Guest Reviews
- Emerlita (10/5): Excellent - Cleanliness and location Almost perfect
- Madeline (5/5): Perfect if you can get rid of extreme train noise! The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient. - The location was excellent. It was about 1 mile from 3 different underground stations. Situated off Brick Lane was wonderful. However, and quite unexpected, were the 4 trains that ran constantly right next to the bedrooms. They stopped around 1 am but it was hell trying to sleep any earlier or nap during the day. Otherwise, the apartment was great and Jamie, the building maintenance man was very helpful in assisting us with the WIfi access and the heat. Letting people know about the trains right outside the bedroom windows ( I am talking arm’s length!). Providing better Wi-Fi instructions, more towels(we had only 2 until Jamie helped us). Provide a cutting board, a sponge bigger than a postage stamp, knives that actually cut. We bought two wine glasses to complement the wine opener in the drawers. We wish we could have rated this as excellent but the trains were the biggest problem. They stopped around rest we could work through with great help from Jamie.

- Luisa (7/5): Good value for money. The location is not the most prestigious and the apartment lacks of kistchen utensils. - The property has a good value for money, was located very close to public transport and it is extremely specious. Some appliances were missing. There was no hand towels, there was only 1 kitchen towel and 1 sponge. For a 7 nights stay this is too few. Also the amount of plates, cups and silverware was exact, which was super inconvenient. Also there was no soap on the toilets. We had to buy everything just for 7 nights stay.

- Rosy Cherian Alex (10/5): 10/10...Perfect Stay..0/10 contact with Customer Relations - We loved the location, view and the natural light filled look. For us..privacy and safety is of utmost importance and the secure building made us comfortable.
There was a very good house keeping lady Francesca. She was spic and span, very polite. I loved everything but
1) A bit more stainless steel cutlery would have been more helpful
2) I had asked for an early check in...no reply for my mail,I had requested someone to switch off the AC in the hall...again no reply for my mail
I didn't like it at all.
All the staff..the house keeping manager , Francesca, the cleaning lady, the handyman..everyone was polite...but the person who handles the email sucked...zero reply.Thats totally unprofessional.
- PS (10/5): Had a fantastic stay - Absolutely loved this place. The location off Brick Lane is perfect for me. The apartment is beautiful - spacious, bright, modern, clean... and a fabulous huge balcony with amazing views of the city. Everything worked perfectly and helpful essentials were provided (utensils, detergents, tea towels, etc...).
Special mention to Tisha who provided exceptional customer service throughout.
Thanks for a wonderful stay! The main suggestion I have for improvement would be a full length mirror somewhere as there isn't one.
- Danny (10/5): amazing spot. great value! - amazing spot. great value!

- julia (7/5): - Apartment is spacious and large The flat is literally on train tracks, light sleepers beware. You are in the middle of the train traffic going to Liverpool street station…
Lacked of basic amenities, no hairdryer, not even hand towels for the bathroom or basic kitchen items.
The support is unresponsive, had to message them a few times to get a response to a basic question.

- Yvette (10/5): - The property exceeded my expectations. There was more than enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. It was clean and provided everything we needed, even pods for the dishwasher. The rooms were a nice size and the balcony made the stay even better. We plan to stay again on our next visit. I just wish there were instructions left for how to use the appliances because we visited from America, and it was completely different, but we figured it out. We loved the ease of access to shops and transportation.

- Elif (10/5): bayıldım!! harika bir konaklama! - biz her konuda cok memnun kaldık. ev cok temiz cok cok güzeldi. konum harikaydı. biz 4 arkadaş olarak ilk defa londraya turistik bir gezi düzenledik. konum harikaydı. istedigimiz heryere ya yürüdük ya da metro kullandık. liverpool street duragına cok yakın oldugu icin stansted den cok kolay geldik. kesinlikle mükemmeldi her şey. binanın sifresini girip kapıdaki dolaptan anahtarı aldık. her şey çok kolaydı. evin konumu, temizliği, her şey harika! ne kadar teşekkür etsem az. çok mutlu olduk. teşekkür ederiz. buradaki kötü yorumları anlayamadım. ev gerçekten cok güzel. konumu heryere yakın!! yeni bir ev ve harika!!

