The team accommodated all of our check-in requests, made sure we were comfortable, and were incredibly helpful in orienting us to the city. They were flexible with our check-in needs, checked in on our comfort throughout the stay, and gave us very helpful tips for navigating the city. • Marta (10/5): Best value in Sultanahmet. Highly recommended - This hotel is the best value you can find in Istanbul. The location is perfect, only a few mins away from Sultanahmet square. The breakfast is very good and you have everything you need: 24h front desk, a terrace to see the sunrise, a toilet with a shower and a space to leave your luggage after the check-out. The room is not very big but everything is clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be in the first floor facing the water and with views. They offer tea/coffee and free bottles of water. A very good service and nice staff! We liked it everything. Maybe the breakfast could start a bit earlier. Other than that, everything was perfect

• Dmitry (9/5): Хороший отель, удобное место расположения. Вернусь еще - Хороший отель. Останавливалась моя жена, её отзыв прикрепляю. Очень удобное место расположения: самый центр, но улица тихая, спала с открытым окном, было тихо, даже призыв к молитве не слышно. Еще один плюс - до остановки шаттла Havaist из Нового аэропорта Стамбула пешком 4-5 минут. Радушный персонал, готовый помочь во всём. Хозяин говорит хорошо по-русски, для кого-то это может быть важно. Вечером угостил чаем и мы приятно побеседовали. Удобные кровати! Для меня это важно, т.к. есть проблемы со спиной. Чистый номер, хорошее белье. Полотенца тоже хорошего качества, меняли каждый день. В душе горячая вода практически сразу же, в любое время. Останавливалась на 2 ночи, уборку делали каждый день.В номере есть вода, чай, чайник, холодильник. При выезде предложили еще воду в дорогу. Сам отель удобный: есть лифт и широкая! лестница. Шумоизоляция в целом хорошая, соседей не слышно, если они ведут себя адекватно. Номера очень просторные для исторического центра. Удобные. Есть куда поставить чемоданы. И есть свободное место между кроватью и другой мебелью. Завтрак. Шведский стол. 3-4 вида сыра, 2 вида колбасных изделий, помидоры огурцы, маслины 2 вида, 2-3 вида закусок (мезе), симиты, фрукты! (виноград, мандарины, яблоки), яйца, печенье и кексы к чаю, порционные (в индивидуальных упаковках) варенья, масло, мёд, шоколадная паста. Голодными 100% не останетесь. Было бы здорово, если бы предлагали на завтрак горячую выпечку (бёреки или гёзлеме) или жареные овощи. Тогда завтрак бы был на 10+ К отелю претензий нет. Понравилось всё. Не очень повезло с соседями. Очень-очень громко и долго смеялись (я бы сказала ржали) около 12 ночи. Наверное, читали анекдоты ))) НО это не вина отеля. Шумоизоляция в целом хорошая. Если соседи ведут себя адекватно, то их не слышно: ни разговоров, ни шагов, ни других звуков.

• Alena (10/5): Жемчужина в историческом центре прекрасного города - Мы провели 5 ночей в отеле Саре Palace. Наш отдых, в том числе благодаря правильному выбору отеля, прошел замечательно! Расположение отеля прекрасное, в 3 минутах ходьбы от собора Святой Софии, Голубой мечети и других достопримечательностей Старого города. Остановка трамвая - 4 минуты пешком. Отель находится в тихой части города, было комфортно отдохнуть после долгих прогулок и просыпаться под крики чаек над морем. У нас было забронировано два номера на втором этаже. Они были чистыми и удобными. Каждый день нам приносили бутылочки воды. На завтрак предлагается большой выбор вкусных блюд, чай, кофе и т. д. В отеле есть терраса на крыше с великолепным видом на Босфор. Персонал был очень любезным, отзывчивым, дружелюбным, всегда готовым помочь. Отдельная благодарность Мухаммеду за повышение категории номера! Искренне рекомендуем Cape Palace для остановки в прекрасном городе Стамбул!

• Max (8/5): Zoek je een goed hotel in het midden van het oude Istanbul? - Personeel was super gastvrij, we kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en nieuwe flesjes water. De kamer heeft een mini-koelkast dus dat was best fijn dat we zelf drinken konden kopen en dit hier konden koelen. Wij vonden allebei het matras erg hard. En misschien een meer internationaal ontbijt, het waren vooral kleine hapjes maar wij hadden wel behoefte aan een croissantje of gewoon een stukje brood om te toasten.

