• Lisa (10/5): - La studio était conforme à nos attentes et le lit très confortable. Après plus de deux semaines de voyage en sac à dos nous étions contents de notre logement. Le gérant est très gentil car nous nous sommes trompés d'un jour dans notre réservation et il nous a trouvé très rapidement une solution.
• Gabriel (7/5): - Sitio correcto, habitación no muy pequeña con un sillón donde abrir 2 maletas, sin armarios ni estantes para guardar nada. Pequeña cocina y lavadora (te dejan detergente allí) y balcón para tender. La ubicación es tranquila, cerca de Shinjuku y con un párking de bicis y patinetes públicos justo debajo. Con estaciones de metro a 10 y 15 min caminando. No hay ascensor, escaleras empinadas y estrechas para subir con maletas grandes.

El alojamiento es tranquilo e ideal para descansar, camas cómodas y totalmente equipado. Plus: Hay una oficina de Takkyubin a 2min andando y está rodeado de konbinis. Considero que no es un alojamiento para más de 2 personas. Echaba de menos un enchufe en el baño para poder secarse el pelo y no tener que hacerlo en el salón, igualmente no es nada crítico.

• Gürhan (8/5): Tolle Lage aber die Unterkunft hatte einige Mängel - Es war sehr Nahe an der Station und einfach zu erreichen. Die Shinjuku Station war super zu erreichen innert 10min. Einige Stellen im Zimmer waren nicht sauber oder nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand.

We loved the location and the fact that it was a studio apartment. The washer was much appreciated. This place is just not presentable. It's run down and uncomfortably small. We wouldn't stay here again due to lack of cleanliness and comfort. I'm still glad we got to experience this type of living while abroad.

• India (8/5): Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone. Check in was easy after we found the building! It was affordable and ever - I liked that we had access to a whole kitchen if we needed and had streaming services on the tv. The location was quiet and close to everything - okubo station is very close! I thought we had booked the room with the traditional Japanese doors but apparently hadn’t? But that’s only a minor detail. The address lead us to a place on a street corner but it was actually on a side street maybe 30 m away.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are perfect for a solo traveller or a couple needing a nice place to stay for their travels in Tokyo!

• Beatriz (8/5): - The location is excellent. Several major train and metro stations are within a short walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the city. The room size was reasonable. Although it is listed as a quadruple room, it felt more like a regular-sized room suitable for two people. It was not particularly small, but also not very spacious. The hosts were kind and helpful. When we had trouble using the AC and felt cold, they kindly provided us with a heater. They also offered us an extra towel change as a courtesy. The accommodation has the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is quite difficult to find. We arrived at night and the location shown on Google Maps did not correspond exactly to the building. We eventually found it by walking around the nearby streets. The stairs can be challenging, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage like we were. It is manageable, but definitely not easy. Towel changes require an additional payment, and the towels did not dry easily in the room. The photos online make the accommodation look slightly nicer than it is in reality.

Quiet yet still accessible to nearby convenience shops. Very conveniently location to the train station which is only a stop away from Shinjuku. It is also about 10 to 15 mins walk to the Korean town which has a lot of food options. The place is a little old but still maintain really well. The narrow staircase is a challenge as we have quite a big luggage.

• goni (9/5): - המיקום היה מצויין, שכונה שקטנה אך במרחק 3 דקות הליכה מתחנת מטרו שמגיעה לכל מקום בעיר, כ12 דקות הליכה למרכז שינג׳וקו. תהליך הצ׳ק אין היה מהיר וקל והחדש היה נקי ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. הייתה מנורה אחת בחדר שעבדה על חיישן תנועה, זה היה מעצבן שבמהלך הלילה אם מישהו קם לשירותים האור נדלק. בנוסף הספה הנפתחת לא הייתה נוחה כל כך, יש קרש עץ באמצע וזה היה לא נעים לישון ככה. בעייני יהיה מתאים באופן מושלם לזוג.

