• Diana Esperanza (7/5): Bien - La ubicación está muy bien, el poco personal amable, la cocina compartida no la utilice pero se veía todo muy organizado y limpio utensilios se encuentra todo lo necesario en cuanto a la habitación y la cocina la habitación tiene ventana y se puede ventilar bien. Con el verano fatal, tenía un ventilador pero el calor es insoportable y no sirve de nada, la cama regular se podría mejorar, si se siente todo pero afortunadamente la gente que estuvo hospedada allí esas noches respetuosas.

It was unhygienic, with visible dirt, damaged walls, and even a blocked drain covered with paper, which clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance. This was not just a minor issue or a difference from the photos — the property was not suitable to stay in and raised serious concerns. The listing does not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. I only stayed one night because it was too late to find alternative accommodation, but I would not recommend this place.

• Jayshree (1/5): It was awful, never stay here again and would never recommend to anyone - Unfortunately, the apartment was in a very poor condition, did not match the listing photographs, and was unfit for purpose. The issues we encountered included: The apartment looked nothing like the photos advertised. Dust on lamps, skirting boards, and cobwebs with spiders throughout. Ceiling plaster coming away, with a brown water leak stain visible. Bathroom in extremely poor condition: sink coming away from the wall, water leaking from the waste pipe, extractor fan making an excessively loud noise, and visible mould and brown staining. We were unable to use the shower due to hygiene concerns. There wasn’t even one mirror in the apartment for us to use to get ready. Sofa ripped and you completely sink in when sat on. Strong damp smell in the property and corridors, masked with air fresheners. This triggered my asthma and the dust triggered my daughter’s dust allergy, which required us to use medication. The property photos did not reflect the state of the property

I came in to the window opened with curtains closed and a useless fan plugged in blowing around the hot air yet showing internal temperatures or 35 degrees!!!! On closer inspection, the wall radiator was BOILING HOT, could not turn off as already on 0. Completely unsafe in the current boiling hot climate in London. Contacted WhatsApp numbers who said he will try get engineer and can not move me rooms. The property would have known about this fault beforehand as the fan was plugged in yet did not inform me. I chased up two hours on and he said engineer not available until following morning, no apologies and no solutions given. Had to leave the room as HOTTER THAN A SAUNA. In addition, the walls are all unclean and grotty, the bed has unclean sheets and stains on pillowcases with the most thinnest mattress ever. Awaiting full refund and the host is being ignorant via WhatsApp pretending they have told booking.com that I need a refund when no contact has been made. Eerie place.

• Sophie (3/5): Survived the night, would not return - The location to Tottenham Hotspur’s Ground (where we were going to an event) was great. The host (Jimmy) was attentive and responsive. Lots of facilities I.e., kettle, microwave etc. the fridge was clean. There were fans, irons and ironing boards in both rooms and the iron was good. There were ants in the kitchen and the entire flat was mouldy with a number of air fresheners to try mask this. The overall flat was poorly kept with lots of damaged items i.e, kitchen floor and tears on the sofa and chips on the table. The bathroom is in the kitchen with only one door between the kitchen and bathroom. There were crumbs on the floor and fruit flies probably because the bin didn’t have a lid. Due to the lack of cleanliness we didn’t feel comfortable using the facilities which were available in the kitchen. The bathroom had mould all over the ceiling and was dirty. There were cracks in the tiles likely causing the mould and the sink was hanging off the wall. There wasn’t a single mirror throughout the flat. We didn’t have a key to the fire door so couldn’t secure this or get out via there if there was a fire. The first bedroom had an internal window which had Christmas paper covering it. There were two small external windows throughout the entire flat so it was dark and felt like we were underground. We tried to find an alternative property to stay in because it was so bad but were unable to do so. The photos do not reflect the property.

The kitchen was very convenient and easily accessible, and overall the space made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The only issue I experienced was during check-in. The amount of information provided felt more than necessary and could have been shorter, clearer, and more precise. Once that was past, everything else during the stay was excellent. Shop lady helped me beside narrow door of this property. I came with my sick son and as I entered the room found bed was broken .. we had to sleep on the floor for 3 days and then owner sent someone to fix it. There is no WiFi internet… everyone needs to buy their own data plan if want to stay there. TV too no signal was coming as it works on internet network. So overall very bad experience! I will suggest not to book this property! Entrance is all broken and staircase very dirty. Cleaners only come when someone has to check out!

Las paredes con moho grietas y agujeros. Ni un simple o pequeño espejo. La ducha salía más agua por la manguera que por la alcachofa, el forro de la pared del baño crujido y piezas por el suelo. Menos mal que no tuvimos que ir mucho al baño porque solo había 2 rollos y uno ya a la mitad de papel higienico

Despite being by a busy road we couldn’t almost ear a thing. Bedroom had heating, kettle, portable radiator, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. The bed was against the wall but could easily be moved so we both could access the bed from the sides, which we done. Socket by the bed Cleanliness could be more up to scratch - cob webs there and there, walls with marks/stains. Some stain in blanket over bed.

• Illian (5/5): Está bien para sólo dormir , no le puedes pedir más . - La buena ubicación , tienes la estación de Seven Sisters que conecta perfectamente con el centro de Londres y las zonas turísticas . La habitación estaba limpia aunque un poco descuidada en algunos detalles , pero pasable . Además nos recibieron con una chocolatina y una botella de agua que es un detalle que se agradece. El ruido de las habitaciones colindantes . Escuchaba cada paso del piso de arriba y el de al lado. Cuando entraban o salían , se escuchaba como si fuese en mi propia habitación . El mal olor del desagüe de la ducha y un charco de agua al lado del fregadero que no se fue en toda la estancia aunque no lo usáramos .

• Neil (1/5): Thought we found a gem with those photos, but were deceived - Good location. Instant communication via watsapp when we were given the wrong code to access our apartment The place looked nothing like the photos. On arrival there were 2 tv's, one hung on the wall and one on the floor, both with smashed screens. It wasnt very clean, there were marks on the bed, used flip flops left on the side, dirty towels, pillows really worn and just generally an awful place. We messaged straight away to say both tvs were smashed and had no reply, although 5 minutes before they replied with a new door code.
