- John (8/5): Great place, people and clean. I would stay again. - Location was great and easy to move about the city, in very easy walking distance to the centre and tubes were close by. The owners were very polite and welcoming, and the room was clean. The bed was a little too low for me.
- Stan (9/5): - Everything is well thought through and designed
- Lee (10/5): The host is generous and decent. Great locations close to Marylebone station. Very clean, quite and comfortable bed. I w -

- Barry (10/5): Perfect - Private, super quiet, decorated with a lovely relaxing feel. Lots of little extras in your room from tea and coffee to shower gels. The Host Diana was very welcoming and and friendly, she makes you feel welcome.
I found the bed super comfy, great shower and all located in a perfect spot when I stay in London next I will be going back.
Thank you for a lovely stay :) Absolutely nothing
- stephen (10/5): A veritable heavenly haven - Prime location, very close to the Baker Street tube and to attractions in this area. Diana was so helpful - a very gracious host. The room was outfitted either all sorts of treats. Nothing
- Imran (8/5): -
- Beg (10/5): - Awesome room and amazing location
- hayley (9/5): Cheeky weekend - Good pre trip correspondence. Helpful hosts. Friendly. Welcoming and full of information to assist.
Room was quirky. Super clean. Lots of little touches.
Location perfect. A little awkward having to remove shoes at door of property but did understand it
- Kate (10/5): - A peaceful haven just a stones throw from Regents Park and Marylebone High St. Stunning decor and beautifully quiet
- Margaret (8/5): Good location, very pleasant host.
- Colman (9/5): - The location and the value for money Nothing I can think of
- Dorel (9/5): -
- Sinead (10/5): Everything about the stay was perfect; what I needed for a difficult time. - A beautiful, peaceful space that felt like a haven especially as I booked it to be near a family member who was in a nearby hospital. Everything was clean, calm and the decor was soulful. The host was warm, kind and aimed for his guests to be comfortable. Breakfast was a good standard. Everything exceeded my expectations, no complaints at all.
- Kimberly (7/5): Pleasant enough. But wouldnt return - Smelt very clean. Coffee machine was good. Good location. I don’t think I realised from the photos just how chaotic the room would be or the set up. It’s a mattress on the floor in amongst very miss-match cluttered room. Which seems quite expensive for what it is.
- Shiva (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful. Kind hosts, quiet space, very central, and everything you could need. Nothing, it was the best stay I've had in London.
- William (9/5): Great location and hosts would stay again. - Really good location to travel around London,
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was too big and generous, could not finish it
- Sergiu (5/5): honest review - It’s a basement room in someone’s house, and you have to walk through a shared common area to reach it.
1. The mattress is a 0/10—practically a joke. You’ll wake up in the middle of the night feeling like it’s deflated; it sags so much you’ll get back pain.
2. The owners are night owls who go to bed around 2–4 a.m. Their bedroom is directly above this room, and the floors squeak loudly, so if you’re a light sleeper like me, consider another place. The noise went through my silicon earplugs.
3. On the first night I took a 20-minute shower and water spilled everywhere. They fixed the problem right away, but I sensed they were annoyed with me. The guy who came to dry out the floor was cursing in the process, I felt guilty for their broken shower.
The location is great and the female owner was very friendly and kind, but for the reasons above, I personally wouldnt recommend this place to others.
- Lucy (9/5): Incredible host, great location, large room, wonderful! - Incredible host, incredible breakfast, lovely clean bathroom, and large spacious room. I personally would prefer a bed to a futon, but that was clear in the listing and it was a very comfortable futon! I slept great!
- Yu (10/5): Great host. A definite recommend. - Great location and safe neighbourhood. I am very happy with the breakfast. I will stay again if I visit London again.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Superb -
- Sai (10/5): Amazing. Highly recommend!!! - Cozy and clean.
- Larrian (9/5): Superb - Really Great location and the room was beautiful.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (7/5): Good - Great location, very nice little courtyard, lovingly furnished, unfortunately very noisy, very small room, but also very expensive by London standards very noise-sensitive, very small room, but also very expensive by London standards
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeanette (9/5): Perfect location , room spotless and host very welcoming - Location was great very close to Baker Street and Marylebone. I was due for surgery the following day so just needed to stay close by as had to leave early at 6am. Host was very welcoming and kind. Room was perfect so quirky and very relaxing, just what I needed before the surgery. Check in was fine and room was spotless. I had come straight from work so literally dropped my stuff and headed out for some food. Loads of food places close by. The room i had was perfect for solo travellers just needing a few night’s accommodation. Very sad to have missed the breakfast which others have said was amazing! I would definitly stay again if I needed to be overnight in London. Nothing really -I would only say the room was small with the bed in the middle so is fine for sleeping for a few nights rather than staying longer. They do have another room which I presume is for couples.
- Christine (9/5): Superb - Exceptional attention to detail. Bathroom had bonus products which were very welcome. A try oasis in London.
