- John (1/5): Very poor communication - I was contacted less than an hour before I was due to check in to inform me that I could no longer stay at the accommodation due to a flood. While exceptional things like this do happen, no attempt was made to offer me alternative accommodation and the apology message did not even seem very sincere or heartfelt. Fortunately, I am an experienced traveller, but if this had happened to someone who had never been to London before or was not confident in a different city, this could have been even more difficult, having to suddenly find somewhere else to stay at the last minute. Looking back at the reviews, it seems like other people have had a similar experiences where the accommodation was cancelled last minute, so I would not recommend that anyone stays here, as a one-off can be forgiven, but not when a similar thing has been experienced by multiple people.

- Dylan (1/5): Property owner didn't even have the key to the property. - Nothing. I got to the hotel and the property owner apologised and said he was out of London and he has the key on him and cannot let me in.
They then recommended a flat ingredient which was basically a room in somebody's house.
It wasn't even appealing.
The only plus side is they came to cancel it and get my refund They didn't make things difficult and agreed to a full refund straight away. I didn't like the fact I turned up at the property and was told the property owner was not there and he had the key on him.
I didn't like I was offered an alternative property which was way below standard.
I also spent about £40 in taxi fare as I had to go to alternative accommodation in a quick time frame.
- Lydia (1/5): Unfortunately had potential but let down by the facilities - The location and the space. The place wasn’t clean, there was no toilet roll or towels. We were stood waiting to be let in for 45 minutes, even though we said we would arrive 2 hours prior to our arrival. The host had to go into the property to ‘check it was ok for us to go in’.
- nichola (6/5): - Bed was comfortable, near station Smell in toilet, couch was not a sofa bed
- Dianne (7/5): Adequate for my purposes for a short-term stay. With just a little effort this place could be really good. No proper kit - Convenient location, close to the station. Very low sofa, no table and chairs.

- Heather (1/5): Terrible - we got a full refund from booking.com but we were still seriously inconvenienced - Sofa bed in description turned out to be an air bed. There was a cigarette packet in the bathroom. We booked and paid for two nights but were told we had to vacate after the first night for an apparent 'emergency' of which there was no sign when we cut short our day's activities and returned to get our stuff.
- Akoto (9/5): - Very nice, quiet and clean Location is bad
- evelyne (4/5): Unable to recommend this as a non-smoker. Would have been acceptable otherwise. - Very functional. Helpful 1 night stay available. Close to station. Overwhelming smell of smoke on opening door of the property which was also present in the flat and all items. Had to open windows wide. Then sound of trains heard. Only one mirror in property. No mattress protection. Ironically brochure said ´no smoking’.

- Wilian Alfredo (10/5): Excelente - Todo súper bien Tal vez que le falta el horno microondas y queda perfecto
- Cofie (3/5): I was not told which room was mine, tried all the doors then found mine, try to charge charge me for -
- anthony (10/5): - The apartment was clean and tidy and the presentation was beautiful Didn't have a microwave, which would have been a good substitute for a cookers. Not big, but would have been nice that's all.
- Crosswell (5/5): It suited me at the time but just too small - The location, and the bed was very comfortable Being a big bloke l struggled with the bathroom it was far too small and very limited space in the kitchen