La cama matrimonial no era de gran dimensión. El pasillo que está entre el baño y la cocina es estrecho. Dándole click en "como llegar" en booking no pude encontrar inmediatamente el lugar me tocó preguntar a un pasante.
• Aaliyah (5/5): Decent but wouldn’t return unless for the superior room - We liked the location. Very residential, we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. We were given a different room than we booked. I upgraded the room months beforehand to a superior room and we were given a standard room. The superior room was also Japanese style so we were really looking forward to that and were very disappointed. I called them as soon as we got there and the room that we were supposed to have was literally right in front of the room we got but everything was booked up so we had to stay in the standard room. The worker Johnny was very helpful and refunded us some of the money but I would have preferred the room I booked as I spent months and months planning this trip and looking for the perfect accommodation. The superior room is also bigger than the standard which is why we chose it as I knew the rooms in Japan were going to be small so it was extremely frustrating to have to work with a basic room and less space. Bathroom can also be very slippery. Balcony is very small and half of it is taken up by some large box. I would not stay in the standard room again.

• Mike (10/5): Clean, spacious, great location - - not far from main roads, yet very very quiet. - more spacious than I imagined - immaculately clean - looks new and fresh - help staff (I forgot my charger and they promptly let me know) - allowed me to extend check out (with an additional fee) - I had trouble with the combination lock, however I was quite drunk from a night out with friends. Unfortunately I had to message and disturb the owner (?) at about 4am…. He arrived in 10 minutes to help me.

There was a bit of a weird smell, it wasn’t very clean (the sink area had some mould), and there was no indication that there were no elevators — it was very difficult with our heavy luggage to get to and from the property. Definitely not a large suitcase friendly flat.

El baño está separado del inodoro, y tiene lavadora y terraza. La cama adicional para la tercera persona es un "sofá-cama" muy pequeño, al abrirlo la habitación queda demasiado pequeña para tres personas. A la "habitación" principal le falta al menos una puerta corredera, con lo cual no se puede cerrar del todo, siempre queda un hueco de una puerta. No recomendado para 3 personas, máximo 2.

• Luca Francesco (9/5): Ottima sistemazione a Kita Shinjuku - Per gli standard giapponesi, stanza capiente con possibilità anche di cucinare qualcosina. Tutti gli utensili gia presenti in loco. Molto pulito e abbastanza spazio per valigie. Trovandosi a Kita Shinjuku, quasi ogni volta, per gli spostamenti, bisognava passare dalla stazione locale per arrivare a Shinjuku(letteralmente una sola fermata, niente di problematico) e poi da lì iniziare gli spostamenti. Si potrebbe anche andare a piedi alla stazione di Shinjuku ma richiede circa 20 minuti, quindi da tenere in considerazione. Inoltre avrei preferito che fosse offerta la possibilità di cambiare gli asciugamani dato che sono rimasto 5 notti, ma anche qui, nulla di grave, giusto piccoli accorgimenti.
• Marine (8/5): Appartement très bien situé - Appartement très bien situé, proche de Shinjuku mais dans une rue tranquille. La literie est très bien, et il y a le minimum pour passer quelques jours sur Tokyo. Deux stations JR sont à moins de 10 min à pied. L'accueil a été rapide et suffisant. Comme tous les appartement japonais, l'isolation est un peu légère. J'ai eu la chambre pour 3 personnes alors qu'on était que 2, et c'était bien. Par contre, trop petit pour 3 je pense.

Close to a train station so it's convenient, but it's a quiet area. The room is small, it was not so easy to find the entrance. The taxi driver dropped us off on the street and it is such a side alley.
• Ka Fai (10/5): Cozy Japanese style bed, helpful staff - nice room, very cozy, can adjust light, have a balcony, very clean. I really like the Japanese style bed - but it's also not exactly on the floor and has a little height, just like regular bed, which I'm used to. Location is convenient, close to convenient stores and stations. Staff is really nice and they helped me to issue per-night receipts (for my own reimbursement).

It had all our requirements and was well maintained. It was very clean and comfortable usage of the space.

• Pablo (9/5): Great location and good for tourist - It was perfectly located and besides the fact that I am a big guy and I looked like a giant in the apt, everything was good. Quiet area. So close to major train stations There was nothing that I really didn’t like. Just be careful with the stairs. They are narrow.