- Richard (10/5): Excellent stay. Wonderful host. - Park haven is a really well presented guest house. Quirky, modern, spotlessly clean, and safe. Located close to the zone 1 tube station and other transport options in the north of London. Wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and fascinating to chat to. The ultimate highlight was a spectacular breakfast. Would definitely stay again absolutely recommend. Worth noting that the room (3) has a futon not a bed, and for those with accessibility challenges there are a few stairs.
- Wells (9/5): Superb - The owner, Florent, could not have been a more gracious and generous host, helping us manage complex luggage transfers, feeding us when we hadn’t requested and making sure all was as we hoped.
- Carolynn (7/5): Met what we needed it for but was not what I was expecting. - The location was perfect for what we needed. The room accommodations were weirder than I thought it would be. It is basically a b&b with only ONE ROOM. Beds on the floor was hard to get used to and the room size was tough. There were a lot of knick knacks around so it was hard to find places for your stuff.
- Carolina (9/5): Strongly recommend this place, lovely hosts and wonderful location. - Amazing decoration and space, great location and friendly hosts The announce doesn’t make it clear that it’s just a house and you will be using a room.
- Bernard (10/5): Fun, comfortable and quirky - Fantastic location near to Marylebone station but completely quiet at night.
Loved the quirky decor and super helpful owners Nothing
- Gray (10/5): Truly wonderful room, beautiful breakfast and kind hosts & their cat. - The breakfast was truly wonderful, the room and its patio were genuinely beautiful and so well presented by the hosts. I didn’t take many photos apart from the breakfast. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise perfect.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Praveen (8/5): Best for solo travellers. - loved the personalised breakfast menu nothing as such.
- Cornelius (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jack (9/5): Superb -
- Debbie (10/5): Little Gem in the Heart of London - The host is very nice and helpful! I like the way the room is decorated.
- Lynnet (10/5): Enjoyable, very clean & friendly - Fantastic stay! Chilled, immaculate and I have never had a sleep like it due to the calming decor! So friendly too along with the very healthy enjoyable breakfast Nothing to dislike
- Katja (10/5): Exceptional - Super friendly, warm and caring host; very responsive; amazing location; clean and tidy arty room.
Very much look forward to staying there again
- Bradshaw (9/5): Quirky but incredibly friendly accommodation in the middle of Marylebone - Great breakfast - too much food almost and a really welcoming and accommodating host The futons on the floor were a little awkward to negotiate. This is not a room you can relax in after a day sightseeing as there just isn't the space - but the bathroom facilities were wonderful. If you are spending all your time out and only using the room to sleep in, then it is a really relaxing place to stay and so so central to everything in London.
- Sheila (8/5): Very good -
- Octavian (10/5): A luxurious, clean, comfortable and delicious stay! - Everything! The location was perfect for a trip to London, walking distance from Paddington station.
The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, like a little oasis of peace and tranquility! Very quiet with a cute interior garden.
The hosts were purely divine! Very friendly and helpful! They accommodated all our needs.
And the breakfast… a real feast! It had something for every taste and felt very luxurious. Delicious, nutritive and with an amazing selection! Highly highly recommended! Nothing!
- Jakub (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohan (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (10/5): Lovely colourful lights in my room and terrace! - The hosts did make special breakfast for me in their kitchen - much more than I expected! They looked after me well! They made sure all went well in my room. The lowest bed made me difficult for me to get out of that bed! Maybe I am old!! I am 65!
- Damian (10/5): I will go back and always choose this venue over others. - The host was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The futon bed was a little uncomfortable for 1x person.
- Roger (8/5): Short London stay. Arrived early and was able to leave bags to check in later. Very charming host and served extensive b - Very convivial host, convenient location, great breakfast and what I didn’t eat was packed up for me to have later. Room small and felt a little subterranean despite outside patio.
- Yuansheng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - A very special oasis with sweet and fun details that enhance the senses.
The host prepared a dream breakfast tailored to my needs and dietary restrictions.
The location is very convenient, the room is quiet and it’s well equipped.
- Somner (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back. - The accommodation is a self-contained bedroom, ensuite and small patio in the host's house. The room is comfortable and beautifully done, but it is the host Diana that makes the stay. Nothing was any trouble and the breakfast that Diana made for us was amazing! There was nothing not to like!
- Dao (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at London Park Haven was an absolute pleasure. It is a beautiful place with all details arranged to perfection. Diana is not only an excellent host but and exceptional person. The amazing breakfast she prepared for us was the proverbial cherry on the cake 😊 we would highly recommend a stay at London Park Haven to anyone! None
- Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent hosts and a fab location - Excellent hosts and a lovely breakfast. Great location for exploring London! Nothing
- De (9/5): Superb - Diana is a fantastic host. We had good conversations and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is perfect. Central London is just a few metro stops away from the house. The bedroom is very cozy. I absolutely recommend Diana as host.
