• Maureen (8/5): Stay was extremely pleasant, had excellent access to food, groceries and so much more. - Location was great for public transport for getting into Melbourne CBD, in the heart of Southbank close to the casino and aquarium. Easy access via tram from Southern Cross station.
• Jake (9/5): Great location, comfortable and clean - great access to shops and restaurants. - Great location, clean, everything worked, smarty presented, comfortable beds - rooms are cozy but it's an apartment so that's what we expected. The only problem that we had was getting the keys which were supposed to be at one local shop but were actually at another - hosts were responsive to calls and sorted quickly. Both shops were 2 or 3 minutes walk so not really a problem - might have been different had it been late.

• Michelle (6/5): Apartment itself was good but the listed things i didn't like just took that better experience away. - The apartment itself was fine and in a good location with transport, pubs and supermarket close by. One of the beds had a faulty mattress and had to sleep on one side as I nearly slipped off the side. Cant believe we ONLY get 1 SMALL bath towel each which wasn't big enough and ONLY 1 small hand towel for the entire 4 days. Only 2 bowls and all cutlery so BLUNT it wasn't worth having in drawers. TV was small , it wasn't suited to a lounge room. When we departed room could not lock externally without key.

Only 1 elevator Poor towels- not enough towels left for people staying Poor bedding- beds uncomfortable and second bedroom not made up at all! Cleaning was average Previous guest left rubbish in bin and housekeeping failed to remove before our arrival

• Rhonda (8/5): We loved the position of the apartment and would stay again - Position close to trams and walking distance to casino and bars and restaurants and city circle trams On arrival Disappointed there was no milk in fridge as we had flown in and were looking forward to a hot cup of coffee There were only 2 towels and one small hand towel for showering which made it difficult when wanting to dry hair
• Jane (10/5): - The apparent was very clean and comfortable with amazing views. The key pick up was a very bad start as I had heavy luggage and it took me 30 minutes to find the apartment after I picked it up. A key at the apartment would have been much easier.
