• Yulia (8/5): Comfortable accommodation for travelers who cook for themselves. Excellent location. - This was our first trip to Istanbul, and we specifically wanted to stay in Kadıköy. We chose these apartments based on reviews, especially noting that the area was relatively quiet — which was important for us. Although the city is lively even at night, the apartment itself is located away from the busiest streets, and the soundproofing inside is very good. The location is very convenient: two metro stations (on the line to the airport), a large shopping mall with exchange offices, and a ferry terminal are all nearby. The apartment is spacious enough for two people with plenty of luggage. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you might need. A special mention for the hairdryer with a diffuser — quite rare and a real lifesaver for curly hair 😀 Most importantly, I’d like to highlight our host, Suat. He is incredibly kind, responsive, and truly cares about making your stay comfortable. Huge thanks to him! I highly recommend staying in Kadıköy for its amazing atmosphere, and these apartments are a great choice for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was missing a towel, and there’s no place in the hallway for dirty shoes.

Управляющий отелем оказался замечательным и внимательным! В дождливую погоду принес зонты и повесел у двери. Это было очень трогательно! Всегда был на связи и молнееносно решал все вопросы! Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз и будем рекомендовать отель своим знакомым.

• Oleksandr (7/5): Помірна ціна, але і якість такка ж сама - Я так розумію знайти в Стамбулі не дуже далеко від центру гарне місце да ще й з нестандартним запитом типу но ера на пʼятьох чи двокімнатних апартаментів дуже не просто. Але тут за помірну плату вдалося. Поруч паром та більш меньш прийнятна їжа. Власник на звʼязку намагається допомогти. Все вже трішкі втомилося від попередніх мешканців. Фото занадто красиві, ну і в цілому дуже все неякісне, але ж стамбул і краще так ніж коли вони роблять нову сторінку для обʼєкту а на старій сторінці оцінка нижче 5))

• Alexei (8/5): Great place for your stay in Kadikoy - Easy instructions how to get the keys, as we were arriving quite late, outside the working hours. The apartment is in a very good area, well connected. Ferry terminal just outside, a lot of busses and metro is 15 min walk (next to a large mall). There are supermarkets round the corner and bigger ones within walking distance. Special thanks for: oil, salt, pepper for cooking, dishwasher tablets. When you come for a few days, you don't want to buy all those in big packs. Thanks, Suat! The quality of bed linen could have been better. The ones there are too synthetic. On top of rather dry air (we are not used) it is quite unpleasant. But maybe this is just us. Not very quiet, but again, we are coming from a sleepy village, so, for Istanbul this was probably very ok.

• Fumie (10/5): カドキヨイに滞在するならココ - お部屋が広くてキッチンや洗濯機などの設備が整っていたところ。 フェリー、路線バス、空港バスなどの公共交通機関へのアクセスが極めて良く、周辺にレストラン、パン屋、スーパーマーケットなどの店舗が沢山あること。 部屋の暖房がエアコンではなくて、オイルヒーターのような穏やかな設備だったので、喉を痛めずに済んだこと。 何にも増して、ホストのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、全力で滞在者をもてなそうとする姿勢が素晴らしかった。 良くない点ではないが、分からないことは何でも遠慮なく聞いてよい事に気づくまで少し時間がかかったこと。
• Hande (9/5): - Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Lage ist top, besser geht fast nicht. Preis-Leistung stimmt definitiv! Wir würden wieder dort übernachten und können es weiter empfehlen. Bei offenem Fenster ist es etwas laut (Müllabfuhr, Möven, Fussgänger.. ) für Istanbul ist es sehr ruhig, trotzdem, in gewissen Abständen etwas laut. In der Wohnung fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie zb. Trockentücher, indirektes Licht, Kleiderhaken. Aber im grossen und ganzen ist alles da.

The apartment was secure, quiet, with a view into the laneway. The host is a warm kind person, who helped us to remedy our booking error. Made us feel welcome everyday of our stay. I recommend booking early.

Огромное спасибо за минимальный набор необходимого: соль, сахар, стиральный порошок, салфетки, средство для посуды, губки. От остановки автобуса Havabus из аэропорта даже с чемоданами идти около 7 +/- минут. Транспорт весь рядом, автобусы, паромы, метро, трамвай. Диван в гостиной раскладывается в полноценную 1,5 кровать.

Also the entrance is secured with cameras and electronic lock. The shower was a bit broken and the towels were really worn out. These can be fixed easily and would make the property perfect. Not a deal breaker :)

No air con in room, only air con is in the lounge. Not a major but we found it made it difficult to regulate bedroom temperature and were waking up hot and cold.
• van de Velde (3/5): Five-star price, one-star quality. - Taking the airport shuttle bus is fairly convenient. Compared to the price I paid, I expected a much better accommodation environment. But the reality is that there wasn’t even a proper quilt or bed linen. They clearly knew we were two adults and a child, yet the sofa bed wasn’t even properly set up. All the facilities were the cheapest, most basic ones, some of them quite worn out, and the bathroom ceiling was even leaking. As for the location, it’s quite far from the metro station. The road we had to walk was winding and uneven, full of potholes, which made it very difficult to drag our luggage. Overall, the value for money was extremely poor. I was very disappointed and felt it was far too expensive for what it offered.

The property also included things like washing up liquid, detergent so we didn’t need to buy it ourselves. Kadikoy is a busy area but this apartment is tucked away on a relatively quiet side street with minimal noise after hours (at least it was for us on the top floor). Suat was very hospitable and eager to help us with literally anything. He was on WhatsApp and answered immediately if we had any issues. We need to weigh our luggage — Suat has hand-held weights. We need a place to leave said luggage before our flight — Suat offered to leave it with him. The service was a 10/10 experience! He was always really nice and said hi whenever we saw each other. All appliances are new and working well, the flat was clean, there is enough space for two people to be comfortable, also the location is 10/10 too, Kadiköy right at your doorstep. Easy access to metro, busses and port 🤌 Thank you so much for letting us stay with you, we'll meet again! There were some issues with the apartment: the water pressure is pretty low, not so bad you can't shower, but kinda uncomfortable and the bidet was useless due to this. Also the bathroom vent was making loud noises. There is a washing machine, but no place to hang clothes to dry other than a very small lukewarm bathroom radiator. I'm sure if we brought these issues up, they would have been resolved, so I encourage you to stay with them. We just left early and came back very late to go sightseeing, so we didn't bother the staff. Also note that as it's not a hotel room, there is no room service.
