• Melissa (5/5): - Las camas son cómodas y la zona es muy tranquila y familiar. La experiencia no fue buena. Al llegar, encontramos basura en los armarios de anteriores huéspedes, lo cual da muy mala impresión. El sofá cama es demasiado pequeño e incómodo para dos personas. El alojamiento indica capacidad para 6 personas, pero siendo realistas, no es adecuado para más de 5. Además, sabían que éramos 6 y aun así no hubo ninguna consideración al respecto. El WiFi no funcionaba durante la estancia. También nos pidieron registrarnos en una web donde solicitan excesiva información personal, incluyendo fotos de documentación, lo cual nos pareció innecesario e incómodo. Por último, el contacto con la gestión fue muy limitado: apenas respondían y, cuando lo hacían, eran respuestas automáticas.

• Petronela Magdalena (1/5): The place was unsafe, unsanitary, noisy, poorly equipped, and misrepresented, forcing us to leave ea - There’s a café at the end of the street that serves good coffee. The space is actually one large room partially divided by a wall, so there is no privacy between the sleeping areas and the kitchen. The apartment is full of damp and mold and has a very strong smell; I kept sneezing the entire time I stayed indoors. At night, it was difficult to sleep because of the smell. The apartment was rented for 6 people; however, there are only two small double beds, each suitable for just two people. The living room sofa has a metal frame; the mattress is inadequate, and the frame squeaks with every movement. Two people cannot sleep on this sofa, and one of its legs is bent. In the bathroom, the floor and wall tiles are covered in mold and dirt, and some tiles are loose and about to fall off. The air-conditioning vent is full of dust. When we turned on the heating, a musty smell and dust came out. The apartment is on the ground floor and is fairly noisy, even at night. There was no hand soap at the bathroom sink, nor dish soap in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, but no detergent was provided. I reported all of these issues to the host within the first hours of our stay and asked them to come and clean the floors, as the parquet flooring was very dirty. No one responded to my messages; they only apologized for not meeting expectations after we had already vacated the property, even though the invoice includes a separate charge specifically for cleaning for the entire stay. Internet not working! We left one day earlier, even though we lost the money, because we could no longer stay under these conditions. I do not recommend this place!
• Ondřej (7/5): Dostupné bydlení k přespání, které neláká k delšímu pobytu - Prostorné ubytování se dvěma koupelnami. Plně vybavená kuchyně (jen nádobí by mohlo být více kusů). Dobře dostupná lokalita (pěšky jsme došli jak na metro, tak na vlak). Hezký park poblíž a poklidná čtvrť. Ideální ubytování pro delší pobyt, nebýt dalších nedostatků. Přízemní ubytování a okna přímo do ulice nás nutila mít neustále zatažené rolety. Prostory byly vlhké, v rozích se objevovala plíseň, která byla cítit i ve vzduchu a nedařila se vyvětrat. Díky těmto věcem není místo nijak příjemné pro pobyt a využívali jsme ho opravdu jen pro přespání a uvaření jídla. Rozkládací pohovka byla opravdu hodně nouzová a vratká.

Fussläufig 15min vom Bahnhof und 30min vom Estadio Santiago Bernabeau, Schlüsselübergabe in Schlüsselkasten keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor 15:00 in die Wohnung zu bringen / einzuchecken, Schimmel an der Außenwand im Bereich Eingangstür und Fenster
• Verónica (7/5): Relación Calidad precio muy buena. - El alojamiento parece un bajo comercial reformado y transformado en vivienda. Reformado con buen gusto, las habitaciones no tienen puertas, es más bien diáfano, bastante amplio. Es bonito y muy completo en cuanto a menaje de cocina!! Tiene algunos detalles a mejorar, la limpieza no era exhaustiva precisamente, la ropa de cama no olía a limpio aunque no dudo de que lo estuviera, el suelo claramente no estaba limpio ya que el crío estuvo andando en calcetines blancos en el parqué y acabaron sucios. En el baño de la primera habitación había tanto en el lateral del Wc como en la ducha algunas baldosas sueltas. Olía bastante a humedad al entrar al apartamento, se fue pasando al estar nosotros dentro. Nada grave pero cositas. Mal aparcamiento ya que es zona verde, solo te permite estar 2 horas, hay un Burger King no muy lejos y ahí aparcamos todo el fin de semana gratis.

• Patricia (8/5): Necely decorated and close to train station. - Nicely decorated, spacious and has all the facilities you'd need. . Short walk to Chamartín Train Station. Good heating system for winter stays. It felt cosy. When we arrived we couldn't get the internet to work and though the owners responded immediately we didn't have time to keep trying as we had to go out for an appointment Our stay was very short, our need was somewhere to sleep for one night close to the train station so we managed without it as we're were not in the apartment for much time.

