- William (10/5): - Commercial and residential area nearby, so not many services available late at night. However, the train station is easily accessible and the hotel is very nice for the price.
- Dewayana (10/5): - Everyone is hospitable and amazing! The staff was willing to speak English for me! The room was as great. The hotel is close to the RER C so it was quick to see the Eiffel Tower, Catacombs, Rue Foyatier, and all the restaurants I wanted to try. I will miss the staff!
- FERNANDO (10/5): - Hotel novo na região de Asnieres-sur-seine em Paris, atendido somente pelo RER C (trem metropolitano) que ultimamente está passando por reformas. Estação de trem está há 250 metros do hotel. Quarto muito confortável, muito limpo, com cama e roupa de cama novos. Banheiro com ducha muito boa, secador de cabelos muito bom, enfim, quarto bastante agradável. Staff muito gentil e prestativo, nos ajudaram demais em muitos momentos, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Só fiquem atentos que como norma em Paris, assim que chegarem ao hotel a equipe pedirá a taxa de visitante para ser pago no cheking e também um seguro calção no valor de 200 euros que será devolvido depois da estadia.

- STBMG (4/5): 4 Étoiles filantes - Vendredi a notre arrivée c’est très bien Anissa est très professionnelle. Après pas d’apéritif au bar car il n’y a pas de barman ! Pas de café car il n’y a qu’une personne très occupée l’a accueil. Assez bruyant à l’extérieur avec un festival de coup de Klaxons Chambres trop chauffées sans possible de baisser la température. Le positif c’est le petit déjeuner et les personnes qui le gère. Sacré va et vient de personne du coin, sûrement du à de promo de chambre.

Points forts : - hotel recent - Propre - Petit dej correct - Proche d une station RER - Personnel pro Petit hic : axe d'amélioration La chambre dispose d'une machine Expresso et bouilloire mais pendant mon sejours il n y avait ni dossette ni thé dans la cambre. Malgré ce petit hic, cet hotel est tres bien. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

You will not be disappointed here. Very modern interior (lobby and rooms) as well as very spacious rooms. Much more to say but not a lot of space. As of present it will be my First choice when going to Paris.
- Landis (10/5): - Far enough outside of Paris’ city center to be quiet but not too far away. Seems like the whole neighborhood is going through an update. Our stay was good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure what the policy with the breakfast eggs and yogurt are but once they’re gone, they’re gone. (LOL) Witnessed more than one guest told there were no more eggs or yogurt in the middle of the breakfast service. I guess one should get breakfast early… Nice place. Would stay again.
- David (6/5): Strict minimum, can do better to improve service - On a positive, I can say that the room is big, modern and clean. It was also very calm. Now, in my opinion, a hotel called Kyriad Prestige should be more than that to improve the overall experience. For example, there is no deck in the bedroom to put the luggage, no wardrobe either, just a small place to hang your clothes next to the bed. There is enough place to add those things. I was on 8th floor and the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Not very practical when you need to work. Then the service, very average. At checking I had to ask twice to include breakfast. It wasn't asked proactively. Then although I took care to hang all my towels to save energy, they were however changed everyday. There is coffee capsules and a tea bag in the room, which is nice. I used on day one and, although I stayed 4 nights, it was never recharged. Worse, the cup wasn't even changed and the tea bags I used (ones that I bought were not cleaned). Breakfast was honestly quite poor. No milk neither normal nor vegetal. In the end, although my stay was not horrible, it's a very average hotel.