• Anna (8/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, pár perc sétára az óváros központjától. A reggeli bőséges, változatos, folyamatosan utántöltötték. Kedvesek voltak a recepción. Az erkélyről tengerre nyíló kilátás nagyon hangulatos. Viszonylag csendes környéken helyezkedik el. Egyik este nem volt meleg víz, nem működik a fürdőben a szellőztető rendszer. Egyes szobák nagyon szűkösek. A wc fedél elhelyezkedésével nem voltunk elégedettek.

The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming — they make you feel at home from the first moment. Everyone is always ready to help with anything you need, and they truly care about their guests. Breakfast was delicious, just like a homemade Turkish meal, fresh and full of flavor. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and local restaurants. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and hospitality. It felt more like visiting family than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
• Theresa (9/5): Ich kann das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. - Das freundliche Personal ist hier deutlich zu erwähnen. Der Roomservice war auch trotz meines günstigen Zimmers hervorragend. Leider wird die Dachterrasse zu stark beworben, dafür was sie ist. Es ist leider nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet sondern eher um schnell ein Kippchen zu rauchen und dann wieder zu gehen.

• Miskic (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Alles war perfekt, das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstückt war sehr gut und es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es war alles frisch. Alles sehr nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sofia, Sultanahmet, Topkapi, etc.) und auch die Straßenbahn war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst hatte eine Dachterasse mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. -

Érkezéskor jeleztem, hogy utolsó reggel korán kijelentkezünk és szeretnénk a kifizetett reggelink helyett egy kis uticsomagot. Amikor távozáskor kerestük sajnos egy olyan éjszakás valaki volt aki nem értett semmilyen más nyelven csak törökül. Csomag nem volt. Utólag kaptam egy mailt miszerint odaadta másnak aki nem is kérte. Kértem kárpótlást, de válaszra sem méltatott a szállás. Nagyon csalódtam ezért!
• Mar (9/5): Ideal si quieres Hotel bien localizado y un buen descanso - Limpieza Atención del personal: en especial Muhammed en recepción y la señora de la limpieza, siempre atenta. Calidad -Precio buena Ubicación El desayuno lo presentan como turco, y eso significa que falta fruta (sólo ponen uvas), y en la comida caliente ponen cosas como patatas fritas o aros de calamar fritos, pensando que eso es normal como desayuno. Pero lo peor sin duda era el café. No era Americano, sino pura agua sin sabor. Yo creo que el personal del hotel no bebe café y no saben cómo se hace o cómo es. Porque sino, no sé entiende. En la habitación sólo había mesilla en un lado, el otro no tenía. Faltan lámparas de mesilla.

Puedes reservar con él sin problema actividades locales o ponerte en contacto con agencias locales también para hacer tours por Turquía. Gracias Muhammed. El desayuno le falta por ejemplo fruta. Sólo ponen uvas. Es un desayuno típico turco.

• Nikolett (10/5): Excellent choice! - We spent 3 nights at Cape Palace Hotel, the location is really good, 3 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia, and Sultanahmet tram station. However it is in a quiet part of the city. Restaurants, shops only a few steps away. We had a room on the ground floor, it was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an AC in the room and also a mini fridge. They cleaned our room, made the bed and changed the towels, and we also got fresh water everyday. The breakfast has a great variety of goods, such as freshly made turkish food, warm dishes, fruits and vegetables, tea, coffee etc. It was really good. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with exceptional view to the Bosphorus. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Once if we're back to Istanbul we would choose Cape Palace again.
• Imre (8/5): - Kiváló helyen van, a Hagia Sophia 5 perc gyalog. A tetőről szép a kilátás a tenger felé. Az alkalmazottak kedvesek, segítőkészek. A képeken nem látszik, milyen kicsit is a szobák. A belső udvar amire a szobánk nézett eléggé rendezetlen.

Мы находились - Уютный номер, в котором поддерживали реальную чистоту все время пребывания и пополняли наличие кофе, питьевой воды и ванных принадлежностей. Шведский стол - завтраки (по домашнему вкусно и сытно). Терраса с красивым видом. Приветливый, отзывчивый и заботливый персонал. Отдельная благодарность владельцу гостиницы: ранний наш отъезд сопроводил лично) Все хорошее быстро заканчивается 🤣
• ANTONIO (8/5): Una buena opción con excelente calidad-precio. - Ubicación excelente, a 5´de Sultanahmed. Está en una calle sin salida, por lo que no hay ruido de coches, ni de restaurantes. En los alrededores muchos sitios para comer (de turistas), pequeñas tiendas de alimentación, incluso un Bazar. Personal muy amable. Desayuno bueno, sin más. 3 platos calientes que cambiaban cada día. El resto muy básico. El café malo. Limpio. Habitación justa si vas a estar poco tiempo en el hotel, porque es algo pequeña. Puedes gestionar con ellos, directamente, a precio cerrado el transfer al aeropuerto y desde el aeropuerto. Muy cómodo. No hay persianas, si te molesta la luz puede ser un inconveniente. Las toallas están ya un poco viejas y secan poco. La terraza, con vistas al Bósforo, no está habilitada para su uso. Es la terraza del hotel pero no es un mirador, ni un sitio agradable. Desayuno bueno, sin más. 3 platos calientes que cambiaban cada día. El resto muy básico. El café malo. Todo esto no empaña que la experiencia haya sido muy buena, sobre todo por la relación calidad-precio. Hay sitios mejores o parecidos, pero mucho más caros. Y lo recomiendo.