• Michael (10/5): Clean. Value for money. Conveniently located. - Convenient location, close to train station Clean and had all the necessities Stairs were narrow getting to the room but not that big of a deal
• Dalila (9/5): Really nice stay in a quite area and very close to public transport and many delicious food spots - Really quiet location in a residential area really close to public transport and a lot of good food in Shinjuku (safe area as well). Everything we needed was within a 10-15 min walk or less and the room comes with a fridge, stove, utensils, etc. It was small but cute and comfortable and most importantly clean. The staff were also super helpful when we lost wifi in our room (i had accidentally unplugged the router). I wish the sofe bed was a tad more comfortable and that a few more pillows and comforters were available.
• Martin (9/5): Comfy place, nice location. - The location is nice and calm. Not hard to find. It included the needed to have a comfortable vacation. Even to wash clothes! I saw a small cockroach, but it was only once. Probably came from the open window.
• Tania (7/5): Good location, small for 3 people - Excellent location, close to several train stations and handy to Shinjuku area. Great for sightseeing on this side of Tokyo. A lot of food options are also close by. Room was small for 3 people for 4 nights. I would recommend this for 2 people rather than 3.

• Pablo (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de Shinjuku, lo que resulta muy conveniente para moverse por esa parte de Tokio. El personal fue muy amable y, como llegamos después de un viaje muy largo, nos permitió entrar antes de la hora para dejar las maletas y ducharnos. El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo, perfecto para lo que necesitábamos, y la cama era muy, muy cómoda, algo que se agradece muchísimo después de un día de turismo.

• Kay Lee Sye (10/5): Perfect! - Lovely room with all the facilities to make it comfortable. Washing line outside of window above couch was perfect too. Just wish we had found it sooner. Only 15 mins walk from Shinjuku station and the shopping district. Loads of konbinis and places to eat close by. Can't fault this accommodation at all. Perfect for our 3 days in Tokyo as first timers.
• Aleshia (10/5): Super accessible and great to start your trip! - Genuinely a nice place, super close to shin-ōkubo station, which can link up to anywhere. LOADS of delicious dining options around, the bed is comfy, shower is spacious, the washing machine is a treat, honestly bang for your buck. The ONLY thing, which is suuuuppper minor, is that there is no elevator. But that’s pretty much it!

• Michela (10/5): - Struttura piacevole, in mezzo a tante piccole casette locali. Zona silenziosa. Il proprietario ci è venuto molto incontro permettendoci di lasciare le valige nell’appartamento molto prima del checkIn nonostante l’errore fosse stato nostro. La lavatrice nell’appartamento ci ha salvato in un inizio settembre molto, molto caldo. La possibilità di stendere i panni sul balcone era ottimale. Consiglierei di prenotare qui, ma attenzione alle valige! Le scale sono molto strette e ripide. Se come noi siete al secondo piano, non è da sottovalutare 😉

• Francisca (8/5): Muy buen lugar para estancias largas - Cerca de metros. Buen espacio. Estaba limpio. Faltaba un poco de menaje: no había cuchillos ni cucharas ni tijeras que tanta falta hacen.
• Giacomo (9/5): Bel soggiorno in appartamento in zona residenziale - Appartamento confortevole e ordinato. Adatto per due persone. La struttura non ha l’ascensore, infatti è stato un po’ scomodo salire con le valigie (il nostro appartamento era al 2º piano). L’appartamento offre i principali confort per soggiornare senza pensieri (lavatrice, angolo cottura, frigo) che rende il soggiorno a Tokyo più indipendente. La posizione della struttura è a nord Shinjuku comoda a diverse fermate della JR Line e metro. La zona è molto silenziosa, residenziale e vi sono diversi conbini nelle vicinanze.
• Luca (10/5): Tolles kleines Apartment mit allem was man Brauch, perfekte Lage, ruhig und sauber - Bequemes Bett, Ausstattung super, alles da gewesen. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Zur Ökobu Station 5 min, zur Shin-Ökobu Station 10 min. der Gastgeber hat sofort geantwortet und unkompliziertes Check in und Check out. Nichts
