The cabin itself was beautiful, cozy, and peaceful, with an amazing location right next to the lake. Waking up to the view and the quiet atmosphere made the experience even better. Everything felt relaxing and authentic, and the hospitality honestly made the stay memorable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm getaway in nature.

Sergey Burashnikov (10/5): Дом для спокойного отдыха на Севане - Локация супер! Песчаный пляж. Домик чистый и аккуратный. Имеется терраса с видом на озеро. Заботливость и внимание хозяина. Предоставил нам сетку для приготовления рыбы на мангале.
Damien (9/5): - Excellent emplacement au cœur d’une plage privé avec accès direct à la plage de sable (idéal pour enfants). Très bon accueil familial, très aidant et facilitant (nous a aidé pour la livraison du dîner). La cabane est très bien agencé avec deux chambres et une terrasse face au lac. Une des bonnes adresses autour du lac. Rien à part le matelas à ressort un peu dur.

Olesya (10/5): - Чистый, благоустроенный пляж, беседки и мангал рядом. Включать музыку на территории было запрещено, только в доме, что я считаю очень правильным, это не нарушало отдых всех окружающих. Очень доброжелательные хозяева и персонал. Все полностью соответствует описанию.

jérémy (8/5): Cabanon au pied dans l'eau - Nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement au bord de la plage qui est très agréable, nous avons bien apprécié la disponibilité du propriétaire et la propreté des lieux. Le propriétaire était très à l'écoute de nos besoins et de nos demandes. La qualité des matelas dans la chambre pourait être meilleur.. cependant l'endroit est isolé il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au supermarché. Restaurant à pied pas de restaurant à côté à pied.