- Sean (1/5): Very poorly managed apartment and a not secure. Do not bring valuables if you decide to stay. - The flat us huge with what they call three bedrooms, but it is two bedrooms and a third room that legally cannot be a bedroom because it has no secondary exit (e.g. a window in case of a fire). They still put beds in there which seems irresponsible because as a large management company they should know building codes, or they do know and do not care. It is more of a party place where people come and stay for 2 - 3 nights. Lots of young people coming and going from the other apartments. They turned off the air conditioning (presumable to save money) and the flat gets very hot. There are skylights that electronically open in each of the three rooms, but they are all broken. Their response was to open the balcony doors and that they provided fans. Be aware two of the three balcony doors are missing keys and do not lock. When I told them, they said no one else has access to your balcony and they did not offer to find/replace the keys. That did not make me feel better. The next day I looked at the skylight in the lounge and saw someone (presumable young folk) had accessed the roof and drew symbols in the dirt on the OUTSIDE of the skylight. I did not feel safe the entire week we stayed.

- Ana Maria (7/5): - El piso en si No habia cafetera
- Laura (8/5): Great place - Spacious accommodation, clean and well equipped. Close to shops, food, and short walk to tubes.
- Janet Sahin (9/5): 2 bed apt off brick lane London - Clean bright apt with lovely large sunny balcony. Living room and kitchen had everything needed. The two bedrooms had lovely comfortable bedding and mattresses and two bathrooms as well...good position for brick lane and lots of shops in walking distance.
Enjoyed our stay. 24/7 dripping tap in kitchen needs attention.
Couldn't pull down right side blinds in living room making it hot..everything else good.
- Adrian-Silviu (10/5): - Location Lack of towels,
no coffee machine..it’s not a must, but it would be nice instead of purchasing instant coffee or going to a physical shop
- Alisa (8/5): Good experience! - Spacious, clean and warm, it had everything necessary. The cleaning ladies were super nice. Also close to tube, walking distance to the Tower of London The area was a bit noisy in the evening, no AC
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Azura (4/5): No one. Pick up the. Phone that was given. Sent them messages no response. - The size of the apartment.
For 3 pax and 7
Nights we were given only 1 toilet rolls and 1 petite size toiletries .
No coffee tea or sugar. One. Pillow only. For 3 pax and 7
Nights we were given only 1 toilet rolls and 1 petite size toiletries .
No coffee tea or sugar. One. Pillow only.
There was dirty laiusry dirty pail infront of or apartment enbtrance. No lights at the lobby corridor. Dangerous at nite . Security very poor.
- Aleksander (5/5): Passable -
- Sicon (8/5): Big and beautiful apartment with everything you need, just one step away - Close to shops ,underground ,restaurants.
Clean ,big apartment with the living room having windows on both sides .
- Daniela (5/5): Passable -
- İrem (8/5): Very good -
- Jeferson (8/5): Great flat and location - location, good space, nice building, good host (Tisha was really supportive). Beds are really soft and bad quality.
Cleaning was once a week, but they cleaned very fast and not well.
- Amber (9/5): Superb - It was a great location, very close to Brick Lane for a large selection of restaurants and only a 7 minute walk to the Metro… we were in apartment 401 and we were blown away with the view of the city! When there were issues with the wifi they were quick to try and fix…
- Luka (4/5): Disappointing - The shower situation is really bad and every time I needed to shower it was such an inconvenience because the shower seems to be broken…The sink in the kitchen seems to be broken although it is functional. The heating in the apartment is capped and it was very cold in the apartment. Additionally, there isn’t a blow dryer available at the property and I was only given two towels for a one week stay. When I arrived, I was given the wrong code to the key compartment. Luckily someone picked up and managed to guide me to a correct code.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious and well located property just a few mins from Brick Lane. Address to the property on the app could have been a lot better. The host was very helpful when I rang them.
