There is 24-hour security on duty downstairs. The only minor drawback is that food delivery cannot be sent directly to the door. For any issues, please feel free to contact the housekeeper, Xiaobei. The cleaner cleans the room very carefully, making it very tidy.

Surrounding the hotel, there were shopping malls for retail therapy and a variety of delicious food options. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally helpful, providing 24/7 online responses and even offering escort services to the rooms.

- Debbie (6/5): It smells like cigarette smoke. - I liked the location and the roominess of the place. There are no actual bedrooms to the place. However, each bed is in a different area. The bed that is where the balcony is has a horrible 3rd-hand smoke scent. The shower wand has almost no water pressure. Some areas of the bathroom was moldy. This place is one of many in a large building. However, not all are residential, the one next to us is some sort of bar. They have security measures for the building. However, it's not very "secure". Most people had cards or keys where they could beep themselves in and out of the gates. However, for some (us), we just had to inform the guard that we're renting from so and so, and were able to get in.

- Ye (4/5): Disappointing - Good location Misled by the first photo of K11, it has nothing to do with K11 but sharing the same first letter K. It's just an airbnb, old furnishing, smelly shower room, dust at corners, stained towels, even the marble surface in the toilet turns out to be plastic wrappings.... Only wechat and alipay accepted. The rate is apparently overpriced, although their staffs on wechat are friendly.

There was no one in the reception, we had to wait one hour until someone arrived (I thought I was scammed). The cleaning of the room was poorly done. When we arrive we found rest of cigarettes and the room smelled so bad and the daily clean was also very poor. They also only accept wechat, Alipay or cash so they sent someone for us to collect the cash. This person try knocking the door but we were busy and then open the door which was very rude so I complaint - they apologise and send fruits and 100cny, but I still think this is unacceptable. My whole experience is that you can get better for the same price so stay somewhere else