- Hoa (10/5): Perfect. - The host was fantastic and nothing was too much to ask for. Was only sad to have missed the breakfast as I had to be up and gone early. Next time! 100% would recommend. Place was clean, cosy and quiet.
- John (10/5): A very memorable stay - Amazingly hospitable hosts with great conversations. Cool cat. Over-the-top breakfast. Nice location. We would come back and would recommend this as an optimal place to stay in Marylebone (and London). If you have large luggage, the room will be tight, but it seems you can store it upstairs. The in-room lights were the most creative you'll probably ever see, but they do take a little bit to figure out. :-) In all, no complaints!
- Ajit (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alison (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in London. - Amazing place to stay - I much prefer the personality of somewhere like this over corporate hotels. Very cosy room and a spectacular freshly prepared breakfast. Host very responsive and caring. Excellent transport links and there are the joys of Regents Park and Marylebone High Street very close by - I highly recommend Daunts Bookshop. I will definitely stay here again. Nothing!
- Andreas (10/5): Surprisingly lovely house with a private guestroom. Loved my experience there. - Amazing room in a cute little private house. The host is exceptional. Had an amazing stay there. Would highly recommend booking there.
- Tim (10/5): Recommended without hesitation - Zero caveats: comfortable/chic room, good breakfast, stylish cat.
- Sofia (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Very cosy apartment
Super friendly host
Quiet
Nice location
- Esh (10/5): This is a really nice place with a very welcomming host. It's a good stay for one or two nights. - Convenient location, close to a metro station.
There is a very good cat in the house :3
It's calm, private and quiet.
Nice lighting setup to create a mood.
Breakfast was huge and very delicious.
Shower was good, and the bathroom had all the things you might ever need (soap, shampoo, balsam, toothpaste, dental floss, etc.)
- Shazan (8/5): Very good -
- Umar (10/5): Great stay in the heart of London. - Had a lovely stay at the London Park Haven.
Lovely place to stay, great facilities, breakfast was unbelievable and Diana was an amazing host.
Our host clearly has an intimate knowledge of London, and was both welcoming but also not overbearing.
We were staying here as we had a wedding nearby, and found as we were getting ready that we had a major wardrobe issue. Diana went out of her way to help us and even fixed it for us without breaking a sweat. It might not have been much trouble for her, but she absolutely made our day and we can't thank her enough for such a kind gesture.
- Andrew (9/5): Highly recommended - Great location and fantastic host. Wasn’t expecting the bed to be on the floor but added to the cool vibe of the place. If you are allergic to cats this ain’t the place for you. Nothing.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hervé (8/5): A very good location ; nice host, giving good advice for tourists. - rich and healthy breakfast ; very nice host. the room was not as big as I would have desired.
- Stan (10/5): Wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place. - The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place.
- Gary (9/5): great location. near Baker Street which is a well connected Tube station. near Regent’s Park for a run. Excellent breakf - clean. Beth well decorated and calming lighting.
- Bevan (10/5): Exceptional - Diana was the most welcoming host. She made every effort to make us feel at home. The room was so chilled out,, the perfect little bolt hole. A great space for some peace, a true haven in a busy city centre.
- Mathilde (10/5): You must “feel” this place once in your life ! - This place is simply unique ! The breakfast was a royal feast ! I looooved the futon bed so much. It’s spotlessly clean.
Diana is an amazing host. She created something so special - with precious good vibes - with this room. Thank you again ! I’m used to sleeping in complete darkness so the curtains were not screening the outside light enough for me.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): the PLACE to stay in London ! -
- Suffolk (10/5): Exceptional - The decor, the home comforts, the amazing lighting and the scrumptious breakfast
And most of all the hostess with the mostess
It was a memorable stay Having to leave in the morning !
- Olu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emeric (10/5): Exceptional - Loveliest stay with the dearest hosts. Great location, cosy room, enjoyable breakfast offered even early in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this bedroom. Not a bed but a very large futon as stated, comfy enough after a long day of streetwalking. Would recommend
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely room, very comfortable futon bed and the host was very friendly and attentive.
- Megantti (10/5): Unique gem - It's a wonderful, very unique place to stay. The landlady is a super kind person and made me a king level breakfast. And she has a lovely cat. The room was a bit too warm for my liking, but my liking is a bit colder than usually
- Norma (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, people, & experience & a gorgeous little ginger kitty called Harry. - Diana was a fantastic, caring and thoughtful hostess. The accommodation was beautiful and just my style. The accommodation was just what was needed having had a horrible experience in the one that had been booked for my birthday weekend. I am Colieac and Diana bought food for my allergies and a wonderful gluten free cake for my birthday. Breakfast was a beautiful, colourful and healthy affair. Nothing
- Genevieve (9/5): Superb - Very welcoming host...lots of information about tubes, buses etc
Good location on quiet street....building facade interesting.
Well laid out room with lots of additional facilities for your comfort, very clean and lovely fresh breakfast.
Would definitely book again. All fabulous