- Joshua (5/5): Passable - Location accessibility to brick lane and East London is great. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Many maintenance issues especially with water / showers. These were attended to promptly but never resolved during my 2 week stay. The bedroom is also right on a road so traffic noise is quite loud.
- Ahmed (8/5): Very good -
- Ego (10/5): Fantastic - This review is for the Residence apartment as I did not stay at the Access bridge - my booking was for the Access unit and this was changed by the host before my arrival. Got a notification my booking was upgraded to a luxury condo suite called Residence Apartments at Tower Hill. All in all a fantastic luxury condo unit with full condo amenities - swimming pool and gym, has a 24 hour grocery store linked to the building, 5 mins walk to Tower hill station - overall my best stay experience in the UK so far. The host upgraded my booking to this unit at no extra cost which was certainly gracious as this unit looked more expensive. A place I would definitely want to book if visiting the area - depending on the budget of course. Nothing. Everything was great. The host line was super responsive even as late as 11pm. i experienced a circuit breaker trip late at night around 10pm due to the toaster appliance, called the host service line and the maintenance personnel called almost immediately to resolve the issue. 100% customer service at this place
- Natsha (7/5): Apartment was very comfortable and modern however the access to the apartment seemed a bit unsafe. - Cleanliness, layout and balcony Area appears a bit "unsafe" at first appearance. Random people sitting on stairway leading to apartment.
- Assumpta (9/5): I really enjoyed the stay ideal for families but beds are small - Everything as had been stated was there . Although the beds were small The way the staff treated us on the last day
- Vilma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elyse (1/5): Bad - nothing terrible, never again.
- Luiz (8/5): Practical flat for a short stay. - The location is ok, quiet at night, but a bit distant from underground stations (you have nevertheless a bus stop quite close). Good options for food nearby. The sofa-bed at the living room is quite unconfortable. The single beds are very narrow, but the mattresses are ok. Actually we were relocated one day before arrival from Access Brick Lane to another location on Cheshire Steet.
- Raza (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the apartment The missing frying pan though 😁
- Marios (9/5): Superb -
- Kristine (10/5): Wonderful stay in East London! - Very clean. The company who runs the property is professional and helpful.
- Shane (6/5): Great location, unit needs a refresh, inaccurate posting. - Location was great, easy walk to great areas. Unit is spacious with big windows. The posting stated there was a terrace - there wasn't one, and hosts ignored query about it. It is a bit under furnished with regards to bedding, towels, etc. Needs more seating in living area.
- Avcı (5/5): Apartment not comfortable. - Home location and price good. Beds were very small and uncomfordable. For 1 week only 3 small towell..There was not any balcony.and were not second bathroom.Tv was not working nproperrly..
- Mobolaji (8/5): Awesome accommodation with modern feel in a quiet area but poor customer service by Sophia - The location is quiet and easy to access from the major roads in Whitechapel. The accommodation provided everything just like a home. The mannerism of Sophia (facility manager) was quite harsh and Unwelcoming. She spoke rudely even when I cautiously engaged her.
- Ps (7/5): Lovely flat, great location, POOR customer service - The building, location, apartment and facilities were great. No complaints there. It was clean, very spacious, bright, modern, well designed, comfortable. Good kitchen, nice bathroom. Lots of items provided that were useful... a decent set of kitchen supplies - soap, sponge, tea towel, crockery, cutlery, glasses, trash bags.. - all fine. Operable windows for fresh air was good. Nice views and sunsets from my 3rd floor flat. Good TV and WiFi.
I thought the price was good compared to other options in the area.
I love the location as I used to live on Brick Lane so the area feels like home to me. It's a shame because although I loved the flat, the customer service was really poor. I would score the property a 9 (or even 10 if it had curtains, a few other creature comforts...) but because of the customer service i can only score a 6 or 7 max. Bad customer service can really affect the enjoyment of a stay quite significantly and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
