war das Apartment einfach sehr gut.