• Victor (1/5): NEFASTO, no reservéis - Nada, nefasto. Huid todo lo que podáis. ABSOLUTAMENTE todo lleno de suciedad sin limpiar. Colchas de cama vomitadas. Humedades sin reparar, simplemente pintadas por encima. Y lo mejor de todo. Principios de febrero en Madrid y no funciona la calefacción!!! Se lo indicamos y nos dicen que hasta el siguiente día no podría venir un técnico cuando eran las 17:00h. A las 23:00h de la noche nos encontramos con que la luz también deja de funcionar!! Por lo que hemos pasado toda la noche con frío sin calefacción y absolutamente sin ninguna luz sin que nos den una solución aceptable. La peor experiencia de mi vida alojándome

El parking estaba en frente y para la estancia de una noche tuve todas las comodidades. Buena ducha caliente, todas las sábanas y nórdicos para 5 personas. El internet no me funcionó. Intenté configurarlo dos veces y no funcionaron las contraseñas.

Fallaron muchas cosas a respecto de la limpieza y higiene del los artículos de uso personal
• Miriam (10/5): Comodísimo pero alejado - El alojamiento completamente equipado, decoración preciosa, camas muy cómodas, y la atención del personal a través del teléfono y vía whatsApp estupenda, muy amables La calidad/precio en cuanto a la ubicación. Está casi a media hora en coche del centro. Está en una zona muy deshabitada, sin comercios ni bares cerca. La estación de metro y el bar más cercanos están a 15/20 min andando.

• Diana (6/5): - As divisões são espaçosas. Tem uma das camas que fica impossível de dormir de tanto barulho que faz. Fui no fim de novembro e a casa cheirava bastante a humidade, o que tentaram eliminar com perfume, que só piorou. A televisão não funcionava nem a rede Wi-Fi.

• Perez (7/5): Correcta - La ubicación un poco apartado pero bien respecto a chamartín. No sabía que había desayuno... Nos costó abrir la cajita de la llave pero bien, y la zona llegamos por la noche y parecía zona muy de suburvios, por la mañana mejor
• Sagasti (8/5): - Tenía dos baños muy lindos y funcionales, una buena zona de living, cocina espaciosa y buen espacio para comer, también lo encontramos bastante conectado al centro de Madrid No funcionaba el wifi, hablamos con los que manejan el hospedaje y no nos dieron soluciones, únicamente nos pidieron perdón por la situación. La mesa de la cocina estaba un poco inestable, pero se podía comer, solo te daba pequeños sustos porque parecía que se podía caer en cualquier momento.

No funcionaba la wifi ni la televisión, no hay posibilidad de dejar maletas una vez hecho el check out y obligan a un sistema de garantía a través de tarjeta de débito/crédito que no se ve fácilmente al hacer la reserva.

Una cama es buena con canapé las otras dos son insufribles para dormir bien la verdad !!! Muy descontento con el

Las habitaciones no tienen puertas, se escucha todo y sin intimidad entre habitaciones, se oye el ruido de la calle.

• Gavin (2/5): Avoid. "Bedrooms" have no doors and no proper walls. - Avoid this company. Thus is not a two bedroom apartment, there are no doors or proper walls on the "bedrooms". They straight up deceive the guest with photos that give the impression that it's a two bedroom place. Several other guests complained about the same thing, but they continue to post deceptive photos. When I complained, they refused to offer a solution, and stated that it is a two bedroom place simply because one bed cannot be seen from the other bed. I think they simply don't have legal permission to have separate bedrooms, but they want more money so they falsely advertise something it's not.

Would rent again All was good- But need bowle to mix, microwawe and cuttingboard:-) The lack of actual Doors to bedrooms did not bother us

• Lgbop (9/5): Good apartment, good location. - The location was excellent, quiet neighbourhood, with playgrounds and walking areas around. If I could make a suggestion is to keep some basic seasonings, coffee and a microwave available. Also some cleaning cloths would be helpful! The lack of doors between the rooms wasn't the ideal. We have small kids and was hard to put them to sleep and be more careful than usual with the noise...
• Sir (8/5): Very good - Quite new apartment close to Chamartín railway station. Good position for those having business meetings in the Quatro Torres area. Each bedroom has its bathroom. Quiet area. Apartment on the ground floor, there are curtains to have some privacy but they don't give a confy feeling. Bedrooms are in two different areas of the apartment but there are no doors. The annoying thing about this reservation was the 200€ deposit.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, comfortable, stylish, spacious, and modern apartment located in a calm area of Madrid. 5 min walk to the closest metro station, close to a small park, around 15 min walk to plaza Castilla. The apartment is very new and recommendable for a few days stay, particularly if you are on holidays. Each room has its own bathroom. The apartment is located at street level, door and windows directly to the street, and the windows have no curtains, so there is no privacy if you want to have the window blinders up. Also, neither of the bedrooms has a door. There is some separation between the bedrooms by the walls, so the apartment is quite spacious, but there is no real privacy. We missed some hooks and clothes/towel racks, there was no place to hang anything. There is a new washing machine but nothing to hang your clothes. We missed a few things in the kitchen, such as a kitchen towel. I was there in a work trip so I had to stay in the apartment to do some work and cook, and it was not super comfortable for that. Probably better if you are on holidays and plan to go to the apartment mostly to sleep. Also, I had to block a caution of 200€ for the stay, which I have never done before in properties rented through Booking.

• Ruben (9/5): Great place to stay in Madrid! - Perfect place to stay in Madrid, convenient location, close to Chamartin train station and not far from the airport. Quiet, all new and the apartment was perfect. Instructions to get the keys and support for whatever we needed. I would definitely come back!
