• Ian (1/5): Cleaning was subpar. Blasting religious content on TV at breakfast? Hard NO. - Front desk staff were friendly and efficient Blasting Christian television talk-show propaganda all through the breakfast was inconsiderate and highly inappropriate. I don't want to be pitched on religion first thing in the morning while you have me as a captive audience in your dining room. It was offensive. None of the Jews, Muslims, Catholics, or Atheists in the breakfast room are going to get converted over coffee and scrambled eggs. I cannot state how tasteless and inconsiderate this was. Wrong time. Wrong place. Wrong audience. I will be giving a 1-star Review on Google and avoiding this property in future.

• kim (10/5): Yes l love where we were an yes l will be back again thank you again - Well for me l am in a wheelchair anyes we came early an they gave us our room early an yes the staff were nice to both of us an always ask if we needed anything an got us a taxi because the shuttle didn't have room for a wheelchair so yes they got a taxi an paid it for us. An yes the breakfast was very good an yes lots of people an staff were very nice an made sure we were look after an yes l will come back anytime just to relax the next time l come. Thank you l had a great day an very comfortable room an yes 4th floor you could see everything around so yes l would recommend anyone to stay there. I didn't have any thing to say or even a complaint the staffs an cleaning people were very good an always nice to us.

Das Bett war zu weich, die Tapete blättert schon ab und die Tür hat einen Spalt rund herum, so dass das Licht vom Gang durch scheint. Von den Stimmen vom Gang ganz zu schweigen, für den Preis ist das eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.

• Andrew (5/5): For one night, it was ok. - The hotel was adequate for one night. The front desk staff were friendly and very nice and both check in and out were efficient. For a ground floor room looking directly at Westminster Hwy, we could not hear the road noise at all. The complementary breakfast was very welcomed with a decent variety of items, and was always well stocked (it was busy when we were there). The location was great for us! Short walk from Brighouse sky train station (12 mins) and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from for dinner, all within walking distance! The room could use some updates: the shower/bath wall looked to be coming away from the wall, there was a huge gap under the room door, the pillows were awful and hurt my neck (woke up with a headache), heard lots of noise from inside the hotel (could hear guests walking around in the room above us and guests talking in the hallway as if they were in our room with us).

• Hay (9/5): The hotel solved the predicament that we found ourself in perfectly. Good stay - Just what we wanted after having to exit an Air New Zealand flight from Vancouver to Auckland New Zealand due to engine failure. The Hotel had a shuttle service from airport to hotel and vice versa as well as supplying a very good breakfast. The price was reasonable as well as looking after our bags while we toured Vancouver. All good/
