• Boris (8/5): Nice but far - Very nice room and facilities of the place It was far from the center of Rome /Termini and travel was quite complicated because of the strike

• Ahmed (10/5): - The room was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s close to the tram station that connects directly to Roma Termini. The host was extremely kind and helpful, offering assistance on multiple occasions. She let me check in early when I arrived in Rome and also offered to keep my luggage safe as I had a late flight. There is a shared kitchen available if you’d like to store something in the fridge, cook, or eat. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Overall, it’s definitely great value for money, nothing beats it at this price!

• Maisaa (5/5): - Esperienza pessima Siamo arrivati non c'è nessuno che ci ha accolto. Era di sera e volevamo fare una doccia e scendere a mangiare ma non avevamo trovato gli asciugamani abbiamo dovuto chiamare per portarli . Nel bagno abbiamo trovato solo una bustina piccola di sapone unica x tutto. È vera che non era prevista la colazione ma visto che in cucina c'è la macchinetta per il caffè non costa nulla mettere una cialda di caffè visto che abbiamo pagato quasi 100 euro x avere un letto x una notte. Essere cosi tirate in tutto veramente non fate una bella figura. Di sicuro non lo consigliamo per nulla . Meglio a questo punto andare un un ostello .
• Nunziamaria (3/5): Deludente… - Non hanno messo asciugami nella stanza e quando abbiamo fatto notare con messaggi ci hanno solo detto che è stato un disguido ma non hanno rimediato. Siamo stati a soggiornare senza asciugamani e senza che l’host abbia più risposto ai nostri messaggi.La professionalità si vede nei momenti di criticità, ci può stare errore di dimenticanza ma non risolvere in alcun modo non è corretto.

• George Viorel (10/5): De revenit! - Apartamentul este excepțional, atat de curat si foarte bine compartimentat. Calitatea pernelor m-a impresionat, dupa o zi de activități, ne-am odihnit perfect Tramvai aproape, baruri. Recomand schimbarea prosoapelor zilnic sau suplimentarea acestora.

• Yana (10/5): - Всё понравилось. Не далеко от остановки автобуса и трамвая. Район тихий, спокойный. В номере есть всё, что заявлено. Вода была постоянно, напор отличный, хорошо регулируется. Был сломан фен, но я написала и его тут же заменили. В день отъезда разрешили выселиться в 10:00, рано не выгоняли)) Были проблемы с оплатой сказали , что не могут списать средства с карты, пришлось заплатить наличными. Всё таки далековато от центра, но автобусы и трамваи ездят хорошо без задержек. Не хватало микроволновки, есть плита но нет ни сковороды ни кастрюли. Есть кофе машина, только нужно купить капсулы с кофе к ней. Апартаменты находятся в жилом доме и утром рано очень слышно соседей сверху, всё о чем они разговаривают, а так же шум с улицы. Рядом нет нормальных заведений, чтобы покушать. Нужно ехать пару остановок, тоже самое и с магазинами. На двоих на всё время пребывания дали 2 маленьких кусочка мыла и 2 пакетика шампуня он же гель для душа))

• Martina (6/5): Mi dispiace ma non tornerò in questa struttura - Stanza funzionale. Aria condizionata funzionante e letto comodo. Quando siamo arrivati la stanza non era stata pulita (abbiamo trovato la stanza come in foto). Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di un’ora e mezza affinché la stanza fosse pulita e ci venissero dati gli asciugamani. Abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica perché in stanza c’era solo un rotolo e non c’era nessuno dello staff presente per chiederne altra. Inoltre anche se la fermata del tram è vicina, per arrivare in centro ci vogliono almeno 40 minuti.

• Felipe (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice stay, actually. I was alone, so I booked a small room, but super super clean. When you reach the apartment, you ring the door bell and go up. The area is very quiet, residencial, but has lots of business around, in case you need anything. Super safe. It is easy to access by subway or tram. Right next to it, you have a tram stop that takes you to Termini station, and from there you have easy access to everywhere. For Rome, it was a very good cost benefit, considering you spend your entire time outside, and come home to sleep only.

It went off pretty early in the evening and I was cold during the night and early in the morning when I left

• Omar (6/5): Pleasant - the room was clean, it was like an apartmamet converted mini hotel. there was alsi little kitchen and common fridge in kitchen wifi does not work, in apartment, staf was not there, at sepcific times they came. location is so far away from city center.

• Mathew (6/5): Although the staff over phone was friendly couldn’t tolerate with the owners/management’s attitude towards making mo - Best part was a staff who was available to sort out any issues. Thanks to the girl over phone. When I asked about working at the property after checkout for 3 hours they asked for 30€. Come on guys that’s just unprofessional. I could have a proper meal and work at any restaurant nearby with that money. Just unprofessional and money minded. Someone locked the door from inside and we weren’t able to get in at 2 am. Why don’t u guys just remove that feature in the door. The room also smells of some chemical air freshener they used.
• Filip (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable room. Quite good connection to the city center by tram. The neighborhood is not very attractive however, safe enough I believe. Quite far from the center and not on metro but tram does the job.

• Hany (9/5): Superb - The owner is very friendy, we supposed to arrive in the morning but we arrived late, and the owner give us a call to ensure that we will be able to arrive in Flat location. The owner know Arabic, and English language very well and this support the self-checkin Also the owner has ensured that door is open and key was available, we did not go through password and key locks which it seems that this is a practise in Italy Everything in the room was new and clean in the room - the shower and bathroom is very clean.and new Shared kitchen is very clean and organized - everything was new Very very close to Tram - just 2 minutes walk Small grocery was available in front of the building, which is very helpful in Italy, as all shops and everthing are closed afer 10 PM, except Small Groceries - so when you arrive home late - you will find something to eat in dinner If you did not have the experience of shared homes, may be will be not comfortable in the start but after setting , you will get comfortable and accept the idea of shared kitchen For me - the most important thing that everthing was new and clean even the shared Kitchen

• Krystian (8/5): Good facilities, okay location - The facilities were pretty alright, room was clean and bed was nice. Rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and a smart TV with internet connection. Not sure if the AC is working since i had no remote for it, but assuming it doesn't i still had no problems in the heatwave since the room was pretty cool and in the shade. A bit of a walk to the metro, but there is a main road with a tram and bus one block away, area looks a bit dodgy if you're not used to the outskirts of Rome, but it all went fine :)

• Abbey (10/5): Nice guest house for a short stay - Nice, clean room with lovely (small) ensuite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in at 20:30. Great location for us near Tiburtina bus station. Coffee available in kitchen. Two single mattresses pushed together. Shower leaked water on bathroom floor.

The lady who greeted us and checked us in so so polite friendly and smiley and we felt very welcomed here! We would defo stay here again if we come back in the future. Public transport is also easy in the area. The lovely lady even gave us a bottle of wine! Nothing! Everything was lovely
• Jennifer (7/5): Okay if you plan to spend very little time in the room - The owner was extemely responsive. She walked me through checkin. The flat consists of 4 independent rooms with a community kitchen. The kitchen was spotless and so was my room and bathroom. The location is a fair distance from the city center but is close to trams (20-25 minute ride). The neighborhood has bars and a vibrant boulevard will a local non touristy feel one block away. Quiet. Traveling nonstop for the last 3 years I've stayed in a variety of hotels, airbnbs, and guest houses. My room was the second smallest I've stayed in my 3 years. The single bed divided tiny room and one must sit on the bed to get to the other side. The hot water was lukewarm (the host turned it way up upon my request), but it meant I had to wait till evening to shower. I'm 5'9" and 130 lbs and the shower basin was tight. So if you're a large person this room might not work.
