• Marketa (5/5): I would not come back. - Comfortable and clean bed. English spoken receptionist. Mold in shover ceiling. Furniture not clean. Floor not clean.
• Muzaffar Ahmad (2/5): No services and amenities - Location was ok, staff was ok Well, not worth staying- if you ask anything at reception they have only one word in response “NO” They can’t arrange iron, there is washing machine in the apartment but you won’t get washing material, you will be provided 2 cups and some cutlery but no washing material again, only 1 tissue role in the toilet and no one will bring it up unless you ask reception no matter after 2,3,4 days they will give you one more. Overall services were not good, I would never stay there again.

• Stanimira (7/5): Okay stay - The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it is overall very comfortable. The staff helps out when assistance is required. The sheets and towels are clean. For 7 days, we didn't get our sheets or towels changed or asked if we wanted to have them changed. We had to ask reception for bathroom essentials a couple of items when they'd run out.

• Petya (4/5): Poorly maintained - Good location, private parking It was very poorly maintained — the bathroom had yellow stains, the kitchen shelves were broken, and it was obvious that the place needs renovation. We requested a baby cot, and they provided one, but there was no mattress — they had just stuffed it with blankets, pillows, and towels for our child to lie on. We asked for a mattress, but they didn’t have one. It was neither comfortable nor safe. The kitchen was extremely narrow, and we even had trouble opening the fridge — it could only be opened halfway.

• Pavel (5/5): OK if you just need to stay a day or two for medical reasons. - Top location. Parking on-site. Nice staff. Always available to book even 2-3 days before the stay. OK for a night or two, but I would not recommend for longer stays. They simply have top location, parking, 24h reception, low price and always available when everything else is fully booked. I may not like it a lot , but I may stay again if nothing else is available nearby. Too soft beds. Mosquitos in the apartment. Hard to sleep. The same broken baby bed was setup from my previous longer stay. If the bed was averagely comfortable and there were nets on the windows to stop mosquitos --> the hotel would be 8 or 9. It's hard to give high rating when I have to try to kill mosquitos before sleep and then I can't find a comfortable position due to the softness of the mattress.
• Ивелин (8/5): Good deal for your money. - The young man at the reception was exceptional! Kind, polite, speaks English very well. He complied with all of our requests and made our stay way more comfortable. The place offers very small apartments with bedroom, small kitchen corner and private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The constant traffic and noise from the street makes it impossible to sleep with your windows open. It’s fine when they are closed and we slept with the AC on. There is a valet parking. Overall the place is very suitable for people visiting Fulya and seeking medical assistance from the nearby hospitals.

• Pavel (4/5): OK place if you need hotel close to the hospitals - My score is lower due to the issues with the baby bed and our expectation to use a kitchen. If you do not travel with kids and don't care about the kitchenette , then you will likely have experience rated at about 8. Excellent location near the hospitals and clinics. The hotel is located on flat land unlike nearby hilly streets. The internet was very good and there is 24/7 reception. You can get your room cleaned if you request it at no additional cost. Good value for the price. Istanbul hotels are usually expensive and bad based on my experience so far and compared to hotels in the EU. Here you can be satisfied with what you get at this price level. Paid cheap parking in front of the hotel entrance (250 TL per day) and free underground parking at the nearby Carrefour shop. Genuinely nice staff who try to help although we had communication issues and language barrier. I've had bad experience in the past at other Turkish hotels when staff try creatively to get cash from me for unreasonable things. Fortunately, Best Fulya Suites workers are nice people who try to help their customers and do not try to ask you for money every 2 minutes. I may stay again if no child with me and I don't plan to cook anything. There was no baby bed, stovetop, drying rack and towels for our son at the time of arrival. Stovetop and drying rack were provided quickly. Baby bed was given without the hard bottom. The housekeeping lady put couple of blankets at the bottom which is obviously terrible and the bed was unusable. We got more towels on the next day, but we couldn't find anyone to understand about the missing hard bottom of the baby bed. It took 3 days until a boy from the reception understood after I showed a video. He found the missing part on the same floor where housekeeping hold their stuff. Obviously, housekeeping don't know how a baby bed is used. The same guy from the reception claimed this is the only baby bed they give to customers for past several years. Unfortunately, the hard bottom was half broken, which meant that the baby bed is unusable. Don't book if you are traveling with a baby. Very soft mattress. You sit on it and you drop half a meter. Not easy to find a good position for sleeping. It might be just preference but this was the softest mattress that I have ever tried and I didn't like it. Floor was cleaner than other hotels where we have stayed in the past, but still the level of cleanliness is acceptable for an office where everyone walks with their shoes. Our expectations for hotels are higher. I should be able to walk with white socks without getting black on the feet after 10 steps. It was not good to leave a child to play on a dirty floor. This is not relevant comment if you as a customer always walk with shoes all the time when staying at hotels. Maybe this is what everyone in Turkey does which is a cultural difference to what I am used to. If someone else is cooking in the building - you will smell it strong.

• Krasimir (9/5): Very nice hotel! Great value for the price. - Great location. The stuff is very polite. The kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom are clean. The sheets, towels and pillows also clean. There's a parking in front of the hotel (approximately 5 euro) but also a free parking close to the hotel. Some guests smoke in the reception area and the smoke is absorbed by the air conditioning of the hotel and could be felt in the room.

• Krasimir (9/5): Very nice place to stay for business trips in Beshiktash - The stuff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is great. There's a parking in front of the hotel, which is paid but still very comfortable. The rooms are nice. The air conditioning works. There's an equipped kitchen with a fridge, sink and stove. The walls are a bit thin and sometimes you can hear noises from the neighboring rooms. Sometimes there's a smell from the air condition which comes either from the kitchen or some of the rooms which cook inside.

• Zlatin (9/5): Very nice apartment and friendly staff - The location of the property is just what we needed so I am not going to rate this. Istanbul is a huge city and it really depends on where exactly you need to stay. It is not a busy (for their standards) street. The apartment was really nice with a big living room and a bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do not have a restaurant but you can order a breakfast for 10 EUR which they bring to your room or dinner at reasonable prices. It is convenient. Wi-fi was good although we had troubles with watching Euro 2024 as the website was lagging all the time and they do not have the TV channel which is streaming the tournament. Several things which might be improved although they are not entirely at their hands. - There is a central AC but when you turn it on, it starts smelling of cigarettes as people are smoking at the other rooms - There is not a daily cleaning service but when you ask for it, they do clean the room. It would be great if guests are informed about that in advance. There are kitchen utensils but you have no dish soap or a dish cloth.
