- Barbara (3/5): Beautiful ground floor garden flat is dirty and shabby. - This flat is being SERIOUSLY mis-sold. "Beautiful ground floor garden flat with 2 beds (one a sofa bed)" would be more accurately described as "Utilitarian ground floor flat with unkempt concrete courtyard, 1 good bed and a less-than-double sized sofa bed". The owner told me months after booking, not long before our stay started "The sofa bed is a small double - are you having 2 adults sleeping on it? No problem but I just wanted to let you know". Duh - the booking was FOR 4 adults? At least this alerted me to take a yoga mat on which my husband slept uncomfortably for the 4 nights of our stay. The flat needs a deep clean, and when we arrived the indoor bins had not been emptied and the food waste bin contained furry mould and putrid liquid. Attached is a photo of a paper towel with which I wiped a two-foot stretch of floor along the wall on this step - it has come away filthy. There has obviously been a dark haired dog living here, and a long-haired person. And the ad - "well-designed kitchen" is some units in a room. "Flat screen tv with cable channels" has only cable channels, which we did not expect. And "Guests will have a special experience here as this apartment offers a fireplace". This is a small hearthless mantle-less blocked off fireplace - why even mention it? This accommodation met our basic needs. The shower is good and we cooked in the kitchen and used the washing machine. But once we saw how far from clean it was, and how inadequate the sofa bed, we would not have stayed one night if we'd had other options. All in all, 4 disappointed and occasionally disgusted guests, 2 of whom were first time tourists in London. The ad for this flat is just plain dishonest. "Beautiful ground floor garden flat" is dirty and shabby and does not sleep 4 although booked for 4 adults. Details above in "what did you like" section.
- Ruth (7/5): Perfect for our needs - Perfect location for us - right next to Clapham Common where the London to Brighton bike ride started. Easy street parking. Could hear pretty much everything from the flat above - fortunately it was a family who went to bed early!

- Ben (5/5): Could have stayed in 4 star hotel for less! - Good location Key safe required lying on ground to access as attached to gas pipe on ground! Fortunately it was dry, but difficult for a pensioner! Bed was too soft. No instructions for any appliances or how to operate heating. Wi fi not good enough for streaming and no tv channels so unable to watch any live tv!

However, I would doubt that this is suitabl - The flat is really pretty The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The neighbourhood is nice Ongoing construction work next door. Quite far from the city centre and other significant London attractions. Would probably not fit 4 adults comfortably.
- Annmarie (8/5): Just right for a short stay. Reasonably priced. - Ideal location for us as we were there for moonwalk which started and finished on the Common. Very peaceful Rd. All bedding and towels fresh and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Flat had everything we needed Some instructions on how to operate TV and also recycling instructions we found plenty of recycling bags but only 1 bin so weren’t too sure what to do.