I had asked for an extended check-out ages before I arrived, as this was extremely important to me on this occasion and the staff just sent me rude messages with a hard NO every time I asked. They ended up giving me a couple of extra hours on the very early 10am check out time, but not until the day before I left and after I had to literally spend a week begging them. I am grateful that they helped me a little bit in the end, but it already caused me a lot of stress and worry and quite honestly ruined my last 2 days in the UK. It is important to treat your guests well and try to help them, offer options, not just say NO rudely to a request.
Not only that, but several times people tried to enter the apartment while I was in there, with no warning or notice, and for unnecessary reasons. This made me feel very unsafe as there is no safe or lockbox. I don't know how many times people may have entered while I was out! So I kept my suitcase locked which was annoying and inconvenient to have to put any valuables in and lock it every time I went out. Privacy and safety are important when we are paying for accommodation. It is not appropriate to have cleaners, maintenance men etc enter without permission!!! As a solo female I felt threatened having 2 big men trying to enter the apartment so many times!!!
Also, there are NO BLINDS OR CURTAINS in the apartment which meant it was extremely bright at 4.30am in the summer, so very disturbing if you want to sleep. And also a lack of privacy at night because any one can see in. This needs to be fixed!
- Jeff (3/5): I rented this place to provide comfort for my family, I failed. - It was a nice size. The staff were nice. John, the repair guy had to stop by a few times. He was very professional and polite Uncomfortable beds - too hard. Flat pillows. One towel per bed - no hand towels or wash clothes. There was sleeping for 6, dining for 6 and living room seating for 2-3. Very awkward. Located on the corner of trendy and sketchy. Leaky faucet in the kitchen. Slow drain in the shower. Maintenance had to stop by a few times.
- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Location, apartment We had troubles finding the keys
We had issues with AC
- Kathleen (9/5): I would stay again-particularly for a week or so stay. Very handy to tube, food snd other services. - Location was great. Well-eqipped apartment with washing machine, good kitchen. Perfrct for a several days stay.
- Selma (5/5): Passable -
- Zohaib (10/5): Value for money and close to the tube! - Spacious and clean The surrounding of the building was always overflowing with garbage on street
- Amiira (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brittany (5/5): Passable - The flat is modern and recently renovated. Great location. Flat was missing lots of essentials you’d expect in a vacation rental - i.e. dish soap, detergent, body wash, coffee maker and coffee pods, dish towels, etc. We were also changed to a diff unit than the one advertised. Host was difficult to communicate with until I blew up their contact center and demanded a person who could actually assist with the issues call me directly. There were only twin beds and no doubles, so not great for couples. Also the terrace is useless without any furniture on it.
- Gokhan (7/5): good location - location windows not open
- Vanessa (5/5): Basic apartment, bad communication, good location. - The space was bigger than I expected. The location was great. Communication was horrendous. The property was not at the address advertised. The apartment had the bare minimum. There was only one bathroom, but was advertised with two bathrooms. Only one mirror and only a shaving outlet in the bathroom.
- David (8/5): This unit has great potential if details above are looked after - Location was great- the balcony was awesome & should be advertised on the website- unit was very clean & new. Each bedroom had its own bathroom a real asset. Front entrance was dirty and full of garbage. Steps at front should be cleaned daily.
Lock box for keys was on 4th floor not in lobby area.
Kitchen needs start up amenities like a couple dishwasher soaps, dish cloths,
Unit needs frying pan & more utensils.
Upon arrival unit was like a sauna & AC did not work.
We had patio doors open the entire time to get a breeze flowing.
- Charles (8/5): Stay was fantastic except for the normal home stay occasional hiccups as we stayed for amost 3 week. - Kitchen was very fairly furnished. Made self catering easier as a family. Communication with host & its agents etc etc.
- Adarsh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abumonzer (9/5): Superb -
- Charles (8/5): Great Stay! -