• vasileios (10/5): - The location is ideal for a first time visitor in istanbul All the must see spots are at 4 minutes walk and the tram is 5 minutes walk ,the tram is fast and takes you at the port in 5 minutes max.theroom was clean and the people who work there were quiet and discreet.i highly recommend this hotel.

• Bayan (10/5): - Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind modern, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Atmosphäre und das leckere Frühstück. Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter!

• Yuliya (10/5): - Великолепный отель, который сделал наш отдых в Стамбуле идеальным! Однозначно рекомендую его всем. Персонал на ресепшене невероятно отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом или заказать такси. Ощущение, что ты не просто постоялец, а желанный гость. В номере было идеально чисто, и что особенно приятно — уборку проводили каждый день, всегда свежие полотенца и постель. Завтраки просто восхитительные, все свежее и очень вкусное! И конечно, фантастическое расположение! Мы легко пешком добирались до основных достопримечательностей, а также до метро и остановок трамвая. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны и магазины, но при этом ночью было тихо и спокойно. Обязательно остановимся здесь в следующую поездку!

• Andrei (10/5): В целом остались очень довольны размещением! - Очень удобное расположение. От аэропорта едет автобус и остановка в 5 минутах от главных достопримечательностей. Общественный транспорт в любую точку города. При этом отель находиться в тупиковой улице, а значит нет городского шума Несмотря на то что в номере застилали кровать каждый день, были места такие как подоконник, на шкафах где было пыльно.

La signora delle pulizie più che gentile, la colazione con salato e dolce , tutto ok! Il caffè...forse perché noi .. parlo in generale siamo abituati con un caffè diverso più concentrato...sono usanze e le rispettiamo! I ragazzi in reception Halid (Khalid) e Ozan due persone molto professionali, gentilissimi e pronti alle richieste degli ospiti! Ringraziamo entrambi per la disponibilità e gentilezza ! Before we came they contact us via wp just to check on us and they helped us get bosphorus tour. Every information that we needed, they spawned really fast. It was really Sn amazing stay. Hotel is in a nice and not noisy place. Everything was Superb!

Teníamos una habitación con vistas al Bósforo impresionante. las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno. Destacar la atención de Khalid que nos ayudó en todo. Un hotel totalmente recomendable muy bonito y muy limpio. Si volvemos a Estambul no dudaríamos en quedarnos en este hotel muy familiar y acogedor.

Magnifique de nuit Lit confortable. Wifi impeccable. Petit déjeuner peu varié mais une attention particulière pour mon intolérance au gluten! Le MUST : Un personnel au petit soin, pour faire découvrir la ville, se faire livrer à manger. Conseil, écoute le tout dans une grande ville comme ça, se sentir chez soi c’est une perle rare.

• Faraleo (10/5): - Отель очень хороший,чистота везде и всегда,уборка каждый день,белье меняется каждый день,завтраки как в пятизвездочном отеле,вид на море,тишина на улице,персонал клиентоориентирован,всегда в позитивном настрое,менеджер Озан очень душевный и отзывчивый парень,администратор Бахтияр русскоговорящий и ещё знает 5 языков,в дневное время может организовать Вам экскурсии по городу,Хозяин отеля Нико,сам турок,жил в России,свободно разговаривает на русском языке,очень отзывчивый и добродушный, особенно хочется отметить работников кухни за очень вкусные завтраки,за десять дней не было ни одного замечания.

La check-in am găsit lenjeria pătată, praf pe pardoseală. Am plătit sejurul prin Booking și faptul ca am plecat mai devreme din cauza unei probleme de familie, ne-au promis ca vor confirma la Booking și ne vom recupera banii..dar, nu a fost așa..au confirmat întreg sejurul.

Ogni giorno trovavamo due bottigliette di acqua.Per lo standard di Istanbul anche la colazione era buona L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che avevo prenotato quattro camere matrimoniali che avevano tutte lo stesso prezzo. In realtà in alcune camere il letto era alla francese e in una camera era addirittura attaccato al muro
