• NGO HOND (2/5): - Au debut lorsque je sejournais labas c'etait trés bien, le personnel était aimant, actuellement même pour faire le ménage il faut que c'est toi qui appelle les femmes de ménage. Elle ne passe pas du tout vers vous, sans compter les souris, les cafarts, l'appartement n'etait pas propre. J"etais obligé d'acheter mon moulinex moi même parce que pour eux était en panne , les gras laver a la main parceque le lave linge est en panne et bien salle en les mettant sur le lit. Rien n'est pris au serieux. J'ai donné mes 10mil pour le cablage on est aller me mettre seulement les chaines de match et le reste des chaines ne donner pas du tout. En realité les anciens gérant était meilleurs, c'edt vraiment devenu mediocre.

Pour la première fois que je réserve mes séjours sur Booking l'appartement réservé n'a rien mais pas du tout rien à voir avec le séjour vendu sur Booking. À croire que c'était deux établissements différents. Une. Apparemment réservé avec photos devient le moment venu une chambre.

• Kemgue (9/5): Un week-end confortable. - J'ai aimé le service fourni par le personnel de la résidence, c'est de qualité ! Les dames sont toujours disponibles, très serviables et soucieux des besoins du client lors de son séjour. Le Virgile est sympa, il s'assure que rien ne perturbe votre tranquillité durant votre sommeil la nuit. Malgré que le site soit éloigné du centre ville, je reviendrai toujours lors de mes prochaines missions car la tranquillité, le confort et la sécurité y sont au rendez-vous. Je n'ai pas apprécié la poussière qui était sur les couverts. La poussière sur le sol et les meubles. La saleté sur le draps blancs. Mais ce n'était pas très grave, la solution est juste de s'assurer que tout soit propre quelques heures avant l'arrivée du client qui a réservé, même si le ménage à été effectué autrefois.

• Jeroline (6/5): Pleasant - I loved the hospitality of staff and the availability of water. Good space, rooms are big as well as the living room area. I never experienced energy going off for some reason, which was good. Clim worked well in the entire house. There are rats in the facility that got into my box and ate stuff from there. Wifi was connected only to my phone, despite the fact that I was with my daughter. Her phone and my iPad were denied access indirectly. 😑 we had a common kitchen with everyone living in the flate because our kitchen had no gas bottle.
